Very friendly establishment! Been taking my dog here since she was a puppy. I’m very grateful to the staff for taking such great care of my girl! Staff is knowledgeable and confident with all dogs coming through. Nice selection of services, merchandise, snacks, and day care is pretty cool too. Love the area; plenty of food options and entertainment while waiting for grooming as well. :)

First time at Bark on Park. My dog went in for a bath & grooming before the oak pollens kick in, and she looks great (pics before and after)!! The staff was polite, and attentive to my dog from the time we walked in. They even called me during her visit to let me know that, due to her long hair and fluffy undercoat, there would be an extra charge of $15.00. I appreciate being kept informed. When I picked her up, she was ready and gorgeous! Good job, we’ll be back!

My baby loves this place, they always know how to take care of her fur. I take her for the daycare and grooming. Daycare seems to leave her exhausted so that's a bonus for me. Since she is very high energy at the house.

We are so pleased with Amanda’s work! Not only did she accommodate me bringing my baby girl later in the morning but also was flexible enough to groom my baby boy who I hadn’t originally scheduled for an appointment today. They both came back looking more adorable than ever!

I cannot say enough wonderful things about Bark on Park. I've been bringing my goldens here for the last ten (?) years now. From daycare to boarding to grooming - I trust Bark for everything.When I lost my first golden, they went above and beyond the call of duty. They loved him like he was one of their own and it broke their hearts too. It still warms my heart to see his photo on the site and in the store.They love my goldens (Gracie and Kaya) as much as I do. There's no one else I would trust with them during the day. Jamee, Michaela, and team are truly magical. I am beyond grateful for the care they show my pups - more than they'll ever begin to know!

Recently I took Finn to the groomers and they called me 10 minutes later to let me know he can’t be groomed because he’s “freaking out” and recommended he be medicated and brought back. I spoke to my vet and he was prescribed anxiety medication for the groomers. I decided to give it another go at Bark on Park. I explained Finns situation with his groomer, Lacey. She was extremely friendly and took time to get to know him before taking him back. About an hour after, they texted me to tell me he was doing good and were giving him time to rest to avoid overstimulation. I came back to pick him up and he looked like a new dog and Lacey explained she established a lot of trust with him. She wasn’t able to do a full tidy however respected his trust and didn’t want to break it by making him uncomfortable sitting through it which I appreciate. Now I no longer have to worry about Finn having any further issues- thanks so much Lacey!!

Our dog suffered seizure and while going thru her recovery she need it to get groomed! No one wanted to take her, I was upset, sad and frustrated to find out that non of the locals grooming shop would attend her. A acquaintance recommended to reach out to Bark on Park and even though I live in Saint Augustine I gave it a try… they immediately scheduled an appointment for her to be seen and while she was there she was taken care of with love, attention and care! I am so grateful for them seeing her. Thank you guys.

It was Chookies first time going to Bark.. and definitely not the last. They have such a great shop, very comforting, friendly and they have all you need for your pets. Per the grooming, my baby came out smelling so fresh and looking the best! I can tell Chookie was treated up to par as she was so happy coming out from back! We loved our experience!

Our sweet little rescue Yorkie kept getting one bad haircut after another...!! Had family coming to visit and had to pull the trigger and trust yet another groomer and he looks even more adorable than usual!! Cute shop and everyone was very friendly and helpful!! Bark on Park did such a great job with Murphy’s haircut!! It was his first time going to the groomers, and he had a long coat that needed to be trimmed for summer. I asked the groomer to cut it down short but not so short he looked silly, and she did a wonderful job. And I could tell Murphy had a good time, he came out so happy and excited. Staff were super friendly. Couldn’t be happier with our experience!

We are a Military family and we move every 3 years. With that comes anxiety of finding a place to trust with our fur babies. Bark on Park has been one of the best! Amazing staff (who seem to really care) and always a clean environment. Our dogs actually love to go. Can’t say enough good things. Our top pet store to take our puppy to. They have lots of all natural treats for chewing and training, toys, food and stuff for humans too. The doggy daycare was great and she will be back soon for another visit.

I am visiting from out of town and decided to get my little pup groomed. I am so glad that I chose Bark on Park! The staff is very nice and friendly. The groomer listened to my concerns and I felt confident leaving my teacup Yorkie in her hands. Got lucky and got a same day appointment for the first visit! My mini goldendoodle Kody had the nicest cut I’ve seen thus far!!! Staff was super nice, the groomer came out and talked to me before he went back and we went over what he was getting and what to expect. Love love love his haircut!!! I have found my place(:

The staff at Bark took such good care of my old girl. I brought her in for a bath and they took care of her so timely that I picked her up in the same hour that I dropped her off. When I picked her up, her nails were filed down nicely, she smelled pretty, and even though she was a little nervous when I dropped her off, she was a her happy, peppy self when I picked her up. I have used Bark in the past and I am always pleased with the care and attention to detail that they give to my dogs.

I’ve tried so many other daycares in Jacksonville and I can tell my dog loves it here and the hours are the most accommodating I can find! Definitely worth driving 25 mins multiple times a week to know she’s in good hands that I trust. So we brought our puppy in who is 10 months old for her first professional groom. When we dropped her off we were nervous as to how she would be considering she hadn't gotten her first professional groom. When we picked her up all of worries melted away. She came out very energetic and happily. She got exactly what we had asked for and we couldn't be more happy with how she looks. We 100% will be coming back.
