I really want to love this place especially with Starbucks coming to town. But the issue is they’re never fast enough and frankly the staff is never that friendly. The staff is either arguing between themselves, or they see him annoyed when you were ordering. The food is actually pretty good and their coffee is great. But the service is just not there. You always have to be ready to wait minimum 20 minutes to be able to get in and out the door, even when there isn’t a line. they always only have one staff member behind the coffee counter. Yet they always have at least a couple staff members in the kitchen who are just talking and hanging out. I feel so bad for the girl behind the counter as she’s struggling to get all of the drinks done and nobody jumps into help her when they see a longer line form. They clearly have plenty of staff they could use to move some of that staff behind the coffee counter to help the line go faster. Again, I really want to go here for my coffee but it’s not reliably fast enough for me to realistically go here all the time. Also, they were mopping the floors at 10 AM. It doesn’t make any sense if you’re trying to have people come to your coffee shop during the day.

I love this coffee shop. Everyone has been so nice in each location.Ive eaten at all of them.The quality of the food is always a good experience.It’s cool how the menu changes.Although I miss my favorite mediterranean veggie wrap when it’s off rotation.Vegetarian options: I’ve loved everything I’ve tried.The chicken salad sandwich is always good. 😋Now I’m hungry 🤣

I went there three times during my stay and here are the pros and cons:Pros:great atmosphere with diff. seating areasvariety of coffees and foodgood store hoursCons:orders are inconsistent (one of my Cappuccinos missed one Espresso shot), the PJ bagel was missing the jellyonly paper cups - no china and paper plates for in-store customersthe servers were not very attentive - I stood there waiting for my coffee and it was sitting there but nobody said a word.

We have been in other locations before and the staff were extremely friendly and nice, however we went here in the Inverness,FL location and the staff was very rude, specially the guy doing our frozen coffee and cappuccinos. The other guy that was taking orders at the front was very nice but we were so dissapointed with the dude making our coffee. He handled our coffee with an attitude and even when I said “Thank You” he just ignored me. So rude! If you dont like to deal with people find a job in a office with closed walls.

I should have taken a picture because the food was so tasty!The interior decorator is very unique and done very well.It is a must stop the next time we are in the Inverness Florida area.My husband ordered the special egg bites, really nothing special about them.I ordered a Cranberry Pecan Chicken Salad sandwich on pumpernickel bread. Oh my I can't say enough about my sandwich, it was so good.My only complaint was the person at the counter was doing several things while we were giving our order.

We loved this coffee shop for the most part and would highly recommend for an excellent cup of fresh coffee and baked goods. The place was large and I have to say the bathroom was exquisite! 4/5 stars due only to the service, though friendly enough, they seemed frazzled when a short line of customers accumulated. Our order included a frosted cinnamon roll and a blueberry muffin which were put together in one small paper bag with a smash. We waited longer than some customers after us before we received our full order. But it was all so good! The coffee itself was remarkable! Let’s make it 4.5 stars.

A very good local coffee shop that actually roast their own coffee beans, too! The menu of food changes ever so often, but the meals are always amazing. The lobster rolls are pretty famous, and you have to get their early or they sell out. This is a great place to meet someone and chat, but it can get noisy with the coffee being grinded. We love buying the coffee to brew at home too!

Very different take on the coffee house vibe here. Seating areas with book shelves ❣️Cattle Dog Roasters has a variety of coffees from around the world. I was so excited to find Tanzania Peaberry here! I happened to notice a nice selection of teas that isn't so common also! I will have to check out next time. 😍I was so enthralled with the vast amount of roasted coffees I forgot to use the bathroom... Who knew that could happen... 🤷

Grabbed a frozen hot chocolate and a chocolate chip cookie. My family loves this venue, so I tried it for the first time and enjoyed what I tasted. The frozen hot chocolate was cold and sweet and well blended. And the cookie was moist and was packed with chocolate chips. The restaurant was in a large open room and clean. The bathrooms were stylish. The line flowed quickly and the atmosphere was very relaxing.

