Was told I was hired and would recieve a hire packet and kept calling Matt to say I hadn't received and just kept giving other dates and even said district manager came and I should get hiring packet,well never did and he kept me going for a month. I recently left my job I had due to him telling me I hadJob, to being broke and almost homeless due to no money coming in.very unprofessional.

Hard to get to if your walking or riding your bike from town, but it's a dollar store so you have a selection of items. Checkout is just a lil slow sometimes

Dollar General in Inglis FL. is a regular stop for me I am in there a minimum of once per week. I am very pleased with our Assistant Manager HeavenLeigh.HeavenLeigh always is friendly and very helpful and she is always professional. As the Assistant Manager she is willing to always go above and beyond what is expected. I am very grateful for her good work ethic and want to let you know how much I appreciate her. We are lucky to have her here in Inglis .Diana Pearson

Beautiful shopping center with friendly atmosphere! Great management and helpful employees! Restrooms is nice clean and all store smells on fresh air ! We spend really nice family shopping time in our trip !Thanks !

One of the better dollar stores around. There is too much freight out on the floor to be put away. Management should have people working on freight instead of making the cashier leave the register to work freight. I think things would flow a lot better with an increase in staff.

Manager is awful. He acts really nice when you are spending 200$ a week at his store. But have an issue under 5$ and he quickly turns sour.He sold bad milk to the whole community and will not refund it. I went back a day or 2 later with the milk and the entire store was closed, randomly. I couldn't go for a couple more days because of work. I finally got to go down today and he wouldn't give me a new milk without the old one. Am I supposed to hold sour milk for a week to prove to you? We talk every day in your store. I spend lots of money. You are going to question me on a gallon of milk? What a joke. He tried to claim I didn't buy the milk from him even though I buy everything from the store. It's the closest store to us and we buy everything there. I came here for all my groceries every day but I will never come here again. Rude and disrespectful. Unbelievable.

Prices on shelf's are incorrect 7 out of 10 times, I'm sure I'm not the only one saying this as I saw an investigative story on TV about the same thing! Employees are usually in a good mood being that they have to work for a uncaring corporation!

The staff were extremely kind. I had locked my keys in my car and my cell phone and was at their Mercy. The staff went above and beyond to help me. they were the nicest bunch of people you could ask for. Kevin the district manager was also there and he went out of his way to help me. I cannot say enough about the people that work there. They were so busy but still went out of their way to find time to help me for over an hour and a half. None of them ever complained. I live in Citrus County but I will go there to buy stuff that I need only because the staff there are so kind and wonderful. They were so ungodly busy but we're still kind and sweet. I hope this text finds its way to upper management and this staff Braley and Kevin and the Young small petite female that also work there David gets some sort of recognition. They very much deserve it. as long as he have people working there like these I will always shop at Dollar General.

Had one of the worst experiences at our Dollar Store in Inglis. Everyone is always friendly & helpful. The new person checking in AM 19 Jan, was very rude & hateful. She was not friendly at all. I bought toothpaste that had $5 off if you bought 3. It didn't ring up so I said something. The girl was hateful & said I had to call corporate, she couldn't do nothing. I said that the mgr could help us. The mgr came up & was so nice & friendly. (She's always so nice & friendly ) I showed her the coupon. The checkout girl said hateful that it was wrong item. I showed her on the coupon that it was the right one. After the mgr fixed it for us the other girl didn't say anything. When we left we said have a nice day & she didn't say anything. If someone works in the public they should smile & be friendly. Again, everyone is always so nice & friendly except her...

