I would give it a zero if I could. Not blaming the pharmacy staff, instead blaming the management who doesn’t realize that a skeleton crew can’t handle the traffic coming into the store. Give up some of those corporate dollars to bring in the staff necessary to handle the amount of business. Never will I have my prescriptions sent to this cvs again. In fact, never setting foot in any cvs ever again.

I have used this cvs for 14 years. Overall everyone has been professional. Last night tuesday Dec 5th I went through the drive through and they could not find my chemotherapy meds. They said it was very busy and would call when it was found. When I got home I tracked my med and ups delivered it on December 1st. I called back to let them know and the pharmacist yelled at me and slammed the phone down.I contacted the manager.

Stephen is rude. And refused to fill prescriptions that doctors write bc he’s a mean person. And doesn’t care and won’t put any care into anyone. This pharmacy is the worst. They lose prescriptions often. They will say our prescription is ready when it’s not.They don’t remember regulars. They continuously get the same simple prescription wrong every month no matter what. They are not friendly. Less than helpful. It’s so frustrating. I hate this cvs pharmacy and it’s a shame Bc the cvs store itself is awesome.

This has been the worst pharmacy to work with. The never fill the scripts on time, unless I go in and ask for it to get filled, they will never actually even enter it into the queue. It’s just a dumpster fire all around. Because of insurance, I’m forced to use CVS, and I loathe it!

This pharmacy will not answer the phone. I have left my phone on hold for over an hour and they will not answer the call, any new calls the person just says "thank you for calling CVS pharmacy please hold" and puts you on hold. Any day of the week.

This place is an absolute joke. They have never had a single script ready on time. Not one and slow AF. You will wait. So be prepared. Or go somewhere else.

Awful on hold for 1 hour then this lady picked up the phone pretended she could not hear me and hung up the phone. The whole team must be very secure about no repercussions for rudeness.
