Just picked our puppy up from her dental cleaning. Everyone there was amazing! So sweet. There was no waiting, she was ready to go! Emma at the front desk was super cheerful and helpful.

Recently, went to Upper Keys Vet to put our beloved pup down. The vet and staff at the clinic went above and beyond to make our last moments with our dog special. We felt comfortable and the entire staff genuinely felt our sorrow.We even received a condolence card with her snout imprinted on the card!Thank you to ALL the staff 💕~Pearls family

We had to bring in our Chinese Crested who was suffering with a bad ear infection. We called and got in right away and the staff was so kind and gentle, it made me feel so much better, as well as my dog is now on the mend. I would 100% recommend Upper Keys Veterinary Hospital. Thank You So Much!

Well I’m a newer client and it was very good my first two appointments but recently my dog was very sick with vomiting and diarrhea. I called twice explaining this to reception and I was told I would get a call back and never did. Very disappointed.

We were traveling from Marathon to our home in Stuart when our 15 lb schnoodle became ill from something he had ingested. We were welcomed by the staff even though we were not regular customers and they all treated us with kindness and caring while handling the never ending phone calls. The Dr. explained what to expect and 6 hours later we were back on the road! By the way, Charlie is doing fine. Charlie and I thank you all!❤️

Came in for a USDA 7001 travel health certificate for my dog, was was quoted a low number, stayed and waited hours for an appointment and was then given a number more than double what I was quoted. Ended up being $155. Be sure to ask several times what the total cost for the visit will be, because the three times I asked was not enough.

I've been taking my dog there for over 10 years. Never less than excellent care and service. They've allowed me to wait until payday to pay, even broke large costs down into several payments when I needed it. Dr. Crosetto in phenomenal. Very thorough in her exams, explains everything eloquently, and really cares not only about the animals but about their human families as well.

The technicians were incredibly helpful over the phone before I even took my dog in. They took the time to look at photos over email and even called me back to consult. I dropped Prince off the next day to stay with them all day because I had a work conflict and they all couldn't have been more helpful. The vet checked on Prince and called me very promptly and spent time on the phone with me explaining everything. They listened to my concerns, stories, and made us feel in the best care. Prince came home happy and healthy!

Had to visit here during COVID my dog had a blockage and it wasn’t found and she ultimately passed away. They were polite, and were doing an inquiry, but as she was a healthy dog and I brought her two times in 6 days, I just can’t give a better review. She ultimately passed at marathon emergency vet. I’m trying to be fair since I think they did try to save her. Please spare my feelings and don’t reply to my review. Photo taken the week she died.

Our 12 year old Australian Shepard, Quincy, had a seizure - the most frightening thing we have ever experienced dog-wise - we thought he was dying! I searched on google and found this place - I called and they were extremely reassuring and helpful. The seizure lasted 3-4 minutes and he stabilized within 15 minutes as I was calling them for help. We brought Quincy in immediately (a 20 minute drive for us at the time) and they greeted us with care and immediate assistance, examination, and reassuring words. He was thoroughly examined by Dr. Craney who took blood samples and did an ultrasound and patiently advised us on all the possibilities, prescribed a special 3 day diet, 2 rescue doses in case of another seizure, some anti-nausea meds and left us feeling confident and well-informed about what to expect in the near future and down the road. We could not have asked for better care! Two days later we got a follow-up call to see how Quincy was doing ... our own doctors are not that prompt and attentive! Many Thanks for all your help - Quincy is doing fine now and we know what to look for in the future!The Welchs

Had an emergency holiday issue and they returned our calls in a timely manner. My dog got her needed surgery and meds Fast, Her healing could begin immediately and she recovered faster with Prompt Care & Love she received in this office !

We give Dr. Crosetto and the entire staff at Upper Keys Veterinary Hospital five stars and wish we could give them 55 stars! We were visiting when we realized we had an urgent medical issue with our dog. They saw us as quickly as they possibly could, treated our dog and gave us clear direction on how to care for her until we get back home to our regular veterinarian. The support staff was amazing, as well. Very friendly, helpful and professional. Thank you so much Dr. Crosetto and everyone at Upper Keys Veterinary Hospital. We appreciate you very much!
