Have rarely been treated ruder in my life. I am a foreman for a large construction company and am frequently in hardware stores and use to dealing with their staff. This was above and beyond attitude rude. I reckon they figure there isn’t another hardware store for 20 miles, they can be as rude as they want. Not an attitude I’m comfortable spending my or my company’s money with. Don’t get me started on the phone call I tried to make to verify the front desk lady was correct. 16 times I was put back on hold before I was hung up on. Again, no thank you.

Price tag on the shelf is different than what rings up,and you show they don't care. They charge you the higher price. The manager said do you want me to give you your money. He takes out his wallet said you are making a deal over $4.00.The worst service nasty horrible DO NOT GO THE WORES

They must have everything. Much more than a hardware store. I can send in my 12 year old and they will get her what we need. Very friendly and experienced. Prices are ok. Very surprised by the selection of things we needed. They even fixed my walker for me it's now safe for me to use. Very happy customer.

Nice to have a hometown hardware store/auto parts store. Now there are a number of other options for auto parts in town. I was grateful to have saved a trip into town several times with B&L. I also tried to get custom paint here, but I wouldn't recommend them. Even though a machine does the mixing, the color samples don't seem to match the gallons when you buy them. Some of the staff seem to have limited interest in doing this carefully. I'll drive the 25 miles to get it done right the first time.

They had a reasonable selection of items, although some tools were a bit over priced. Still, not a bad exp6shoppibg. The people working there were very polite, a big plus.

I like that hardware store very much the kids that work there they're very experienced it's such a wonderful thing that they are so experienced and they know so much at such a young age the only problem I had was when I brought my tanks home with the gas one tank was empty but the other one did work so when the other tank goes bread I will make sure that I bring both back and I will let them know that when I got home the other one didn't have any gas in it I hope they give me a credit if not I'll pay another $25 which I don't make much money a month so I hope they give me the credit they're very nice people there I'm sure they'll take my word for it because I wouldn't lie otherwise I love the store they've got everything I need and next time I go in I need these little screws and a few other things I got duct tape from them the other day for my floor which is going to be being fixed but not at this time because I have to save the money and they will very helpful for me to pick out the right kind of duct tape on the floor and wouldn't come up with the heat or anything it's wonderful I tried it and it's the right one and it was a young kid a girl who showed me what to get thank you

I just left B & L hardware Saturday evening and let me just say I’ve been up here 100 times over in the past two years, I’ve never had such an unpleasant experience in my life at a hardware store. Now, to start let me clarify the only person that made this experience so rude was the manager l, Gary, I think his name is. Granted, I did walk in 10 minutes before they closed and I understand everybody wants to go home at a reasonable time, I have worked in retail before, however I’ve never had the manager turn off the lights as I’m trying to pay for my purchase. It was so dark and I couldn’t even see my credit card. He finally turned them on as soon as I had my card in my hand but fact of the matter is that that is so rude and very unsafe honestly. When I left I said thank you he just stared at me and didn’t say a word and I just think that it’s so unbecoming to have a manager act in any establishment. I’ve never felt so rushed before. I don’t even know if I got everything that I needed.when I left it wasn’t even 7 o’clock!When I did ask a couple questions I got a couple blank stares like ,”what are you talking about?”so I had to find it for myself but if the manager was more helpful and more knowledgeable or had taken moment to help me out I would’ve been a little bit faster. I would rather drive to Naples from Ave Maria to another Ace Hardware then have to deal with that manager ever again. That’s how much of a sour taste he put in my mouth. I feel sorry for the people of Immokalee that are very limited in where they can get their hardware supplies. And this Place completely takes advantage of the fact that they know they are the only hardware store in town prices are a bit higher than other Ace Hardware’s I found on most items.

Manager is acting very unprofessional/ Refused to either refund or exchange broken items after one day of purchased. Wow, some of these people have no respect all. They do not know how to treat their customers. Even, when the main customer service called to clarify its policy one returned items, he is still refused to take the telephone call. He thinks that he is something big. I hope that someone can train him to become a better manager, so that the store will bring better revenues and better serve the community as well, otherwise, people are heading to Home depot for everything. Come on, we are in the 21th century. Get rid of all of the past ego. Be respectful to one another.

They really seem to be more worried about conversing amongst themselves, than helping customers. I had to go find help, and then wait forever.... I'll go to LaBelle, Ace and get better service.... It's worth it to me.

Always have a good experience when I walk in this family owned store. Knowledgeable clerks and if you're lucky like me you might get one of the Blocker's to assist you. The staff is so friendly and you get service with lots of smiles that just brighten up your day the Blocker way! Love it! Definitely going back when I'm in Immokalee..

The shelves overall were not well stocked but that could be due to manufacturing or transport issues. Upon entering the store, we were not asking if we needed anything. The attendant who checked us out was nice and friendly but not helpful.

This B&L / ACE Hardware store is a gold mine for darn near EVERYTHING and Anything related to home, yard, garden and much more including extensive automotive parts! The staff was super helpful and knowledgeable. I was truly impressed. I almost want to say " If you can't find it, your in the wrong isle"

A lot different from the normal ACE I go to. After walking around for 15 minutes I stumbled across what I needed as I was walking out. Yes they have inventory but the lay out is unorganized. Just my opinion.

This is a great hardware store. I have found items here I couldn't find at the big box stores! Will continue to shop here! Highly recommend!

Bad customer service. First time in this store because I'm not local. You buy your material, they send you to the back and all the gates are closed so I went all around in the back to find a gate open, then I asked two times inside where to go, the same. After that a little truck came with the wood, they don't help you to get your stuff off their truck to your car. I'm a lady picking a wood I bought.

Good supply of tools, hardware, plumbing, paint etc. Prices can be a bit steep like all Ace hardwares. They are closed on Sunday. Helpful employees.

Very handy little hardware store, if you can't find what you're looking for don't be afraid to ask somebody. Because they have so much stuff, it's easy to overlook what you're looking for

All the employees were very helpful they even had my hard to find air filter for a camper oh, I was sold and out of date propane gas bottle by Tractor Supply Company and these guys are going to help me fix it up so I can hook it up safely oh, thank you very much you guys and girls
