Me and others in my family have been taking our dogs here for many years including their past location. Jared is great with the dogs and is very good about making them feel calm when they are nervous. I'm always happy with the results and the prices are more than fair. I don't get the complaints about the high prices. Their bills have to get paid and for a wash, cut and nails trimmed, it still costs less than what women pay just to have their nails done at a nail salon.

Wow Definitely I super loved this place This was my first time Bringing my dogs Coco 🐶 they cut my babe hair without damaging her sking ❤️♥️🙏🏻 I super love the work and definitely coming back next month ❤️ They also put the Christmas thing on him ** super nice employees. I came in town and needed to find a groomer for my grandmother's dog. She was matted and a mess until we found A+ Amazing..... they did an excellence job and they were quick. Diamond will definitely be back. Thanks for the amazing service.

These folks are AMAZING! Came to get our 3 dogs nails done and one a bath. While the boys got their nails done, PNut got a bath and nails done! No waiting or coming back for her. The staff are always welcoming and treats for both adults and pups are given each time. They are closed on Tuesday only....open on Sunday! They are AMAZING and I truly hope you give them a chance with your pups! Rates are very affordable.

Today was our first time here. I brought in my two 3 month old kitten for grooming services. They were ready in about 20 minutes and smelled so good. They are home now and playing with the toys they were gifted by A+ Grooming. If you have any doubts about this business for grooming services, don’t. Bring your fur babies. You won’t regret it!

Terrible experience I took my dog here due to him being matted and when I came in and the groomer seen my dog I heard her say EWWWW then they proceed to charge me $150 for the haircut I go down the street they claim my dog is growling so pick him up they had already charged me I come back they tell me he’s ok now when I got him back he was still wet and also they didn’t clip all his nails his dew claw wasn’t clipped and it ended up getting snagged and he ended up losing his dew claw I took him to the vet they removed it I was charged over $400 for this visit over all the shop is cute but charging me over $150 for a matted dog but not even blow drying or clipping his nails is insane!!!

I took my babies here on Monday for Cat grooming and they still smell and look amazing on Thursday. The place itself smells amazing and not like most places. There's no stinky pet smell, the staff are very friendly and sweet. This was my babies first time getting groomed and Ms. Tony said they were very good. I think it has to do with the personality of the groomer when pets enjoy grooming and she is FANTASTIC! This is the place for our furbabies.

My groomer retired so I tried this place after a bad experience at another salon. This place did a great job. Super nice staff and even got a goody bag for my cat. A touch expensive but with the extras, well worth it. I could tell they actually spent time with my cat and got to know her a bit. You can tell they care for animals which is huge. Great place, will go back for sure.

I am more of a vendor than a customer, but I was reading all of the great reviews for this pet store. I also noticed several reviews that said the store had a stench. I have been doing business with Jared and his staff for over 6 years now. He is an excellent business man and very knowledgeable. And I can promise you that this is the best smelling pet store in the area. Cages are always clean and the store is always clean. I highly recommend doing business with this store. Great folks!

They are good with grooming my Mimi. My new Yorkie needed grooming and they didn't stress her out. They weren't able to grooming her the first visit, she was so stressed. They didn't push her. I was happy about that. The second visit was much better for her.

They're very friendly and welcoming. The two people that helped me with grooming my new puppy were amazing. They did exactly what I asked and in less time than what they originally gave. She got treats (that she loved!) and a wonderful cut and a full cleaning. This is definitely my spot for grooming Lili.

Over priced for sure. This was my first and last visit Groomer did pretty good on the hair cuts only problem was not only did I spend over $100 dollars on two small Yorkshire terriers. (Female 10lbs Male 4.5lbs) Groomer cut my 4.5 male pretty deep inside his inner thigh and didn’t say anything about it. I didn’t notice until after driving home after picking them up from this place. So I will not return here with my babies every again.

