The first cut was perfect. 2nd time they cut off our pup's incredible lashes. Any professional groomer knows not to do it. It's been months and the lashes are not back. They are also not curling after being cut. Very sad. We won't be returning, unfortunately.

Took my puppy here for her first full groom. The groomer came out before and introduced herself, talked about what we wanted for the grooming, any concerns or needs we had. Afterwords our puppy looked and smelled amazing she was very energetic and seem to have enjoyed her time there. The store in general was very clean and well-kept, I love the spa like dog wash station they have, very tranquil and very picturesque. I would definitely bring your pets here for a boutique like feel at a great price. They even had a welcome sign for her ! How cute

Very cute pet supply store with some great and unique items. The staff was friendly, knowledgeable and simply AWESOME. They recommended products for my 3 fur babies and spoiled them with treats and rubs. The dogs didn't want to leave. I drove over an hour to get food but received so much more. Whenever I'm in town I will definitely return for both the products and service

Last week I had my dog Bella groomed. Bella is 4 years old and 14 pounds. The appointment was scheduled for 8 am, the groomer called about 10 minutes before to let us know she was running late. That’s fine - things happen.I let the groomer know Bella is not a fan of being groomed. When I went to pick her up, she looked great. I asked how it went; and nothing unusual was stated. I’ve had Bella groomed at other locations before.But, when I got home, I noticed cuts by her ear and when she rolled over there were what looks like razor burns all over her belly and her nipple was bleeding. Bella even snapped at us if we touched her belly - unusual behavior for her and behavior that I do not want repeated or learned.I called and spoke to a receptionist to let them know I was upset and wanted to know what happened. If she’s too difficult, you should stop and I will come get her. They promised they would call back later that day or the next. Have not heard from them, and it’s been almost a week.This experience is very frustrating. And I feel terrible I put her through this experience.

Perfect self service dog washing setup for when your fluffy quarter poodle figures out how much she likes sandy beaches. Friendly staff showed me what to do and the price seemed very reasonable but can’t remember how much it was.

Wonderful grooming experience! They took care of all three of our miniature schnauzers in record time. They all look great, and they were all super happy when I picked them up. We have a puppy and a rescue that are both typically biters when they are scared, and the team at EarthWise managed them perfectly! I can’t say enough good things. They will be our groomers from now on!

Great grooming experience! I brought my cat here for his first grooming after a poor experience at one of the big box pet stores and everyone at EarthWise was amazing. As long as you bring your dog to earthwise pet, you’ll have a happy, beautifully groomed dog waiting for you! I have been to too many bad groomers to know that these 3 groomers are the real deal! They know my dogs names, the cut is impeccable and best of all, my 3 dogs are not nervous when I pick them up. They’re just fine , they look cute and they smell so good too!

Absolutely blown away by Michelle at earth wise pet! She hands down is the best groomer we have found for our sweet mini doodle cedar. She was kind and treated cedar with love which is all a dog parent can hope for. Cedars groom looked spectacular and she really listened to us. We were recommended to Michelle when we just moved down here and I am so glad we found a groomer for our sweet boy! Thank you Michelle and thank your earth wise pet team :)

Brought my cat in for his first groom. I was a bit nervous but these ladies did great by him! He looks and feels soo much better! They even laundered his blanket while he was at his spa appointment . 10/10 would definitely recommend!!

The owners are very friendly and have a great shop. Very knowledgeable and willing to answer questions and help with solutions. My doodle had a food allergy and needed limited food ingredients. I prefer not to use “prescription dog foods” if I can help it. Gus led me to a Stella and Chewy brand. All signs of Reilly’s allergy are gone.They have great groomers for Reilly and he had a great time there. I plan on taking my lab in to wash him myself in their self washing room.You cannot go wrong in this shop and we all need to support the locally owned shops.

The grooming services here are excellent. They don't keep your dogs unnecessarily for 3+ hours. They call promptly when the grooming is finished. You get to speak with the groomer personally before and after, which is great. They keep good notes on the dog too. Someday, I'd like to try the self wash station. It's a great idea.Also excellent selection of pet products. I drive from St Augustine to have my dog groomed here. There are others closer but I've been most satisfied here and their prices are competitive.

This is my favorite local pet shop! I purchase Primal food for my chihuahua and she loves it. My golden loves the fromms and they always make sure it’s in stock. Michelle is the best groomer for my cat and two dogs. She is the only one I will trust with my cat who gets the lion cut every few months. The staff here are so helpful and friendly! I won’t go anywhere else!
