So I got a gift card a from Winn Dixie, it was a multi gift card u can use at chilis, Cheesecake Factory ect.. I got it for a coworkers promotion with a decent amount of money on it. Well my co worker went out to eat with her family and she couldn’t use because it was not activated. I spoke with a kind store manager on the phone and I was quite upset at the situation. She said that they rang up the gift card wrong. Ok understandable although very embarrassing for my coworker and myself. So I come with the receipt per the instructions given to me by the manager I spoke with previously to on monday. And I spoke with a Jamie at the customer service desk, picture in reference, she proceeded to make the situation much worse. She stated that she couldn’t help me without the gift card, I explained to her I was very upset at the situation and she making me even more upset now that I’m here with the receipts, and the previous manager said I didn’t need the gift card. She said well there’s nothing I can do for you. So I stated I’m not leaving here without my my money because you can see on the recipt u didn’t bill it correctly. Which left it inactivated for use, that’s on you all not me so I’m not leaving this spot until someone gets me my money. At which she conceded and gave me a refund. But before telling me she will call my job and talk to my boss and tell them how rude I was. At which I told her go ahead I work at the location you can walk to my branch manager is right there as we speak go ahead and walk over and tell him! Which is beyond the pale in customer service. So I told her to train your people better and have a nice day.** update, the store manager still has not reached out to me about the situation. And the employee above, went to my place of work and left a complaint. So I will be following up with windixies complaint department to let them know their employee made an unjustified complaint at my place of business which is predatory and retaliatory.**update, in retaliation to my review the manager Jamie, decided to go to my place of work and threaten litigation against myself and my employer. In transparency I presented the complaint number and explained the situation. Retaliation to a poor customer service review is a reflection on the poor customer service present by the location. I still have not been contacted by any staff at the location.

I went in to get a quick snack while on a trip and was greatly surprised at the selections at the deli. They have a self serve hot food section for lunch and a premade hot sandwich cart. So different from other Winn Dixie stores I've ever been in.

Waiting for a call from the manager before posting. I have called and left my number, hoping for someone to call. This was at 1045 am. on Friday. I was a customer earlier in the morning. I have been shopping at WD for 30 years and have always had a good experience until today.

Love their deli Tammy is awesome she always makes you feel welcome and very helpful to and if Tammy's not there always ask for Michelle greatpeople good and the people and the bakery are very friendly to they cook some yummy stuff

Store was pretty well stocked with reasonable sales items ... My digital coupon did not work however so that was disappointing.

To be honest it's been years I mean decades since I've been in a Winn/Dixie grocery store, I usually go to Publix. So with not being familiar with how the check out procedure worked, and the cashier was able to save me $20+dollars by coupons. I'll be back soon.

I used to work there and i'm glad I left,I didn't cut meat for 10 years just to come here and deal with a bunch of druggies/drunks and have to pick up after everyone else

Really good place to shop. Lots of parking, lots of open cash registers. People very friendly. Awesome that they had fresh flowers for an emergency purchase. Prices were good too...

Meat is good. There sales are a joke though. They Mark items up 80% to do bogo.Just charge a reasonable price and don't work numbers to make people think they are getting a deal. I felt like I was at a car lot!!!

So, I bought something and was trying to get cash back from the self checkout and twice my transaction was declined. However, after the 2nd transaction was declined I got a text message from my debit card for the amount that was "declined". I told the employee that was working the self checkout who said tbey were havibg issues with their system, so he called over a manager who did not do anything to check n see what happened, just told me it would be under my pending transactions and returned to my card by morning. It wasn't, so I called the store n spoke with a manager who said I had to call a number. They told me 3-4business days, still nothing so I called back n this time was told it was my bank n to contact them. I'm now unfortunately disputed this with my bank, however I should have been told this before a week after this happened. It's also ridiculous that it takes seconds to take my money off my card, but days and days to give it back??? Horrible management and horrible customer service at Winn Dixie and SE Grocers and I wont shop there again.

I still find it a little bit more expensive than Walmart also seems like some of the stuff has gone up in prices since I was last there and I see the prices are still going up a little bit prices seem like they go up every time I go there

Absolutely hate the remodel. Hate the fact that hardly any associates in the store anymore. I went to the pharmacy they were offering nice and polite and pretty quick. Although there was only two people there. Winn-Dixie has lost its special touch in my opinion. I will remain a primarily Publix customer. The ones near me all have cashiers ready to check you out. There's also a few people always on the forest talking to the shelf that's always willing to help. The Publix near me don't have self checkouts. And they donate a whole lot to all the local food banks. I used to love Winn-Dixie and their meat department, and their cashiers was awfully friendly as well. But not anymore. You pharmacy folks at this Winn-Dixie was very nice, very polite, and very efficient.

Snow crab legs were on sale for $9.99 per pound at 14134 US-19, Hudson, FL 34667. Just to let you and the seafood department know that the package I bought was OLD. Stunk to high heaven during the cooking process…that $24.00 purchase went into the garbage. I was afraid to eat them. Appeared that you were attempting to move them out. The packs were huge and expensive, like $50-$60 per bag. Next time I’ll be “Buyer Beware”.

For seniors with a spending card, the Hudson Ave location has finally fixed it so you can simply swipe your card.. no employee assistance necessary. Don't forget, you still must pay sales tax.

So there's a guy named angel that bad mouth my boss over a gift card he did nothing but lie on her name she fixed his problems n yet he still took our pictures I just wanna clear this up I work at that store n she is a wonderful lady who does everything that she can to help I hope karma comes back for you how dare you try to treat ppl badly then blame them and just so you know I am contacting ur corporate office to report you and how you thought u had a good idea to keep throwing g where u work out there so I decided to report you since u are the International manager in all so have a nice day

Excellent store, clean and great BOGO deals. Only issue on my experience was only 1 register was staffed and it was not working very well. Everyone was doing self-checkout.

If I were Jerry, the Store Manager, I would be completely embarrassed by the produce section. Besides having bare shelves, what was there was brown, had black dots & was generally inedible. I was flabbergasted!In addition, why does Winn Dixie need to charge over $6 for ice cream bars I can get at both Publix & Walmart for under $4? Why does Winn Dixie need to make so much more on these products because I am sure both your competitors are still making money at $4.Just will not be shopping there again.

Shopped for chicken wings some days ago, but packages were more for a family than for two. I asked Brennan in the meat department if there were any smaller packs. He looked in the back and came out saying there weren't any. Then he offered to break up one of the larger packs to suit my need. Which he did. Service with a smile is hard to come by these days. Good people working here, I find.
