The staff is friendly and the atmosphere is calming; you can expect to hear Christian worship on some days.The selection is good but the attention to detail can use some work. They place security labels over product pictures and descriptions so it's impossible to read ingredients and get the details without peeling the labels off.I asked an associate why wouldn't they put the labels on the top or bottom of the product? She told me this wasn't allowed and she wasn't sure why. I spoke to the owners once before trying to exchange in item with a recipe that was unopened and just purchased the day prior. I was told they don't exchange under any circumstances🤔My conclusion is that this is cultural. The owners are Korean but their staff and patrons are primarily Hispanic and African. Anyway, if you shop here be sure you know that you have the right item before you leave.But, is you're a person of color and can, patronize someone who looks like you as opposed to spending your money here. I'll come here only if my usual go-to isn't open and I can't wait for an online purchase.

Those familiar with the area know that some staff members, including managers, exhibit rude behavior. The reason behind this behavior is unclear, but it is a widespread issue among businesses today. Instead of prioritizing management, they focus on being friends with their employees, allegedly leading to complaints from some employees about their treatment by the management team due to the way they are talked to and treated. This is a result of poor management advice.

Love this place! They have everything you can think of. They even have a small selection of clothes that is so cute. I got a beanie hat full of rhinestones here and I always get compliments. Love their eyeliner glue for lashes. I even get my boys diamond earrings here. Looooove it!!!

I have shopped here quite a few times and every time I come they tell me I need to bring my cosmetology license, but I was told they put me in the computer that I don’t need to bring it every time I come. I’ve been in business for over 10 years in a stylist for 26. With that being said, they don’t give licensed stylists discounts. Because their computer is not keep recording. Thanks but no thanks

The black girl who was pretending to be manager was very unprofessional and would not accommodate me as a stylist who has been in their system for over ten years she lied and said their system was recently updated and after several request to call the other store she finally called just to come back and enter my information in the system and I popped up on the system she said had no current info in it, she made me late to my client and then didn’t even apologize or say have a good day, her nor the cashier. Smh

I purchased a dress from Beauty Depot yesterday- brought it back in less than an hour to exchange - it’s too small! A really nice young lady was about to complete the exchange until a very Rude lady intervened and said she was a manager! I escalated to the Store Manager ( Foreigner Guy) who seemed to be considering until the No Mannered So Called Female Manager intervened Ghetto and Hood Style! The Customer Service there SUCKS and please don’t buy from them - you’re Stuck because they don’t care anything about us as Consumers - Only our Money!!

I normally come here when I visit Jax. However, when the employees are ready to leave they will lock the door early and not let you in. Since it was a Sunday, i checked Google to see what time they closed. I rushed there to run in to make a purchase. Mind you every time i come here, I spend a lot of money. This time, I only needed a comb and a durag for my son. I made it approximately 6 minutes before closing, the girl stood by the door and told me they were closed. I told her I only needed 2 things. She laughed, walked away and then came back to tell me no. The amount of time it would have taken to get what I want, I would've been done before 6. 🙄 Not sure how early the close their door, I recommend an hour prior before closing.

We arrived at this location by a gps mistake. Thank goodness we did. The store is well organized. Fully stocked on every aisle. The staff was the phenomenal. Friendly, helpful and knowledgeable. I will always drive the distance to shop here.

Extremely large establishment and very overwhelming for someone that it's the first time feeling every time walking into a hair supply store. But the employees whom I asked for assistance was not bothered by me asking for help (which you can get at anytime especially in places like this) but willing and ready to help. Beauty depot has everything you need, it's a nice clean place. But on the other hand customer service is poor. There's always new workers with new attitudes and they do not want to help you with finding things. One of them was hiding acting like she was looking for the product for me. Instead of asking a co worker she basically stood there talking like it didn't matter. Eventually she decided to ask the manager that took 10 minutes to do. I gave it a 3 star because of the products are good but services are terrible. I've been shopping here for almost 2 years. Services have been bad but this time they was worst. HIRE ADULTS instead immature kids that don't want to work.

Really clean and well lit. There is a great selection and a sales associate was actually asking people if they needed help in a genuine way (unlike other places where they are basically staring at you until you leave). The price on what I bought was wayyy cheaper than other places. I was actually going to order something from their website when I noticed their contact us number had a 904 area code and decided to see if they had a location near me. I was not disappointed!
