I really hate to be "that" person who starts off by saying I hardly ever leave reviews, but I can say it's pretty true. I find myself leaving reviews only if service was really poor to the point of greatly upsetting me, or if service was absolutely outstanding to the point where I 100% feel the need to rave about it. Luckily for this establishment, I get to say their service is absolutely outstanding. I couldn't recommend this place enough. I've only had interactions with Tony upon visiting, and his customer service is top notch. He always does a great job at making me feel welcome, and he is beyond patient with me. I haven't had the pleasure of talking with any of the other associates as of yet, but I do hope they're a lot like Tony! Thanks so much to the owner(s) for providing this town with such a clean and welcoming place!

If you look in the dictionary and look up the word “Welcoming” you’ll find a picture of Tony Garza with his hand out as if he were ready to give you the best darn handshake you’ve ever received! Top notch customer service with a winning smile! He made my visit a very pleasant experience and I would recommend that anyone go and check him out!

i walked in and the first person to greet me with the most warming welcome was Glenda (awesome lady) the store is so clean and organize. i didn't feel pressure. i needed help selling an item and was directed to Leslie Martinez was very informative, helpful and soo sweet. even though i didnt get to sell my item for the price i wanted and hoped to. but i was told why, and wasnt talked down on. i felt so comfortable.

went to capital pawn in Immokalee yesterday and i had the pleasure with speaking with the manager of the store i believe her name was tony. she helped me out with anything i needed and answered any questions i had. her staff was very friendly and welcoming. i would highly recommend anyone going there to speak with her she is an amazing manager!!

This is the best pawn shop I have been to yet. The clerk lady named Glenda is awesome, she shows great knowledge of the items in the store, she took great care of me , I def would recommend her if you are looking for something to buy or pawn.

Spoke with someone over their facebook page as I was looking for a certain product and within a day they got back to me and said they had it in stock... headed over to the store and spoke with Tony, he was more than happy to help me out and I was actually surprised that they had reserved this item for me without me even asking them to! will definitely stop by again!

Great service and brokers seem to be ready to make you happy. Ms Glenda had vast experience with the jewelry section. Cleanliness snd orgsnization needs a little work but overall the store was 5.

I passed by this place my first time in there and got greeted as soon as I walked in the store manager antonia I needed to do a loan was running short money to pay a light bill and one of the staff members explained to me the loan process because it was my first time I was a bit embrace to go in and make a loan but the staff was amazing and told me it was ok no reason to be embrace it happens to all of us once in life I then felt more comfortable I will definitely return

Very great place to go to find all your needs,like birthday gifts sweet 15 jewerly they have lots to choose they have jewerly of all kinds the staff is amazing and quickly greeted me they hoped me look for what i was looking for and had patience I had a limit I could spend and they offered,me a layway plan they have for Christmas in July very awsome I would come back anytime.the store manager antonia was very helpful