Not bad and am greatful they got him in on such short notice. The staff was very nice and got him in and out quick. However; I feel they may have rushed to quickly which may have only been due to it being short notice so I kind of wish they said something on the phone that they'd have to rush or just told me no as I would have been fine with scheduling an appointment. His fur is a bit uneven and his snot dirty, he also has a few small nicks and possibly razor burn based on him being itchy. So I'm Going to bath him when I get home just in case as it may be due to them not using oatmeal shampoo like I requested. In the past i'd give them the benefit of the doubt and take him again but do to a horrifically bad experience with a groomer (not them) I won't be as he gave an i'm terrified save me whine the moment he saw me. But as I said the people where nice with me and they clearly have great reviews so they may just be a bad fit for him specifically due to his past trama

It doesn't look it when you drive by or pull up but we have been bringing our dogs there for years. We tried out other places, but after bringing there for the first time and seeing how great of a job they did we'll only take our dogs there. Great prices, great with your dog. I highly recommend them.

I absolutely love coming to A+ for my pup's grooming needs!! Such great service, hardly ever any wait time and if there is, they'll let you know they know you are there and waiting to serve you and your animal. Both my pup's come home happy as ever after getting groomed 😊

I am really happy I found this wonderful locally own shop and it’s really close to my home, which is another plus. I was having a hard time finding a groomer that wasn’t across and town and double the cost. The price for full groom is very affordable and the groomer always does a great job with her, considering she hates it. Always cut they way I like her and the scent last longer than most places I’ve taken her. The guy behind the counter is always pleas sent and gives little treat bags each visit. We have a forever home with them 💕.

Prices are extremely expensive. I have a 25 lbs. Boxer that needed a bath with no extras. They had him for 15 min and charged $50.00. No more supporting the small business. I learned my lesson. Back to petsmart. Thx

The staff is so friendly and they make you feel like family. I have taken my Yorkie there twice for grooming and he always comes back looking amazing. The prices are reasonable and it never takes them a long time to have him finished. I will go again!

I had been taking my dog to a well known pet store for three years to be groomed. On day I called them to make an appointment for my dog to be groomed, but they were booked for the next few days. I googled pet groomers and I came across A+ Amazing Animals Pet Store located on the Westside. They were able to groom him that same day. Taking my dog there was one of THE BEST decisions I could have ever made for my dog. When I went to pick him up, my first thought was that he looked soooooo handsome. On the way home I noticed he was in a very playful mood. They even sent him home with a Doggie Bag of treats. Normally, when I picked him up from the other pet store he wouldn't be playful and he would just mope around the house when we got home. I thought maybe he was having separation anxiety. He's up in age and not that playful anymore. Almost a week later, he still had that playfulness in him. I made a special trip back to A+ Amazing Animals Pet Store. just to Thank them for an amazing job and to let them know that Bruiser will be coming back.

Took a friend there to get her little dog's nails clipped. Store manager and assistant were very nice but to the point. I told them how my birthday was the next day and I got three human treats and three doggy treats. Before we looked away, the nails were done, over, and clipped. Quick and efficient.

I brought my very large dog there for the first time yesterday. I am overly happy with the results of my dogs grooming. She still smells fresh and her coat is so soft and shiny. I want to also add that I appreciate the fact that the groomer was honest about service I did not need after viewing my animal. She could have taken me for another 10 to 15 bucks but instead explained to me how the services I requested would not work with my dog. We wi be going back.

This place is horrible. I bought a baby turtle and it got sick a little bit after I got it, and today it died. Yes it lived a couple months, but it should of lived longer. I kept the tank clean, I cleaned it every Friday. I did not use any soap, just a scrubbing brush, that I put NOTHING on it and there is no way that a turtle can get sick out of the blue. I think the turtle was sick when I got it because when I got him he was okay then as the months went by he started to become lethargic, and would not move or eat. At first I thought this place was a 5 star rating now I don't even give it a star. Just before you buy your pet from here just be sure to double check before buying.

Amazing groomers nice person Leon Place it's it's dumb a place where you can enjoy to go into people always got a smile for you they're always offered to help you they always try to make you feel right at home they have different things for sale animal wise not only just dogs the other things that they have supplies for other animals check them out especially only could use your business and they're great people they have them handicap parking have you put handicapped so you can get in if you need to finish all around good people so check them out there personally only here in Jacksonville and they need your service they need your service so they can remain strong and focused in the community
