The new automated system won't let you talk to a pharmacist at all you have to leave a number to be called back. Not everyone has a phone some people borrow them for important things. Tried to talk to pharmacist about it and he was utterly rude about it and basically told me, she won't help me unless I leave a message to be called back on a phone that I don't have.

I ordered online and they delivered next day! Great! I was scheduled for a colonoscopy on Friday and discovered late Wednesday night that I had the incorrect laxative for my preparation routine on Thursday. I placed my online order. They delivered it before 10:00am.

This is not directed totally towards This location but part of it is an experience dealing with cvs and this location. First off I don’t understand why as to you can’t speak with a pharmacist like Walgreens especially when meds are incorrectly sent and needed soon as possible dealing with issues that require immediate intervention and such. Leaving a voicemail is ridiculous then the app is a pain to navigate that’s my problem as to why I don’t use the app it’s to difficult to navigate then the other side of CVS employees won’t even relate a message or transfer you over to speak with someone Ms E declined to help in anyway before holiday closing and just being released meds needed for later on she would not help I do not recommend CVS in particular.

Worst location I know of, wouldn't let me call into the store to change my insurance info but when I got to the drive through window (in so much pain I couldn't stand up,)they refused to run my insurance at the window. They insisted I come inside even though I couldn't walk. Then i go inside bc I need the antibiotics to get out of pain, and there is at least 9 ppl already in line. I stood in the line got to the front only to be told I couldn't run insurance in that line either I had to go wait on another line to run my insurance, and then come back to this line. Now it's 20mins until they close. I'll never make it back through... guess another night in horrible pain won't matter. Thanks cvs I could've filled this at any number of other stores and not had this problem. I do not recommend this location to fill scripts.. ....

Nice place, never seen the inside dirty so it's good that they keep it clean- The workers tend to be more quiet but nice. The people working the pharmacy are definitely overworked and tend to get easily frustrated but I understand that, good place to go to.

Have been with this CVS store (Interlachen) for over 4 years now. For the last few months the way things are being handled by Pharmacy Staff has fallen totally apart. Let's not leave out their lack of manners. It's more depressing than shopping at the local Hitchcocks. Palatka here I come!

CVS Interlachen was very helpful and did amazingly helping me get my scripts at a lower price. Was very nice and very professional even while being swamped. Ty CVS for saving me money and being kind even though you were packed and was working fast as you could. Awesome people

Pharmacy is grossly inadequate about sharing information and just lied to my wife, and to their corporate office. This pharmacy has been a failure of an establishment since Nick left years ago. I'd recommend driving 15 minutes to Walgreens in Palatka or one of the other surrounding pharmacies. The apathy they show while we're watching our 8 year old boy in misery is astounding me that they can even be allowed to operate. Will be using every channel I can research to have this noted on their licensing.

If I could give a zero star I would Interlachen CVS has several employees in the pharmacy department that are rude and don't care about their customers. I always thought customers come first, but not if you are a CVS employee I personally feel sorry for the elderly that are probably being taken advantage of.

Pharmacy = There's always an excuse when I pick my son's prescription up. Never fails. You get told one time, then another. They show no effort in trying to get anything done right away when they're the ones who are always behind. Over the phone conversations are rude as hell until you are face to face with them.Store= Very nice employees. And very helpful

They don’t answer the phone or they answer and put you on hold and then never pick back up. They’re rude and act like you’re bothering them. They’re ridiculously slow and treat you like you’re a jerk for wanting your meds filled in a timely manner. Even when you’re the only person waiting in the store for your prescription they still won’t go ahead and fill it. They make you wait longer because they can.

The service at this pharmacy is terrible. I do not recommend them to anyone. Sadly, Interlachen only has 1 major pharmacy, however, Palatka is not so far away.

THIS PERTAINS TO THE PHARMACY ONLY...I've been a CVS customer since they were Eckerd Drugs, so I do like the company and most of the staff are very nice, but this Interlachen CVS is the SLOWEST of the 3 CVS's I use. Anytime I drop off my prescription, whether in the drive through or I take it inside and say I have to wait for it, they say "it will be at least 2 hours", which turns into 4-6 hours normally if at drive through and at least the 2 hours and then some if I sit inside waiting for it. They seriously NEED more pharmacy staff for the influx of customers they have to serve. It's in a rural area where there are many outlying residents that use them, and because they are the only pharmacy in the area that can distribute certain narcotics they are extremely busy. The nearest CVS to them is in Hawthorne, which should be as busy but because of the size of the store they cant distribute certain narcotics. Give the Interlachen store more staff to help with the wait time and I will change my rating.

This is the STORE, not the PHARMACY which has it's own place on maps. The store staff have always been friendly and helpful, sometimes lines at the registers although if they have people available will open another one. Good end of season sales, with their free discount card. DO NOT USE PHARMACY AT THIS LOCATION.Update 5-18-17Passport photos, can print photos from your phone etc. ATM inside door, also a Redbox outside.

Rarely have the prescriptions right, been trying to hang with them for 5 years do to the location only. Techs at the window are generally rude, poor incomplete untimely texting, poor follow up. My business has gone elsewhere.

Called up there to fill prescription my smart phone which is programmed automatically for date and time i was talk to like a dog by both Store employee and Manager telling me their computer said i still have 5 minute til the pharmacy opened . VERY nasty workers both in Pharmacy as well as the store . VERY unprofessional.

ALWAYS QUICK AND COURTIOUS be careful near drive up the road behind the store they think it is a drag strip instead of a commercial truck loading zone if they don't slow down someone will be hurt or killed
