We couldn't get any help at all. My husband had large heavy items to put on a cart. I walked across the store and asked a cashier to send an employee, but even then no one showed up.As we began checking out, we told the cashier we'd sign up for a credit card- to get a percentage off the total. She said it was too late. Too late? She hadn't even finished scanning!She refused to start over, or whatever might be required to undo the purchase, she just repeated that it was "too late". There was no one in line behind us. Her refusal cost us $100! We'd come to this store specifically because of this offer!My husband didn't want to pursue the issue; he wasn't feeling well after having to load the heavy lumber by himself. He's on chemotherapy.As we continue working, we will NOT buy supplies from this store.

Some of the things you have jumbled in a place that is not even the same thing. I'm looking for the 200 amp service wire splice to be able to get it to the building... Just need to get the stuff marked clearly and it is nice to have it in the service wire section,and I have to go on a scavenger hunt for it to be in the fuses section not service box fuses the auto fuses section.. what makes you think someone is going to be looking in the section and not with the other stuff for service wires extension blocks and in no way a fuse..

So I went in tonight to do a return and get a couple things and there was about 4 people ahead of me in the return line at 6pm on Sunday but no problem cause I was going to be busier this week!As it took a while to get close to my turn it was one lady helping then came another to assist the one that was helping them there was 2 helping and then the original girl disappeared returned later now both are there and I’m up next and the girl that finished first went to print return stickers place then on the items and then went with the cart to take them to the area???Not to help the guy that had been in line for 25 minutes she left didn’t say a workAnd they have no idea that I have spent almost $5,000 this YTD! And that really doesn’t matter no matter how much you might spend in this store that is horrible customer serviceI can buy materials anywhere else and probably will and to tell you the truth don’t care if I have to go out of my way or spend more to be treated better!

This location is neat and organized. The pro entrance was easily accessible and conveniently located next to the power tools. I was in and out with exactly what I came for in under 5 minutes. The staff was friendly. I would definitely recommend this location.

We bought a new refrigerator, for a great sale price, + free delivery! We also decided to add a 3-year Lowe's warranty. Irina was an exemplary employee & helped us through the process.

Bathrooms are always nasty, only seems to ever have half of what you need, employees are difficult to find and when you do are completely useless. I've had better customer service from CUSTOMERS than from paid employees. I hate this store of which I used to love over hone depot.

Chris, an employee, was a great help, actually the best experience I've ever had at lowes. Polite, courteous, knowledgeable, and volunteered 🙋♂️ to help lowes could use a few more like him. A recent transplant from the outside garden now in lumber, he went out of his way to help

Waited for an associate for 30mins on the phone regarding my curbside order only to have her hang up on me(today at 3:16). Curbside service is starting to feel like a joke. The last time I waited hours for my order online to find that it was completed and sat next to the front counter, and was never completed in their database, so they did not deliver it to the curbside for this reason(as it was explained)-they apologize, but it seems that they just have been too busy to handle the volume of business they’re getting and they’re quite unorganized.

I have been a loyal customer and have spent thousands of dollars at the store in Inverness. We bought a new GE washer and dryer 2 years ago. The washer quit called to have service. GESent someone out same day. Said we needed a new mother board and a new h20 board. Great everything is covered.Less than a week we have part here to get fixed. GE call on the day of repair saying they no longer have anyone doing work in the area. Well isn't this great. Almost 2 weeks now washer.Go to lowes talked to Richard (great guy) does exactly what he says he will do. He calls GE while we wait, they assure him it will expedited. Have appt for them to come out on 9/1 between 8-5am. No one shows, I get email at 530pm saying it has been canceled again. It's now 9-8-23 and I still have no working washer. Frustrated aggravated have to go to laundry mat. What good is a warranty if you can't get it fixed.Can't put blame all on lowes or GE but if you collect money for a warranty you are responsible. I want my machine fixed or replaced. Will not support your company till this is taken care of and some sort of compensation.

Went to Lowes Inverness Fl, They had Mulch on sale 5 for $10 in Red , Brown or Black. Clearly marked with a huge sign. and wrapped pallets also marked. I got 15 bags and some bricks and rocks maybe $300 worth of stuff. At checkout the mulch rang up at 4.97 each I told them look at the signs. Said no, it is what it is.So I let them keep the cart, and went to Home Depot.I may have spent $30 more at Home Depot but they were nice and wanted my Business.I will look into a home depot credit card, and maybe cut up the lowes card.Dale Frase

We go to Lowes for everything and their Customer service in flooring absolutely SUCKS! Specifically Amelia and Lloyd, trying to get a quote and schedule a flooring install after a measurement was done and we were repeatedly ignored and brushed off in person and over the phone. Made 3 trips in only to be told "I can't deal with this I have inventory" "I don't know how to work the computer" "The system must have changed your quote" "I'm cutting blinds be right back" after I waited over an hour for him to finish, I was told I'd have to make another appointment for measurements because neither one of them knew how to adjust the quote accordingly when changing materials and removing a bedroom. Called to ask questions, stated they would return my call, never did.

We, my husband and I, needed to replace our microwave. Of course it was expensive because it goes over the stove and has a built-in vent system. The young man was very helpful.

