Things is not the same as 10 years ago when I would bring Pebbles on my left til now with Bleu on my right but Pat is still that nice same accommodating groomer. I was torn between here and Petco I am glad I stuck with the Arlington Pet Center.

Absolutely love it. In the process of relocating and was so tired of chain groomers. I literally called in at 12:59 hoping to get Bella in for a bath and so many other places were booked up. When Arlington Pet Center answered, the guy was very firm but so precious. He said how far are you, I responded 15 mins, and he was like “ hurry, make it for 1:15 and I’ll squeeze her in”. I was a bit skeptical because of the one bad comment in regards to the neatness and yes it’s a bit unorganized in comparison to other places. But I will always be happier with that if it means my fur baby gets the best treatment. I would absolutely recommend and will definitely be going back!

Pat is a hardworking, flexible, and caring person. He is a really great groomer with a very good heart. He may not ever mention it, but he serves our senior community so selflessly. Honestly, no one in Jax can beat his grooming/boarding rates. Not to mention the challenges of grooming a double-coated Havanese. I would not keep bringing my little princess Havanese to any place where the groomer didn't actually care about my dog. My family has had issues with other groomers, but Rita LOVES Pat and you can tell he cares about my baby girl.

My dog loves this place. He is a rescue and has had a fear of many groomers. He loves this one and he comes out happy and looking great. The only bad aspect is the outward cleanliness of the business.

I had an appointment for my two small dogs and my neighbor took her small dog two days before my appointment and she taken pictures while she was there. The place was dirty and they had no tubs/sinks to bath the dogs and they groomed the dog or attempted to with out washing her. She came home with fleas and when I saw the dog and attempted groom job, I called and canceled our appointment.

Read the reviews and choose Pat's Arlington Pet Center. My Snickers received a great hair cut and kind attention. This is not a sterile grooming salon but it is a very affordable business. The owner was friendly and reachable.

I’ve been taking my schnauzer for 3 years. He always looks great and is very well treated. The dogs are loved while they are guests and come home clean and happy and looking great! His prices are very reasonable as well.Don’t let the appearance of the front area of the shop deter you, it is a little dated looking and the owner clearly puts more effort into caring for his canine clients and his working area than other parts of the shop.

Dogs always look awesome when they come out.Customer service is amazing and they are unbelievably fast turn around. All their time is focused on grooming not shop chores but I am ok with that considering they are kind and quick.Every now and then one has to give solid expectations because the passive results are varied as they don’t seem to maintain customer data month to month.If they had a filing system with index cards or something they would seriously be the shop to beat. Thanks for being a good local groomer.

The owner may not be the most personable person, but he does a good job for a good price. When he took my dog out of her kennel, she followed him around, and even went back to him after she had seen that I was there, so I know that he treated her well. His place is not as dirty as many people have said, his shop and front desk is one open area, so of course its going to smell like wet dog. He gave her a bath, cut her hair and nails for $30. I'll be going back.

Went in with my fur baby Mocha. Didn’t realize how matted her fur was. The gentleman was exceptionally professional! Almost didn’t recognize her when I picked her up! She looks amazing! I definitely recommend! She doesn’t look like a brown paper bag anymore!! At least for now! 🤪😂

Staff not professional!! Told my husband they can’t groom my dog because he want let them touch him. I wonder why?? Dogs remember being mistreated!! He never had a problem with the owner grooming him, then they lied to the owner saying my husband was rude! Really, but you was the one saying I can’t do him even though he had a appointment. Waste of time. My Romeo has a new groomer at Darlene dog patch, which is always clean and professional and he loves her!! She’s located on Cesery blvd . Try her, you want be disappointed.🙂

If you want the best for your baby DO NOT TAKE YOUR BABY to this PLACE! He's very rude and disrespectful. When you walk into his place of business..... PLEASE go with your intuition and the way he speaks and treats you! I wish I'd listened to my intuition like my daughter the first time. She's no longer going to him as well.My advice to the owner in order to keep your customers. Don't have him (owner) answer the phone or talk to the customers ONLY if necessary. TRUST me...I've been a customer service guru for 25 yrs! I hate giving bad reviews on Family owned businesses, because I rather support family owned businesses, therefore I will go to Pet Smart until I find another family owned business.God Bless~

We brought our dogs to Pat at Arlington Pet Center Grooming and he did an amazing job! The dogs were clean and happy when we arrived to pick them up. We were really late picking them up and he was super nice about it. He even took them for a walk for us! I highly recommend this place!

My 8 month old cocker spaniel went in for his first professional groom today. I was a little worried since they say to start your dog earlier than that. But he did well! And the gentleman that helped us was super nice to my baby and he came out looking super cute and smells soooo good!! Which is awesome because he was very stinky heading in lol (tried to put a picture but not sure how) he groomed him exactly the way I requested. Thanks guys!

Nice groomer. Gives individualized attention to my fur babies. 😉 The facility is not a palace but after all it is a grooming place and the smell of wet dog is to be expected. Pat was wonderful with my two Westies and had both of them cut, nails trimmed and bathed in 40 minutes. He asked that I stay and observe. Not many groomers want you to watch as they work.🐶

I asked for express for my dog because she has Anxiety...she was bathed and her nails were trimmed in 45 minutes on a saturday morning..We will be back every 4 weeks...she left with a cute bandana and smells fantastic. The only thing I can complain about is the shop had a wet dog smell and it seemed to be a messy but who cares my dog smells great. And I could tip alot because the price was affordable and fair.

I didn't even take my dog in, it smells like straight urine and dog feces. The man then said 50.00 for a nail trimming and a lab grooming. Um in good. Um not gonna pay 50.00 for my dog to get sick-_- please visit these places before you take your pets in!

I was recommend to this establishment by a friend...she said she had been going there for years and had always been pleased. Unfortunately i had a different experience. I took my Shih tzu there for a basic shave, bath, and nail trim. Her cut was uneven. They snipped at random places at her beard. The top of her head was left untouched! They did not trim it at all....plus they did not even trim her nails. This was not worth 30 dollars! I could've done better than this. Ooh and the owner is sort of rude...i guess it depends on what time of day you catch him.

Nice place to get dog in for cut and wash. I don't have him do anything special just shave and bath. Always done when promised and for a fair price. Can't ask for anything more. Plus my dog doesn't seem to mind going. That says somethings about people who take care of him.

Hi Everyone,Louis has been going to this groomer for 9 years now. He is a maltese and very particular about his grooming. He is also a diabetic and needs special care. The owner, Pat and his team are very caring, gentle and love all of our pets. I would never go anywhere else...Louis wouldn't stand for it! And the prices...Amazingly affordable...all the time!See you there!

I have a furry siberian, not the easiest dog to groom. Mr. H always does a good job. Takes good care of my buddy and he looks very nice when i pick him up. Old shop in an old small strip mall with good results and caring customer service.

I bring my dog here to get her coat clipped. Having been a dog myself for several months, and the member of the dog union in good standing, I must say this is the place to go for kind and gentle treatment and a close cut. The owner is a bit of a dog himself, and we all get along. Woof woof!
