I received a birthday card from this store and I went into redeem it. The staff here has always been courteous to me and all the associates are very knowledgeable about all the items that they sell which is great because sometimes I don't really know about a part I need and when I leave I always get the right part and solve my problem at my house without going back to exchange it several times.

Expensive propane but really nice people.Visit #2 Bought more propane but employee failed to turn the tank back on to allow propane to reach pilot light. I had to figure it out for myself after almost taking a cold shower!

Don't take your daughter there after her fish dies and your looking to get her another one. They pick and choose what days they sell fish. Me and daughter went and got turned away by 4 workers . I recommend a actual pet store that sells them 7 days a week.

My son and I went to Brad's Ace Hardware to get some Plumbing pictures that he needed to fix some of the plumbing work at our home the customer service there was excellent the salesperson went out of his way to help us find what we needed and explain everything to us to help my son to fix the problem I would recommend Brian's Ace Hardware for all your plumbing needs

Beware of their fish!! We bought over $30 in fish, first one died within an hour now after 4 days all but 2 are dead. We asked Ace if they'd test out tank water as a courtesy but they refused. Stating they don't even test their tank water. DING,DING, is why the fish all died. I don't know about the live animals.

Actually I come here to get my aquarium fish and get all the answers about my tank. I always speak to Rebecca about my aquarium. I also shop for my hardware needs and buy my pool chlorine here. Very friendly staff. Been a customer here for 23 years.

For neighborhood hardware stores these places are so cool. They have , it seems like everything. And a pet section in the Interlachen fl store they have fish. They employees are very helpful and attentive. They have a good knowledge of the inventory. Ready to help and advise. They have a rewards card to.

Very nice store, employees are always friendly and helpful. The lady in the plant department is very knowledgeable, should you have a problem with insect's or a plant disease you can bring in a few leaves and she will try and help you, mostly not organic though.

If you're searching for anything mechanically related they're most likely going to have whatever you're needing. Slightly pricey but quality is excellent with everything they sell.I personally bought a Stihl chainsaw. I'd be really digging to find a negative comment on their company as a whole, let alone the equipment!

I’d love to rate this location higher however it wouldn’t be truthful. The cashiers are very friendly and provide good customer service but there’s a gentleman with long hair who works there and always follows me as if I was going to steal something. This makes it very uncomfortable for me to shop there.

Okay, I have visited many Ace Hardware stores over the years, but this one is special. All of the staff are personable, professional, knowledgeable and patient.As an example, I had purchased a particular type of lag bolt a few years ago and needed more. I searched all the big box stores in two towns and not one person even knew anything about what I was describing.An employee, Stacy, met us in the bolt aisle in this Ace Hardware and we searched without luck. Stacy didn't stop there though!!! She searched a an aisle over among some bulk hardware and FOUND exactly what I needed.Glowing review is because Stacy went beyond what many other retailers were willing to go. At least six other retailers did not go beyond the level of scrutiny that an average shopper (me) would search.My description of the needed bolt: coated, torx head, 3.5", VERY aggressive thread.Thank You, Stacy!!!Store Manager, I know you are proud of your professional employees, but please let Stacy know that we very much appreciate her diligence.

Usually it's really good, always helpful guys there but today I went in for quarter inch fuel line for my husband. I asked the young guy there to help me. He took me over to the weed eater line which I knew wasn't right. I told him I know it's white. He then tried to give me clear vinyl line I knew was wrong. He gave me the only other one left that wasn't clear. I asked if he was sure it was fuel line since I didn't have my glasses on. He said it's quarter inch, so I took it. Got home and my husband was Not happy. He said a few profanities and walked away. Maybe next time will be better.

I like our local Ace hardware , since I've been frequenting more lately I've gotten to see how well the staff takes care of their customers. It makes one feel valued. The store is always clean and well stocked.