Called this location, someone answered, “hold please” no greeting or anything. I waited 12 MINS on hold. I hung up, & called back someone immediately took my call. Teach your employees to do better. Bad customer service this call took place 4-2-2024 at 7:09.

I placed an online order for kitchen cabinets for a kitchen remodel project I am working on. Two weeks later I get an alert that its ready for pickup. I arrive to Inverness lowes, wait for them to find my order 20-30mins. Start loading cabinet order. Then I have the bright idea to start checking after its 3/4 loaded. Come to find out Im missing 3 out of the 5 wall cabinets and a 12" base. Instead of wall cabs they sent 3 bases and no 12". So I waste an hour there trying to figure out wth was missing, I get that figured out and have to go back inside to waste another 30minutes of my day dealing with the manager figuring out what to do. Now I have a project set up for this week, planned in advance, with no friggin cabinets. No offer of making anything right at all, other than re ordering and hopefully this time they dont f$%k it up. So again in a few weeks I will have to waste another few hours of my day driving back to lowes to pick up an order I should've already had delaying my payment of a job started that can not be finished without cabinets and lowes could care less.... Im sorry is what I get. Never again will I use lowes for cabinets. Im so pissed Im going to start shopping at The Home Depot.Yeah I can tell how much lowes cares. You really bent over backwards to fix your mistake. NOT! Times is money and you've waisted my time and money with these cabinets. Not even an offer to finacially fix the mistakes made by the warehouse. Doubtfull you care.

Clean and tidy store with a great plant selection and a super friendly staff. There was very little wait time to checkout and the self checkout had two attendants ready and willing to make certain the process wear easy.

Feels like bait & switch. Shopping for refrigerator, finally decided on one and we're told they don't have it in stock (should be in in 2 weeks)Asked if sale price will be honored if we wait and told no, cannot guarantee that, asked if we can purchase floor model, told no!! This has happened before, when we bought a stove! Feel sorry for sales person because he deals with our flack. Sells another fridge to us for same price but it's not the one we wanted or as big! Why is it on the floor with the sale price if they cannot sell it for that??? Or give a rain check? We want to shop at Lowe's but getting tired I of it.

Can never find help when you need it. Where is everyone!! Does anyone manage this place? Nice, friendly staff but where did they all go? Not only this location, many like it. Home depot is way better unless you want cookie cutter type materials.

My husband has twice been to the plumbing department and a employee in that dept has gone above and beyond both times. It's always nice to have an associate be such a great help, we so appreciate it, so little of that any more. I wish we remembered his name but my husband doesn't Nice store and great service 👍

They don’t deserve one star. We bought a refrigerator with ice maker and the ice maker was defective. They sent 2 people out to install it and when we opened it the next day the freezer and fridge was flooded with water. They came out several times with different people and they never communicated on why they were there. Days went by so we asked for a new frig and Lowes said we had it too long to get another one. So we went to Lowes to talk to management. They knew it was defective so they were going to exchange it. They wanted to come get the old one and leave us with no frig. We suggested they bring the new one and pick up the old one but they wouldn’t do it. So as of today we still have the frig with the defective ice maker. We have given Lowe’s our business for 20 years but now Home Depot has our business. I don’t recommend them to anyone

This is a review of Lowes Protection plus warranty program I got for my Midea freezer. The freezer broke in about 8 months and I lost a full load of frozen items. Midea could not repair or replace the freezer and refunded my purchase price. Lowes protection plan started me jumping through hoops immediately upon notifying them of the lost food. They wanted a list of the foods spoiled. I could not do that as they were in the trash. Then they wanted proof from Midea that the food spoilage was from the broken freezer. Figure that out..... Then they wanted me to provide a list of what I bought to replace the items. Without a freezer, where would those things go? By this time I decided to just give up. I then looked at reviews about the plan. They are all terrible. I would rate Lowes 0 stars if possible. Buyer beware as the saying goes.Update 7/27/23 Lowes reached out by leaving a response here. I called and spoke to a customer service person who tried her best to resolve the issue but in the end, I stick with my rating. I will say that I believe sharing issues with others does find it's way back to the sellers.

Bought a washer and dryer from Lowes. Maytag top of the line. Dryer died 3 months later wont even turn on. Called Lowes. They directed me towards the manufacturer. Called them and I was told the dryer had been sold around june/july. So according to them it must have been returned!!!. Amazing when you pay for brand new then get used and it dies!!. I'm so livid. They're telling me there's nothing they can do about it. Buyer beware!

I am redoing my entire kitchen and one bathroom with insurance claim money. I went to Lowes Inverness this afternoon. I was looking particularly for countertops today. I stopped to look at butcher block, and the employee was sitting and looking at a computer screen. I continued looking, thinking he'd finish what he was doing and come answer my questions. He never looked up. And he never got up to help. I deliberately took my time just to see if he would EVER ask me if I needed help. I kept circling his area. Finally, about 15 minutes later, he looked up and asked me if he could help. I said, "Oh no, you are much too busy!" He turned back to his computer, didn't say a word. I'm guess there's games on that computer.

Love Lowe’s. I’m the kind of guy who visits each aisle and get inspired for new projects. Unfortunately being disabled I can’t ever make these projects a reality. However Lowe’s makes my problems same minor. It fills a void that was there when all the neighborhood stores went out of business but Loews does give me almost the same feeling due to their talented and caring employees.
