The staff is terrific. My dog received a small injury to his right rear foot, and they took him in despite having a very busy schedule. We've been their patients for 3 years. Always professional. Great service! Excellent care for our Italian Greyhound.

Should you need a Vet for you animal, this is the place to go. Everyone there is so attentive to your and your pets needs. Dr Gonda and her team provide excellent care. I had let Milo move on to his next adventure, during this time the Dr and team were very supportive and caring. Thank you all so much.

Went once for flea meds when we moved here last year. I had to pay to update all vaccines which is normal. It’s an indoor cat. It has been having eye leakage on and off so I have been calling (told to call) on my days off, if it’s leaking, to see if there were any cancellations. In many other Veterinary offices, when I have booked ahead and paid for the visit without the leakage happening as proof, they say they can’t help without seeing the issue first hand. So now I call only when the leakage is present and I’m available. I just called and the receptionist just told me to not call to see if there is a cancellations anymore, and to be prepared to pay an emergency fee on Top of the visit. This is very unique from my 30+ years of cat ownership to be told to pay extra. Anyone that has a cat with an issue that is on and off, be aware. I haven’t had time to develop a rapport with anyone there. The office seems average in cleanliness and atmosphere. If they can squeeze you in, then this might be a great place for you. They seem busy. I’m disappointed and had hoped to continue going here.

THIS IS THE BEST PLACE TO TAKE YOUR FUR BABIES!Absolutely the cleanest and friendliest place my "Furr Son" has ever visited.We had a slight emergency, and called first. We were welcomed, even with my baby boys attitude issues. This was truly his best Vet visit ever.I rescued him at 6 months.He is now almost 7 years old. He was horribly mistreated which has caused permanent physical damage to parts of his body and a fear of humans.The staff was so amazing. They made sure his needs were taken care of before taking him back for urgent minor surgery. The Veterinarian and her assistant/tech introduced themselves to him multiple times, and when it became his turn, he hesitantly went back, but remained a gentleman.After his procedure, he was brought back to our private room until he woke. The Veterinarian and her assistant/tech were so kind and professional. They made sure I knew he was safe and loved throughout the entire visit. The assistant/tech described how they stroked him and talked to him as they sedated him so he wouldn't worry. The Veterinarian came in and explained the complete procedure and after care, then told me he was a good patient, that he should wake within 10 minutes or so. The assistant/tech came in from time to time to check on him, and told me about his after care, and his medication. I absolutely love this office and staff! They gave the very best care to my baby boy and to me. I highly recommend these amazingly wonderful women ,both at the lobby counter, and in the medical exam and surgical rooms! 4/13/23 Thank you DR TOTO for taking such good care of my big baby boy Greigh. Today ❤️

Floral city Animal Clinic is right now at this moment saving my 9 week old baby girls life! They were so gentle and amazing with her during her exam. Explained everything to me in many ways to fully understand what is wrong with her and treatment options. They gave me the freedom to decide what I felt was best for her. I am forever grateful for the immediate response to help me and her. I am thankful I am able to afford to save her life and the prices at floral city animal clinic are very fair and reasonable. Without them and without me this beautiful baby girl would have passed away. Please get your pets on de-worm medication!! Even at 9 weeks she almost lost her life and now is getting a blood transfusion. My dogs are my children my absolute world! Thank you so much everyone at floral city vet. I truly thank you.

I absolutely love FC Animal Clinic!!!If something ever comes up and need to be seen, they always do their best to fit us in. If not right then, next day. The staff is very friendly, wonderful and caring. I take all my pets there. If my Saddie is happy, then momma is happy.

We have been taking our three dogs here for years now. They have always taken great care of them. We recently had to say good bye to our 18 year old Chihuahua unfortunately. The staff was amazing and compassionate. I highly recommend FCAC

I called this morning to get my dog in because yesterday she was bleeding then a big tumor or what ever it is came out of her private and I was going to them for shots for al my dogs and I asked them if they could help me and do a payment plan with me they didn't want to help me and said they don't do payment plans I will don't be going back to them if they cared so much about animal they would have helped me there just out for the money there a very high price place. I will help me .so if u want to find someone who cares for your baby's its dont them so dont go there iwill find someonethat will help me

I have been going to Floral City animal clinic with my two cats for a little over 2 years now. Initially when I started taking them there, Dr Toto treated both of them and I was just crazy about her and found the place to be extremely knowledgeable and kind and skilled. Unfortunately that changed sometime last year I would say and I was bounced around between several other veterinarians who I didn't care for. I was also honestly put off by the fact that I had called maybe three times over. Of maybe 9 months to try to get one of the cats in when they were ill and was told each of those times that no appointments were available for about 2 weeks. I was astonished and asked how that could be possible with a sick cat or cats and they offered me an option to bring the cat in the very next morning and drop them off by 8:00 a.m. and then get them back sometime that next day. And also that it would be considered an emergency visit even though it was clearly within posted office hours. I found this to be very bad business. It seems that now they are no longer trying to do that. However I had to take one of my cats back in last week and was able to meet Dr Kennedy who is one of the owners of the clinic along with his wife, the wonderful doctor Toto. Dr Kennedy was very kind, a good listener, and very skillful and knowledgeable and was able to diagnose my cat, poodle, immediately with an upper respiratory infection. He knew immediately what to do as I'm sure he seen this thousands of times over his career but yet put me right at ease and I'm proud to report and so happy that poodle is doing much better at this time. My faith has been restored in this clinic and I recommend it.

This group of caring and professional animal lovers are the best. Dr. Toto listens and communicates well with furbaby parents. Our 9.5 yr old dog had several skin nogules to be removed and a tumor, as well. They were constantly in touch with us, helping to ease our minds . I wished I could give them 10 stars.

These people care less about your pet and more about the money. My dogs have been going there since they were puppies and my girl dog has an ongoing allergy condition with her eye. They give you just enough medicine the last a month and every time the allergies come back they want me to bring her in for another $400 visit. When I try to order her medicine through chewy they blocked it. And when I confronted them about them charging me $70 extra for emergency visits when I walk in there and the place is always empty the doctor said she didn't want to deal with me no more to find another doctor. They're in it for the money bunch of crooks

This is a fantastic veterinary office. From the front desk staff, to the techs, and of course the Vets, they are simply the best.Office is clean and doesn't smell like a pound. They make and keep appointments if you are on time, zero or very little wait time.. Prices are average or maybe a tad below average, but affordable especially when you consider the service level.Dr. Toto is amazing <3. She takes the time to explain everything, makes sure that you feel comfortable, and understand each process. She saved my dog's life too. She diagnosed and found a blood mass in his spleen that took a bit to expose itself. She promptly scheduled and performed the surgery after the nessacary tests. She successfully removed my old boys spleen and he was fully recovered in two weeks.I highly recommend Floral City Animal Clinic.Tilly, Studley, and I appreciate all of the office staff and Doctors!Thank you!
