Not a very friendly bunch. Didn't seem to want to help even though we had questions that would have resulted in purchasing a pretty expensive bird. Watched 1 lady actually aggress an elderly man bc he made a harmless mistake. It was pretty gross. I'm guessing customer service isn't a part of their training...

At the end of January I set up a tank. My first set we spent $60 on 9 fish and then I wanted a cleaner fish so I got a couple of their cleaners and another fish and from there I have lost a total of 18 fish. I have lost every fish ever bought

I wish they had bigger bags of litter, so I didn't have to travel to Ocala. They are a clean and not smelly pet store like some you walk into.

Waited 25 minutes at fish for help. Employees were standing at front talking and ignored us. Decided to leave but on the way out asked an employee coming in who the manager was. She stated she was and asked "what do you need' I explained the situation and she told me it was my fault for not asking for help. I asked for her corporate number and was given a generic number to a full mailbox. Went back to ask about how to contact corporate and was met with extreme hostility. Started recording the interaction and was told I could not record in the store and was told to leave then threatened with physical removal from an employee.Worst customer service from this chain I've ever seen. Will never ever go back.

Our closest pet go-to store for all our aquarium equipment needs. We went there looking for an aquarium pump and filter that's easy to clean and was put on to the right one for my size tank and types of fish. I recommend it to anyone keeping store brought or native tropical or subtropical fish.

This store went downhill fast. People are great sure but how are you only gonna order 4 small rats knowing damn well people want them. Every time in the last month we've gone they've been out. They literally sell out the day they get them.

I visited this store to buy some cat food(which I purchased). But I was happy to see that on certain days they have cats for adoption. I think that is great! This store is very clean and the staff is nice and welcoming.

They had lots of different pets to choose from they had many different birds, I beleive they had one rabbit they also had a belive it said chinchilla near the front of store when you first walked in

Nice little pet supermarket tucked away near some large chain stores. Glad its here since its the only one in the area. The cat section is a bit limited compared to others I've been to but the staff was friendly and the kitten was adorable. Good for when my online orders are not on time and I need a quick box of litter. It's a shame that corporate has gutted the reward program but the point rewards are still decent. Bring back free boxes and id go back to you instead of online shopping where I can get 20 to 30 percent off consistently.

I go to this store so often that they should put me on payroll! What I love about this Pet Supermarket is the staff! They're very knowledgeable and they're Always Helpful and usually Working hard! It's great to see a business where employees are not just standing around, talking to one another. They're attentive and fairly thorough, but they're busy, and you don't have too much time to talk with them to get all your answers, so I suggest going in with a list so that you get it quickly so they can get to the next person.

The staff here are friendly and Knowledgeable. They either know the answer or know where to find it. If they don't have what you are looking for, they will direct you to where you can find it or order it for you. They even follow up with you on items that you were looking for that were out of stock on your visit.The animals are well cared for and the products are vast and varied. The prices are a bit high, but you get what you pay for ... and here that means quality products and concierge-level service.

The employees are very knowledgeable... you can tell they love animals and truly have the desire to help you find what you need for your pet. My Cat, Albervan, died of cancer after nearly 14 years a couple years ago. I had helped deliver him, and I held him in my arms while he passed away. I believe it was his food that killed him. I have 4 now and have been the hunt to find that perfect one! I've spent hours there going over ingredients and and prices, making comparisons. I'm happy to say we finally found the one dry food ALL 4 cats will eat that is good for them and won't break my pocketbook! Thank you to all the wonderful team members at Pet Supermarket, I'm definitely a loyal customer for life!

Don’t even buy any fish there. I’m going in, taking pictures and then calling corporate. I bought 5 fish yesterday 3 being loaches, one died all of a sudden and it’s not the first time. Seems I trust them once more since it’s the only place to really get fish, so I tried once more for my fish to suddenly die. They have dead fish in the tanks and they don’t clean them properly. DO NOT buy fish from there. Waste of money. I’m going in with my fish and demanding a damn explanation!

Clean store - the animals they do have in store are well taken care of. The staff really seem to love animals as well, love their jobs, and overall are super friendly to us customers, which is awesome. I wish they had a grooming center.

Has a larger unique selection of dog treats than the larger pet stores. Staff was friendly and helpful. The store was clean as well. I recommend this place if you have dogs.

Although I like shopping there because it's convenient, when they run out of specific dog food, it takes a while to replenish as they advised us that they can't order, they have to rely on their corp to order the replenish. All they can say is they get a truck every Monday, check back then. They don't allow internet orders as well.
