We are currently vacationing @ IRB and have visited this CVS twice already and plan on visiting more. Store is very clean, organized and stocked. The staff is very friendly and helpful. Compared to their competitor, which I worked in management for 10+ years, this store seems to be weathering the daily social and economic changes that are occurring extremely well. At times, every business is “struggling” with staffing, stocking or employees.IRB… Keep up the good work. A majority of your customers appreciate everything you are doing!

This store hours early every single night just because they’re lazy and don’t want to stay open. Showed up at 9pm (they’re SUPPOSED to stay open until 11pm) to get my daughter who just started her period some emergency feminine products and a lady at the door rudely slammed the door in our faces as we approached and yelled “CLOSED” and locked the door in our faces as blood was running down her leg right in front of her.

Went on vacation in indian rocks beautiful place wonderful rental right on the beach with the most amazing view of the ocean but my husband and our 4 kids went to this CVS for some souvenirs just something small cute to take back and remember such a beautiful place and this lady was racially profiling us following us watching us like we were going to steal as soon as we stepped in the store it was very uncomfortable and upsetting I wanted to show her our bank account because we have no reason to steal and are well off. It was very disappointing to see people act like this. VERY DISAPPOINTING. You should be ashamed for your behavior

Closed the door 5 minutes early, let people in right before us, saw us and closed the door, all we needed was milk, old woman was very rude to our teenage girls while we were standing there. Very unprofessional. We could have bought a gallon of milk and been out by 10, or she could have at least been kind.

My family and I were on vacation during Thanksgiving week 2021. Stayed at the holiday inn. It was great having CVS so close to the hotel. We were there every day of our vacation. Great selection of adult beverages, beach gear, even purchased a fishing rod and some tackle. My son forgot his belt and believe it or not they even had that. Never spent so much time in a CVS in my life. Staff were excellent, extremely knowledgeable and courteous. Cannot say enough great things about the CVS and the staff. We will be back at the holiday inn in March 2022 and I’m sure we will be shopping at the CVS many times. The Schubert’s

If I could give this place a zero star rating I would. I have never been treated with such disrespect by an employee let alone the SUPERVISOR of this cvs. She was an older woman with short brown hair. Extremely arrogant and condescending. I asked her a simple question and was treated so unprofessionally. I approached her very nicely and she was immediately rude back. When ask to speak with the manager I was told she was the supervisor… what a joke!!! She should be fired. Don’t go to this cvs unless you want to be treated like a two year old.

A bit pricey but good. Has some good essentials for beach goers like sunscreen and chairs. Staff is friendly and it’s not very busy most of the time! Good stop for tourists and beach goers.

I consistently receive positive experiences at this CVS until this evening. Donna provided me with poor customer service. Matthew and Shana (I believe that is her name - she has blonde hair) always do a great job. They are courteous, always remind me to show my CVS card so that I can get discounts, and polite. However manager Donna was excessively rude to me today. I shop at this CVS daily and purchase water, milk, and other essentials. I spend a large amount of my monthly income in this store. Today, I politely requested $2 in quarters so I could dry my clothes at home and was met with a cold "NO" from Donna. I explained that I shopped there daily and needed some quarters to do my laundry and she continuously interrupted me to tell me, "NO". When I asked if I could speak with a manager, she initially ignored my request, then rudely stated, "you're looking at her." I have worked as a manager in the hospitality industry, childcare industry, and pharmaceutical industry so I understand the stress associated with being in a management position. However, customer service should never be sacrificed. A polite, "I'm so sorry ma'am, but I am low on quarters due to the 4th of July weekend," would have left me content. Offering a reasonable solution (I can't give you $2, but I could give you $1!) would have also left me content. But Donna was rude and condescending towards me, perhaps due to age discrimination. Whether I am in my twenties or my forties, I expect satisfactory customer service, especially in a place where I spend a huge chunk of my monthly salary. Just because I am 24 years old and come in with jeans and a tank top should not mean that I get sub-standard service. I noticed that all the customers in front of me and behind me received a pleasant attitude from Donna, but as soon as I approached the line, her attitude changed.This CVS is very close to my home, so I frequently shop here, but I may have to find another local store if this issue is not resolved. I was appalled at the way in which Donna treated me. By the way, I had to return to the store to ask her name, because she was not wearing a name badge. The other employees wear their name badge daily. Donna is a short woman with brown hair, hopefully I was provided with the correct name.I am highly upset with my experience today. I fully understand that the banks are closed for Independence Day. However, most businesses plan ahead for this, and furthermore, if a customer makes a request that a business cannot comply with, the manager typically has much more courtesy. As stated earlier, if Donna's response would have been more polite, my review wouldn't have been written. However, she was excessively rude and aggressive with me and even made threats. I did not use any profanity or rude verbiage when speaking with Donna, so I am unsure why she treated me so poorly. I mentioned that this experience was negative and that I would have to write a poor review, and Donna didn't seem to care. I really hope that I am contacted in regards to this review, because I would hate to drive further due to one poor experience. Everyone else in this CVS treats me wonderfully.

This is perhaps the busiest CVS I have even been to in my life. I am assuming it is due to all of the vacation rentals in the area. That being said they do a really good job with the crowds, and they always apologize for the long waits if there is one. I wish the waits were not so frequent, but they are.If your looking for anything "beach" related you will find it here. Cold Drinks, Snacks, Pool Floats, etc. You will also find the regular CVS items as well.Thank goodness I didn't have a reason to need the Pharmacy, but I am sure that it would be the same as any other CVS, and my opinion with most CVS pharmacies is not all that positive.

Do not EVER buy ice cream there. Twice I tried (don't even give them a first chance). Both times freezer burn, not eatable. Halo product.Dont go anywhere because its convenient. Give them your business if they truly are in business to serve customers.Stores should not sell items that are out of date or have experienced freezer issues or sat too long.Shame on CVS.

They didn't ask for CVS card. I asked if I could use my phone number to get sale prices. They said yes but apparently mine from Illinois won't work even tho they said it would.The guy behind the counter just looked completely pissed off too.

I got there before 10 pm and the workers were still in there, and they looked at me and said they were closed. I told them it wasn't ten yet, and they look at their watch looked at me and shrugged.Horrible customer serviceI guess when you're the only game in town it doesn't matter how you treat your customers

I try to purchase something at the store and the manager 2 minuets before close didn’t not let me in. Very rude manager arguing about not coming inn next time they should Advertise closing 5 minutes early of they don’t let no one in before 10pm