WOW!! What an excellent shopping experience!! This store is very clean and all items are presented so well that is makes you want to spend time shopping here. The assortment of home decor and baskets etc are wonderful!! Great Job!! I definitely will be back and choose this location over others 😁

They claim they are a western union location for picking up so the first time I tried it I wasn't able to. The transaction was done online but not in the app. It was done in the app this time, yet again it won't work. Several others said they to had problems & didn't work. And because it don't work they get very snotty with u. It's not my fault you have problems with a service you claim to have. Also their prices skyrocketed since their remodel and even still they don't have much of anything, certainly nothing to waste your time and money shopping there and one last thing, I bought 3 dvd players there and all three died, one lasted almost a month and the other two not even a week! Those and their chargers and headsets don't every last a month. Your lucky if it lasts until next pay day!

Always Polite And Greet you Upon Entering the Store. Very Friendly, Local and Shop there 3-5 times Per week. Great Store and Only 1.5 miles from my Home. Hope to see an Expansion of the Refrigerated Foods Section. It's Fine, But More Would be Better. Also, This Store is in a Coastal Community. Store Just within the Last 2 Weeks started having a Few Coastal Gift and Decorating Items. More Please!!!! We Live a Gulf Coast Life Here. Eliminate the Chicken, Cows and Country Items. Not What We Want. Asking Please as I Spend a Lot of Money in this Store as Well as a Lot of my Other Coastal Retired Friends.

No issues. Store was clean. Employees were friendly. We took advantage of some sales that one of the associates informed us about. We visited 12/15 at night and the male associate working was very customer oriented. I didn't catch his name, but thank you for helping us.

They had evrything I needed at great prices. I bought all of the Clover Valley lemon-lime water that they had. I hope they will keep it in supply. I don't like to drink pop but when I did I drank Sprite to me the lemon-lime water taste even better. The service was excellent. I'll defiently be going back. The store was very clean, no boxes sitting in the isle as can be at some stores.

This location is very rude. I politely asked the lady where the bread was and she looked at me as if I was stupid and she told me (very rudely) that it was "right there" and then went to the register where I didnt notice it was line 1 open and not 2 and the lady grabbed my things fiercely and again was rude and said "I'm open at 2" with a rude tone again and as she continued to cash me out she rang up waters that were already sitting on counter 2 before I walked up and clearly were warm from sitting. I didnt notice this because she rang them up rushing before I made it to register 1. Not great experience . Thank you but would rather make that extra couple minutes to take my service to the very close family dollar .

Management needs to pay attention to the cashiers ..I go in the store just about every morning.......customers backed up in line and management too busy to open another register. Just don't understand the management takes their time to do overrings or what ever the cashiers needs them to correct. The cashiers are great.....management sucks. Cluttered isles. Been out of Hylands Leg cramps for going on 2 weeks......need to send someone in to check out store.

Rude staff, will drive the 20 minutes next time to go to Wal-Mart! Watched a woman ask a employee for a particular item while she was putting stuff away and instead of assisting her she basically pointed her in the direction and told her it was down the toy isle. Almost as if she was being bothered. Please tell me the "new management" isn't aware of situations like this! If so, maybe corporate needs to be aware of the situation. But it wasn't just that employee, their prices are different on each item, and the cashier was rude while checking me out as well.

I don't like to give people a hard time but the cashier puts our ice cream and bacon in the same bag.....uuuummmm YUCK! Needless to say I separated them. Common sense is hard to come by...lol hopefully she was just having a ruff day not that it's any excuse.

The inglis dollar general is just like any other DG they have a nice staff and keep everything clean and well organized I've never had an issue shoping in there, that being said there cases of water sometimes have a werid smell and they also have water in the bottom of the big cases but thats only for the clover valley stuff usually

I have visited this store at least 3-4 times weekly. I have had numerous situations with one particular Manager or she made be assistant Manager. She is rude, disrespectful, and she does not care about customers. She had rather lose a $36.oo sale than sell an item from a dollar bin with tag. Dumb,Dumb,Dumb. I don't think she realizes that Dollar general stores are a dime a dozen. I'll just go down the street and still tell everyone about her. #Customers always right. Bad choice over that dollar sale item lady.

The staff is amazing, (my only complaint would be the long line) but that is probably because the have all the business in town😁
