Very professional and courteous. My dog Gilli was treated gently, and she wasn't anxious as with past visits to another vet in Palatka on Crill Ave. I was allowed to go with my pet to the back to see the doctor. I was never allowed before at another locationI highly recommend them.

Was so happy to have an exotic vet nearby! The Drs. and staff were very friendly and accommodating. They treated my little critter very well and made the post surgical care at home very easy, which made me and my pet less anxious during the healing period.

Excellent experience all around. I am updating my review because it does not describe how I feel about this vet clinic. They are they best clinic in Putnam, I would not take my pets anywhere else, but I don't want anyone to take their pets here either because I would love for them to be a best kept secret in Interlachen. I don't even have the words to properly detail how wonderful this office is and they deserve all good things forever and always.

I can not say enough positive things about Shelton Vet Clinic. Every staff member here is amazing, welcoming and comforting with the animals. They take the time to get to know you on a personal level and establish a relationship.My cat has been scared at previous clinics and Shelton knows what they’re doing when caring for animals and making them comfortable.Definitely make them your go to clinic!

The employees at this veterinary clinic are amazing. They were very good with our dog in helping to reassure him and keeping him calm while aspirating a lump on his ankle, giving him Benadryl before hand and even giving him his rabies shot. Even more so, they were very compassionate while informing us of the sad news that our dog has cancer.

These people are great! I found a stray cat in my yard that was severely injured and didn’t know what to do with it and they allowed me to bring her in. Unfortunately, the kitty had to be put down. I was so sad because I’m an animal person. The ladies comforted me and made me feel better. Thank you so much for helping the kitty go on to a better place and not suffer anymore ❤️

We had to euthanize a dog that we've had for 12 years we loved her, she was very ill and due to their treatment they gave us another year with her , yesterday it was time to say goodbye it couldn't have been a more peaceful experience Dr Lori and Vicky were amazing and made a very good experience in a very bad situation.

I gladly drive from Jacksonville to Interlachen to see Dr. Lori as well as the entire staff. My rescue dog broke his leg and I did that drive once every 7 to 10 days for 8 + weeks and it was a pleasure to be greeted by Lisa and Teresa! You guys are awesome and Greatly appreciated. Thank you!
