They alway take such good care of my Harley. He wasn’t very cooperative at first and now he does very well and I wouldn’t let him go anywhere else. His cuts are always so cute and they listen to your requests for different styles. The company employs regulars so my pup gets used to those that handle him. He always looks and smells amazing and Darlene and her crew are so sweet ! Love and recommend this place 10/10!

Took my deaf, almost 15 year old Westie in for a grooming today. I was really nervous as he’s been going to the same groomer his whole life, but we moved here so had to find someone new. They took great care of my old buddy! I would highly recommend them. They were very professional and reasonably priced!!! She asked me about how i wanted him cut (I don’t do the typical Westie cut on him),. she listened and he’s a happy boy now! Thanks so much for the great service.

I had an appointment with Darlene nine days ago when I showed up I found out that she had not gone to work, her dog had, had surgery. A very young girl spoke a few words to me, just to let me know she was doing Penelope (my dog ) well Penelope is a miniature schnauzer so she needs someone that had experience with that breed!!! Almost seven hours later I finally get a call from a, man when I went to pick her up what a big disappointmen her hair was all in clumps, where it was supposed to be shaveher face looks like an Akita, her ears where never touched!!! I have been trying to talk to Darlene and I keep getting the same respond, she's not in, she taking care of her dog. I talked to her husband and a very nice lady... That young woman should not be allowed to groomed any dog, till she goes back to school and learns how to groomed!!!!

The best grooming experience in citrus county! Have been taking my now 13 year old pom there for a cut every month for several years amd I would not go anywhere else. It is always very clean, the staff are great and Darlene is so amazing, she truly cares about every pet that comes in. 100% would recommend to anyone.

Darlene is just awesome. New to the area and finding a groomer for my fur baby has been hard.But our search has ended and what a great Groomer we have now. Very good with my pup and thorough. Took care of my dog like he was one of hers. Excellent grooming and much care. Facility is immaculate and very welcoming.If you need a good Groomer your search has ended. Just give her a call 🐾

Very nice place. Darleen did an awesome job grooming my German Shepherd mix. She called mid way through to update and inform me on how the appointment was going. This was my dogs first time to a groomer and when I picked her up not only did she look and smell great but she was happy and did not seem distressed at all. I could tell they really put effort and care into her appointment. Would absolutely reccomend and will be back in the future!

My kitty has extremely long thick fur. She is very shy, doesn't trust people, & has had previuos injuries to both rear legs. She LOVES Darlene & her staff. I've taken her in 3 times with EXCELLENT results every time. Being from Oregon, i can honestly say her prices are fantastic! You have no idea what i was quoted in Portland, but i will tell you that Darlene & her staff are worth every penny they charge & more. For the way they treat my baby, myself, and the prices, i would give them 10 stars!! Never will go to anybody else.

They always do such an amazing job! And my baby girl is always so happy when I pick her up. And that's important because I have taken her to places where she was scared and shaking when I picked her up so she never went back. I love to see her jumping and happy! We bring our shepherd mix here for his annual haircut and grooming (whenever his medium-long hair starts to get unruly) and Darleen and her crew always deliver! They truly are professionals... They really listen to your wants, and seemingly handle the dogs with such ease! Our dog always walks out looking great (I LOVE the bandanas he gets), and by his strut, we can tell he feels great too!

Darleen Jefferson is the ONLY groomer I would recommend. As a retired groomer, I would place my reputation on that. She is an extremely talented, caring, loving, and patient groomer I've had the pleasure of knowing. I've met many. She is as professional and meticulous as you will ever find. She provides a super clean, loving, and nurturing environment for all of our fur babies. All of mine throughout many years, loved spending time in her care. My babies walk right in, and lie down. After 5 minutes, they're asleep. She takes her time and does exceptional work.

We have a challenging little puppy who really does not like the groomer. Well, until Darleen. We even got a report that Shel was the best one all day! That's because Darleen and her team are amazing and understand the different dynamics each pup may have. As far as the grooming..... Shelby has NEVER looked better. I took two of my fur babies in for the first time on Monday and my other today. They all look beautiful. I am very pleased with the cuts and they smell wonderful. They also weren't stressed by being groomed. I will be using Darlene exclusively from now on. Give her a try you won't be sorry.

Darleen is the best groomer! She treats the dogs like her own. I've even seen her rock a dog because it was storming and the dog was scared. She fell asleep in her arms. I trust all my dogs with her.

She has the love and care to make all of the dogs and cats that visit her feel right at home!! 10 years old Sandi will not even let ME groom her, she has to have her Darleen!!! We just moved to Florida from Seattle and our doggies needed groomed. Bella and Mo aren't so good at getting groomed so I was very hesitant. Was sure that I was going to get a call to say we needed to do it in a couple appointments.We went to breakfast, did some shopping etc... I finally got a call but it was Darlene telling me my babies were done!I have never been so happy when we got there and Bella had bows and Mo had a bandana. They looked the best we've ever seen them. We won't be going anywhere else! They are so nice and love what they do!

Took my girl there once. I never heard her speak to my girl, encouraging or otherwise. I never saw a smile from Darlene; not at drop off and not at pickup. I was made to feel like I had misled her when I told her my girl had no trouble at the groomers. I had never had a complaint before.When we discussed flea treatment, Darlene spoke knowingly when she said that my girl would not be able to take oral treatments because of her heart condition. Turns out that, according to the vet, there are no contraindications between oral flea treatment and heart conditions.Will not go back. Will not recommend.
