I went there the first time on my own , the first Sale Associate person i forget her name really nice and friendly. And today, i went back shopping with my family. Sale Associate Christine R was rude and communicated with us in the way really unwelcome to the store. I never shop in this store again. Store Manager need to re-train their employee customer service and their manners .

Debbie was working the register and my niece was playing around 3 yr old and she started yelling at her across the store I was unhappy will never shop here again second time again plus the bathrooms closed a 1hr before the store closed

I usually don't leave reviews for Dolla Tree but I had to today: from the organized, well stocked rows of products, store cleanliness and the incredibly personable, polite and efficient cashier Nash, this Dollar Tree has become my favorite although I live in Crystal River. It's right next to the Regal theater I often frequent so that is also a plus. I also dropped sweater here at this store last month and one of the amazing clerks put it in a bag, labeled it with my name and kept it in the manager's office until I picked it up. Amazing! Great job, Dollar Tree inverness!

One of the cleanest Dollar Trees I've been to with a decent selection. I was able to get almost everything on my list! Staff was very friendly and amazingly got a long line down quickly.

There's a very rude girl at register didn't even put my stuff in bag and walked away from the counter and dismissed me after paying....teen black hair bangs ...I asked if the store was hiring and she rolled here eyes at me said NOO and didn't offer me app.... I asked for manager and she said the 'hiring manager is gone all the time so try coming in Monday...hmmm I personally would love to replace her💓

This is the closest DT to me but I wish they had more stock. They're always behind other stores and what they get first. The employees are super nice usually though.

I love this Dollar Tree. It is very clean. There is also a very wide variety of items to choose from. If they're out of stock on something, it does get replenished fairly quickly.

Service was friendly and fast check out. A very welcome improvement from over a year ago. Seems the employees that work here now are happy to be there. I cannot say that for the people that used to work there over a year ago. Much more friendlier and cleaner looking atmosphere.

This is a really big store they have a lot of things to choose from. I Love Dollar Tree it saves my dollars. Update10/16/23-My Beverly Hills Dollar1/4 Tree seems bare lately- went to Inverness Dollar1/4Tree where much more merchandise was on the shelves.

The Store is generally disorganized. The managers are often unavailable, even though they're frequently needed at the registers. The cashiers have a void limit that's obscenely low and could be met in a single transaction with an indecisive customer. Then it takes forever to get a manager there to help. The managers are also frequently very nasty to their employees. This dollar tree also has a very limited selection compared to surrounding dollar trees.

Went here today 9/3/23 and the man behind register so rude no hello or have a good day it was only do you want your receipt smh what happened to customer service and let’s not mention no name tag and the dirty shirt .

One person working register and check out line was 40 feet long and not because of social distancing!!This dollar tree is always like this.If they paid their help better and used them more then 3 to 5 hours a day it would be a better place.

This Specific Dollar Tree in Inverness is my absolute favorite place to shop! The employees ALWAYS greet you when you're walking in the door in a friendly and inviting manor. This store is always clean, organized and the shelves are kept stocked with the items pulled forward so customers can see and reach them problem free! I love that Dollar Tree in Inverness has a constant flow of new items keeping the shopping experience positive and exciting. This perticular store is the only one that I have seen display their newest product up front as you enter on a neatly set up display table. The cashiers are friendly, and always try to be courteous, polite and quick during the rushes of shopping traffic to keep the wait period for checkout as minimal of a wait as possible. I absolutely love this Dollar Tree and have not enjoyed shopping at any other location yet! Thank you for being my "Go To" and most favorite place to shop for over a decade Dollar Tree in Inverness!!!

Employees were very courteous and helpful. This location is kept very very clean & organized. My only complaint is that there's very little variety, and even lower stock on their seasonal items. Overall I am happy with the store and would certainly go there again.

It's your classic El Cheapo spot to grab $1 items...keep in mind...you get what you pay for. I go in at least every other week for the Iced Animal Cookies...can't find them elsewhere. Plus, I love scooping up loads of the little 1 buck toys and candies for our family's "treasure box". Gives the kiddos incentive to act right so at the end of the day they earn the opportunity to score a little gift. Works out for me!Seems like there's new staff members every other time I visit, and I've only encountered ONE who actually acts like they have manners and treat the customers with respect...the others act as if it's a bother to answer a question and/or check you out. I'll continue to make my biweekly trips, but only for the cookies and treasure box fillers. I feel like they should institute a new policy and maybe retrain their staff. Kindness goes a long way these days!

this dollar tree is much bigger than the one by my house so i love it! so much to look at and find and buy...sucks they have to be the dollar 25 tree now but what can ya do with everyone raising prices. it still is cheaper then other places and sooooo much crafty supplies!!

Clean and well stocked. Not the largest or nicest Dollar Tree, but far from some of the nastier ones. The parking is ample but can get full on popular movie nights or around dinner time because there is a theatre and several restaurants in that same strip of stores.

Was returning a few items, policy is you return 7 items you have to buy 7 items no refunds. Oh well so I had to go shopping... again. Half a trip around the store found 8 items LOL.

Dollar Tree has such a great variety of products. I got Scotties facial tissue, Ajax cleanser. Body wash. All so much cheaper than at Walmart.I make a special list for Dollar Tree to stretch my buying dollars.

Not happy with your business here. I was at this location at about 4 this afternoon. And what did I find? A crowded store with only one cashier who was close to tears. I had previously gave this store a 4 star rating. Not now. If I can, I'd give a zero

Extremely clean and well organized. It is one of the largest Dollar Trees I have ever been in. Also, the staff always seems pleasant and courteous when checking you out which makes the whole experience better.
