The store sign clearly states $5.66 if you purchase 2 packs. The cashier charged me $6.18 each and would not correct the transaction or refund me the $1.25 difference.

Have had different problems with this store. Today they decided that opening up at 6 a.m. like it says they open wasnt on the agenda today. Then an hr later still no no one 😑.another time the lady was really disrespwctful to my fiancé and was asically being nasty because of his color and i would say this isnt true but everytime i go in there people wont get carded but then i always get carded in there which i understand is fine but not if your picking and choosing certain customers out.

I wish I could give them zero stars. I had never been there before but decided to stop there to quickly buy cigarettes. What a mistake! I waited in line as the cashier SO SLOWLY rang up the one customer in front of me. Finally it was my turn, I asked for three different packs of cigarettes and she placed them on the counter & scanned my ID before seeing someone that she THOUGHT was stealing and ran away from the counter/cash register trying to be super woman and catch the guy. I was in a hurry as I had a ztrip car waiting outside for me. There was another employee behind the counter who it turned out was the manager so I asked her if she could finish ringing me up so I could go. She gave me my change & I was just getting back into my ride when the first employee comes running outside and tells me I have to come back inside because I didn't pay for my cigarettes. I told her not only did I pay but I paid THE MANAGER and she had better check her cameras before she comes out accusing someone of shoplifting in a very busy lot full of people. It was embarrassing, trashy, Tacky and completely uncalled for. I finished telling her how incompetent and rude she was before just tuning her out, getting in the car and leaving. I was in a rage over this whole crazy scene so when I got home I immediately called the store and asked for the manager. She knew who I was right away, apologized for what happened and blamed it on there being alot of customers in the store at the time. I told her that is no excuse whatsoever and the other girl should really be thankful that she didn't run up on the wrong person and find herself hurt. I wasn't threatening her myself but we do live in a crime filled city where she could've easily been shot if I had been someone else. I tried to call corporate but never could get through to a real person. And just a side note, the original guy that she ran after wasn't stealing either. This particular employee seems to just have too much time on her hands and an extremely overactive imagination. Save yourself from the incompitance and go to another convenience store.

The clerk was very unhelpful. He was to busy watching videos on his cell phone to help. I guess that's why he didn't want to reload my card. I questioned why they don't reload cards anymore. I got NO RESPONSE!Signed :VERY UNHAPPY CUSTOMER!!!!

They need to be investigated when it comes to lottery tickets. Not sure why if it’s the last ticket purchased the number is 001. Makes you wonder.

Ask simple question to try and get some change for five and was told I would have to buy something first promise I will never come back here again thanks for the terrible customer service

First off it's not a circle k. It's a hop-in, prices are about 60% higher on refrigerated items than nearby stores.
