I should have checked the reviews for this business, All Fur Paws in Inverness. The woman, Brenda was so unprofessional. My toy poodle was there 4 hours instead of the 2 hours she stated it would take. I asked for a bath and trim for my little fellow. Ms. Brenda gave my dog an uneven choppy cut and no bath. I asked that she take a little off the top afro and she cut the hair to scalp instead. She did not give him a bath and still asked, "Can you just pay my money." She stated she was sick and should have not come to work. She started whining and acting so unprofessional. She walked to the back to the bathroom and left me with a young teen child to take the payment. She also stated she left her receipt book at home and wrote on a business card for the receipt. It was not a good experience, at all. I will not return there for business. I have attached a before picture and after picture .

I didn't have a great experience. Brenda was nice and all, but something she did irritated my dogs eyes and she ended up at the vet the next morning not being able to open either of her eyes. She had to wear a cone for a week and needed both eye drops and an eye gel 3 times a day. We reached out to Brenda to inform her and she suggested my dog was allergic to the shampoo and said that she would use hypoallergenic moving forward. She then offered a free bath. It's possible Mabel does need hypoallergenic shampoo, however, on top of that, Mabel is a poodle and her hair grew back really funky and uneven. There were also clearly missed uneven spots the day I brought her home too. I personally did not expect Brenda to give me a refund or cover my vet bill, but when I took my dog to Grooming by Glenda and told them the situation, they said they were confused why Brenda wouldn't offer to pay for my vet bill and that they always give a refund or comp the vet bill if their grooming session lands the dog at the vet. The whole situation just left a bad taste in my mouth and I personally would never trust them with my dog again.

my friend showed me a picture of her dogs bloody paws. Figured that warranted a negative 1,000 stars but google makes me give at least a 1.DON'T EVER BRING YOUR DOG HERE! and read previous reviews, this isn't the first time.

Big, furry, shaggy polar bear (Golden Doodle) got a much-needed bath and a lovely haircut just in time for Christmas. Great job and good service. Very pleased.

Took our blue heeler for a bath and grinding nails. Wonderful looking nails, and her coat is so nice feeling. We will be back next time through.

Stop googling and just go here! We took our beautiful, 14 year-old Golden here with some pretty difficult challenges in his coat and they crushed it! He has never looked (or smelled) better and we could not recommend All Fur more highly to anyone looking for courteous, friendly and thoroughly competent grooming. Bring cash or check 'cause they don't take credit cards, and bring extra 'cause you'll want to leave a tip for their outstanding service.

Do NOT take your dogs here. I have Pug with difficult nails, like all owners and groomers know. We talked about this and how many years experience she had...I had just moved here and my old groomer was wonderful but too far away now. This woman cut my baby's nails so short that 3 of them were bleeding all over the backseat! I called back furious, I can see one, but 3 !!! She said she was "old school." Which apparently means they do it on purpose to draw the quicks back. My dog was traumatized after this visit. Never in 12 years I have had anyone hacked her up and hurt her so bad!

Excellent experience with Brenda! Our boys are both rescues and sometimes seem to find boarding or grooming environments stressful but Brenda managed to soothe and handle them well, even though they are big guys (+/- 75 lbs each). We will definitely bring them back <3

After going through several dog groomers near Inverness, I took my little Yorkie whom asptsd from her past owners,she's a rescue and is very comfortable here#1, She's gets the full treatment and I even had her teeth cleaned there,she was very gentle w her and did an excellent job. Better than a Vet. And this service is only 45$$. My Vet said it would be 1,000 $ and the would knock her out. I wasn't comfortable w this,nor did I have 1,000$ I highly recommend All Furs Grooming. I will be taking my 7lb Yorkie there regular. She also makes you feel at home there. 10+ review. Your client StaceySanborn.

On June 11th 2022, I stopped in at All Fur Paws Grooming in Inverness, FL. without any prior appointment made and Brenda went ahead and gave my Baby Pomeranian “Marley” his very first groom spa day!! She has over 33 years experience under her Grooming Belt which more than put my mind at ease. Their shop was extremely clean, smelled great, other animals were happy and treated with tender loving care that I witnessed first hand while I was there before dropping my baby off for a couple of hours. Their customer service is impeccable and I was very impressed 100%!! They also have competitive but extremely affordable prices for their services. She has the shop set up great and nothing is hidden or done in secret. I am from out of town, my sweet Jack Russell needed his nails trimmed and a good bath. Very reasonably priced, very courteous to my puppy, and did a great job trimming his nails and giving him a really good bath. Thank you so much accommodating our needs, such a short notice. Definitely will be back when I come back into town!

Just got home with my 3 fur babies. Same day appointment, which is hard to find and with a busy work schedule sometimes things are set up at the last minute, so I especially appreciated them taking them today. Great though job with complete service, bath, ears, nail filed and even brushed their teeth. Even received a courtesy call to give me a head start on ready time. The completed all care in 2 hours! For 3 dogs! Price very reasonable. Also, nice to have a service that can cater to the south Inverness families. Definitely will be returning!

This was my 2nd groomer in Citrus County and needless to say the first was a nightmare. Brenda proved to be a great choice. Our dog who is 13 years old half deaf and blind can be very difficult. Brenda did a great job and even trimmed her nails which is difficult at best. While we were waiting, Brenda cleaned her ears and trimmed the hair in her ears which hasn't been done so well in a long time. When we left my dog seemed relaxed and unafraid at all! Brenda's experience shows! We will be back!

This was the absolute worst experience I have had at a groomer. My dogs first time and he was tortured. She did chain him very tight and he smells worse now then when he first went in. Clipped cuticle. He had a reaction to what she put on him and then she took the sprayer and sprayed it directly in his ear she better hope he does not get an ear infection. She and some other guy were clearly intoxicated. She had to know she did wrong because she kept lowering the price.

Got our 4 month old Goldendoodle groomed today and he looks and smells great. Very reasonable prices and excellent service. He was also relaxed and happy to see us when he was done.

This place is great! We bring our dog here all the time. It's so nice to have a place I can wash my own dog that's not in my bathroom or with the garden hose. My dog loves it here, the owner even clipped her nails. Great value for the price!

Be very careful utilizing this groomer. My husband left with our dogs after his initial meeting with Brenda without having her groom them. In hindsight we have read similar reviews stating the same issues. Be cautious.

DO NOT GO HERE IF YOU CARE ABOUT YOUR DOG.I have never been to a more unprofessional dog groomer in my life. I took my one year old lab puppy to get her nails trimmed. This was her first time at a groomer so she was obviously scared. The owner took my dog to the back and made me put her on a table. She then began to put a noose on her neck which was externally tight causing her head to be straight up in the air. With that experience aside, we then took our older lab to get her nails clipped (we where in a pinch and no other places where available). Upon coming in she repeated the same process of making me put her on the table and tying her up. I’m not sure if she was mad that I came in while she was eating a cup of noodles and watching tv, because the lack of care she gave to my dog was sickening. She was grabbing and twisting her poor arms back and forth and cut 3 cuticles. So between my dog being chocked out by the noose, and bleeding all over from her nails, me my family and anyone who I know that has an animal will NEVER go here again.

This was our first time at this groomer with our 6 month old yorkie.I will not give a good reference for this groomer. I will leave it at that, if the groomer chooses to refute my response, I will be more than happy to go in to detail regarding her experience and ability in grooming a yorkie.

Brenda is very unprofessional. She takes out her anger issues on her employees. She's closed more than she's open. Just a very rude and unprofessional person. Do not reccomend this person.