It's always a pleasure going to Cattle Dog. The coffe, the staff, and atmosphere is great, especially Mike. I hadn't been there in 4 months and he remembered my name and what I always get, you'll never have that kind of service at a corporate chain.This place is the absolute BEST!

The bags do not have a roast date, kinda strange.Edit: No dates on the bags mean no one can guarantee when they were roasted so we have no idea how long to degas the beans. Most roasters post the date regardless how fast they how moving, for instance I recently purchase a bag from huckleberry roasters, roast date was 12/18 received on 12/22. Furthermore if I purchased the bag on your website since there is no roast schedule posted there or on the bags I can not know when the bag was roasted. There arnt even batch numbers on the bags. The most important thing for a local roasted coffee is the date. The two star review is fair, the store was nice but even though as you stated you "make drinks, food, teas, roast beans, and much more" that is great but that is not why I visited the location, it was for fresh roasted whole beans which the fresh part could not be verified.

I was in the area for the first time. I saw it said they were open until 6:00pm so I thought I would grab a quick to go coffee. It was 5:50pm when I walked in (I get it that they were shutting down) BUT NO ONE even said a word to me...NOT even I'm sorry but we are no longer serving absolutely nothing. Guess I will not ever know how their coffee is because I will not be back!!!!

With a name like they have, you think they like dogs. However, all the people at the cattle dog coffee shop in Inverness were openly hostile as soon as I walked into their place with my little 12 lb dog in my arms even though they were grudgingly willing to bring my coffee out to me in the street,as I walked out the door to wait for it, I said never mind because it was now toxic coffee for me.The appearance/atmosphere of the place is quite fun. Looks like a fun place so I gave it a two due to the staff/atmosphere being hostile.Don't let the name fool you, maybe the management is hard on them. I don't know, whatever.I went on down the road 20 miles later in Brooksville. I had an entirely different and wonderful experience. What a contrast at the mountaineers coffee shop in Brooksville, where you are made to feel Welcome. Gabrielle and I took a load off in the cute WELCOMING atmosphere got my coffee plus a homemade ginger cookie!

I enjoy going to this coffee house and as a vegetarian, I get their homemade veggie burger for $12. They have sandwiches that they call Paninis but they’re not on Panini Bread. Their menu changes every few months. Their pastries are delicious. Sometimes their coffee, or hot cocoa, isn’t the hottest, but it tastes good. The music they have weekly is my draw. I come and listen and drink coffee or have lunch every week. I look forward to it!!!The only thing is, I cannot get on the Internet, even with their password, even with me asking for their help. This coffee shop is highly recommended except if you need to use your laptop or phone without a hotspot. The area has an internet vortex so it’s spotty in general everywhere.

Stopped in with my wife & we both had frozen coffee. They have a lot of different flavors. I had one with milk chocolate & Kahlua ! It was awesome. It was my 1st time going to a Cattle Dog Coffee shop. But I will definitely come back . The store is very large & the staff is very nice & welcome you as family. There are plenty of seating with tables & chairs. Plus a few comfy couches and large chairs to relax. If you haven't tried this place yet you need to stop by. A great place to relax and have a coffee and a snack !

Nice store, larger inside than we expected. We were seeking a supplier of fresh coffee beans. We like to grind our own beans. Staff were not particularly helpful nor knowledgable about the fresh beans they sell there & actually behaved a bit annoyed when questions are asked. We will go elsewhere.It is probably better if you stick to ordering a cup and cookies, simple stuff of the menu. They don't know much about the coffee beans they sell there & don't like those kind of questions, it seems.

Picked up frozen coffees, they were made with sugar free syrups. Berrylucious & Mocha Royale.Parking: This shopping center where Cattle Dog is a small one, therefore, you may have to park a bit farther away on the property.
