Bought a blue tooth speaker from a family dollar and it was obviously used and broken and returned. Tried to exchange it for another speaker. Just what I originally paid for. The clerk was rude and snippy told us she wouldn't exchange it. Acted and treated us like junkies trying to scam something for free. I work 50 hrs a week and don't receive any help from government. Why is it I can't get what I paid for? I don't want money back I don't want a bigger speaker just what I paid for. I won't go to another family dollar again if that's their policy. Dollar generasl are much more courteous. Insulted and offended

Store is always clean and well stocked. Employees are friendly and always on the lookout for potential problems whether they be a health or safety issue.It's great that they now carry Dollar Tree items, especially holiday decor and craft items. This feature has saved me a lot of trips to Palatka. Which is very important to me as I live on a fixed income and ⛽️ prices are so high. And it makes sense since as Family Dollar and Dollar Tree are owned by the same company.Keep up the good work!Thankfully yours,Priscilla Harris

Did a reset and now it's family dollar and dollar tree. Great cashier's and clean. Stocked up most of the time. Nice cashiers. Prices are good. Great deals.

My third time in this store. I go there because Dollar General stopped selling my TGLee Milk I like. Other items there I like also. Shelves seemed a little bare this time. I don't like that each time I've been there I can't go down the isle with the pictures and frames. It's been full of big blue carts . Maybe next time I can see those item. Overall I like this store.

Family Dollar has a good selection of products. Prices are pretty good too. But the isles are blocked with boxes and stuff that has fallen off the shelf. Only one employee in the store so checking out is a big disappointment. The check out line was half way the length of the store.

I love that Dollar tree ( should be Dollar and a quarter tree) merged with Family Dollar, our local store in Interlachen is mostly not crowded and the associates are friendly and attentive. The store stays stocked and clean always having the products I'm shopping for.

HORRIBLE PLACE RUDE MANAGER!! I'm a business owner. The manager comes up as I'm paying for my items. They are paid for in the bag and in front of my daughter and tons of customers accuses me of trying to steal $3 dollar hair dye said she didn't see it my hands in the store when it never left my hands in the store. And the cashier picks it up out of the bag looks like she wants to crawl in a hole and shows it to her and she continues to talk rude about me as I walk out of the store. I'm appalled by my treatment and will never shop there again because I'm dark skinned and tattooed I apparently get profiled and called a thief.

The girl behind the desk kicked my boyfriend and I out saying "Get out. Leave..or I'm going to call the police." While my boyfriend of 12 years- whom was practically born in Interlachen was waiting for me standing by the door as I just walked in listening to her telling us to leave.2nd Update: pictures need updated and that store location is illegally using it as 2 franchises at a time just from looking at the outside unless they got patented rights that they don't tell people about.3. Why do they have to drag the Dollar Tree franchise along with kicking out a couple of homeless people??!!
