I called the pharmacy to get a prescription refilled. This pharmacy is not my pharmacy as I was visiting from N.C. and my stay was extended thus running out of medicine. The man on the phone was super nice and somehow was able to get me a 10 day supply of my medicine refilled. Great customer service as I did not have to call my doctor or pharmacy to get my medicine. It was very EASY. Thank you cvs pharmacy Islamorada!

The female pharmacist at this location is rude consistently. My prescription was triple priced! So I did not "pick it up". I attempted to transfer the script to a more ethical location and the power/money hungry pharmacist pretended like they lost my info. Stay away unless you enjoy feeding Big Bully Pharma!

Pharmacy staff are exceptional. Very caring and efficient. Answer the phones promptly, and helpful refilling a prescription while we were visiting from NJ. They had to input my new insurance info and did so efficiently.Grateful to them for their professionalism

I have shopped here for years and have always received great customer service. Our biggest issue here is employee shortage in our community so they may be doing multiple jobs. Many have long commutes after their shift. Even so they have always gone out of there way to help me find items.

We had an OUTSTANDING experience yesterday with Chandra, the pharmacist. Long story short . . . the doctor's office forgot to call in the scripts from an earlier appointment. By the time it was sent to this CVS it was after 6:00 and they close at 7:00 p.m. For some reason the AETNA prescription card number could not be located, so Chandra knowing we needed them and that we'd be paying out of pocket, she reduced the number of pills on a couple that were expensive and looked up coupons for the others. I could not believe she was so helpful!!! We have all of the prescriptions and I will be moving mine from Walgreens to this CVS. Thank you for a great interaction, Chandra!

After reading the other reviews I was in fear of what awaited me. Would I be hazed? Would my identity be stolen? So with fear in my heart I went in to buy my daughter a bag of candy corn. To my complete surprise I was met with pleasant, efficient service with a smile. They were helpful and nice. So go!

EXCELLENT pharmacist named Stephanie. I'm visiting from California and ran out of my medication. I had to get it filled overnight and the process wasn't simple. She was quick, thorough, kind, professional, and acted like she really cared. I'm on a road trip and tried to get it filled at a cvs in Alabama and the pharmacist there made the process so difficult that I eventually gave up. Thanks Stephanie!

Not your normal, caring CVS. Employees are rude. As a CVS member, coupons never apply here or your membership discounts. You can talk to management about not receiving discounts/coupons, but you get nothing out of it. Don’t recommend this CVS.
