Well lets start out by saying everyone is nice there,place is clean. We had a mix up on an order,the younger brown headed guy tooo great care of me,I thought I was at Neiman Marcus with my personal shopper. His name maybe was Ryan but I'm bad with names.. He fixed my order, was very polite,and extremely knowledgeable about all their gear. I left Yellow Lemon after 5 years all over.a face mask and a kid not knowing what he is talking about. ( with I'm except from wearing one.) I spent lots of money at the lemon but From now on wasabi has earned my respect and my money!!! This guy should get a raise he is respectful,smart,and knowledgeable and he took his time with me like I said , I walk in GUCCI store and get treated as equally goood. Way more inventory than lemon a dn friendlier stuff and owners, we are both very happy with all our pieces.Thanks again wasabi keep up the good work!! I'll be back to spend more money for.sure!!!TyRich n Yvonne

Wassabi has the friendliest employees. The store is always very clean and the prices are reasonable. Tom usually helps me and he always has a smile on his face and is very professional and knowledgeable.. I also like coming in because my dog is welcome too. There are even treats for my dog when I go there. I highly recommend this business. I think Tom deserves a raise. He always makes sure whatever I need is available when I go there.

I asked the price of rolling papers and I said no it was too much, but yet he put it in my bag in charge me for it, then refused to refund me the money back and also didn’tgive me back the right amount of change and refused to give me the money back and when I called to let them know, they said there was nothing they can do very poor customer serviceI have been shopping there for years but nowI’ll never shop in any of their stores ever againIt was the Hudson store and I called the next day and the employee said there is nothing he could do. I didn’t want the rolling papers I was only asking the price which was more than double so I said no and just wanted 3 packs of Raw filtersI was in a hurry so I didn’t realize til I got home, I found the rolling papers in my bag and was charged for them, and I didn’t even receive the right amount of change back because I gave him a $20 bill and 5 quarters because he said he could use the change but then didn’t give me the extra dollar bill back and the change on the fifth quarterIt was Friday and the county line rd storeI bought 3 packs Raw tips 50 pack and the unwanted OCB 1 1/4 papersInstead of refunding the money back I would return the papers and put all the money towards another brand of papersThanksOk thanks let me know3/29/23I’ve been waiting for a response3/31/23Well I guess you would rather lose a customer than to make this matter right I’ve tried reaching out to you several timesyou over charged me and sold me something I didn’t want all I asked for was a free pack of rolling paperWhatever I will shop elsewhere

I've been going to wasabi smoke shop for a long time. Have always been happy with the service and products. Today I went in to get some kanthal wire at number three location which is at county line and 19. After looking around for a while I seen the carbon activated wallets and picked one out and it was marked 18.99. I was stoked in at the register it rang up $29.99 and I told the sales associate that they're all marked the same and he said that that was an old price. I asked him if he could honor the price or call his boss and ask them if they could honor the price and he was absolutely rude and unwilling to work with me in any way whatsoever. Definitely left a bad taste in my mouth. There are many smoke shops around and I have always been loyal to this particular smoke shop. After this I'm going to have to shop around for another home smoke shop. And that's all my family and friends too. If you going in there and you get a price and it's ring of different I won't even try asking. And the sales associate did not know very much about the products that I was asking about on top of all of that. I'm very disappointed in the service I received. If you haven't picked the home smoke shop you should definitely look at others, wasabi smoke shop has gone downhill the past couple years, hiring people with little knowledge about the products that they sell and very very little knowledge about the hospitality field.

If I could give more than 5 stars I would do so !!Have been shopping here for years; and have been to every location in the area. The owners are amazing and The employees are Very kind , cool and very knowledgeable . They always makes me feel welcomed. Needless to say I've never had a bad experience . I'll will not go anywhere else for my tobacco products. prices are great ..You guys are great , the environment is clean, and always has great music over head :) Wassabi #3 is the place to go! (These reviews above made me mad ! )

Very nice pieces and great selection on bong bowls and such! , just the girl working when I had gone in was very rude and seemed as though she has a attitude about everything…I ended up buying a few things and leaving with less then I wanted due to poor service and feeling uncomfortable , felt rushed and like asking questions was a issue to her ! Love the store! Just need friendlier people working at counters :)

I just had a very pleasant experience at Wassabi. Both Brenda and Ryan were super friendly and very attentive. They took the time to help me. I didn't feel rushed into choosing something I didn't want. They helped me with deciding on a box mod. They didn't try to sell me something I didn't need. They showed me several mods and I was able to pick a perfect one. I was very impressed with both of their customer service. Ryan even helped me in setting up my mod by showing me how to prime the coil. They went above and beyond helping me. I will be shopping there again soon.

I try to support many local smoke shops so I take turns purchasing different items at different stores. Wasabi is one of my favorites. I have been here several times to buy incense, butane, and today a torch. The shop is always well stocked, clean and well lit. Great selection of pipes. The staff is always friendly. When I went in to buy my torch they helped me find one that is perfect. It’s even in one of my favorite colors. I also love that you are proud of being a small American owned business. You can’t get any better than that!

I have been there a few times. The inventory was unfortunately impressing either. I know shops receive new inventory constantly, though. I am only hesitant because of the poor reviews that I keep reading... not just from one website either. thank you guys for the heads up so I don't have to truck all the way there.

I have been to many different smoke shops and this was far by best. Staff was very friendly and knowledgeable. The young girl that helped me believe her name was Courtney was upbeat and a she kept smile on her face even with my million and one questions i had about everything I touched lol not only did she smile she answered any question I had and even listen to me and gave me advice on my new puppies . Thank you so much you guys rock and I will b back and I'll bring friends next time!

Was a nice shop would of liked to of purchased more but the girl working there felt like she was very rude and when asking questions just felt like she had an attitude about everything definitely won’t be going back.....Thank you for the apology because I went into the shop in a great mood and left and wasn’t too happy having somebody treat me like that soon as I walked in the door. She asked for my ID I give it to her and then I told her what I was looking for and she walked over the the glass and I wasn’t too sure what I wanted so I was asking questions and felt like I was just being rushed and when asked questions about other stuff she just had an attitude about everything and I asked for some cones and she had an attitude having to walk back over there to get them but not only that she like tried to side track me as she was getting them asking what my birthday was again! Like she held my I’d soon as I walked in she was doing it to be rude like I was lying about my age or something like I would of liked to of purchased way more stuff really liked y’all’s shop but I wasn’t gonna stay in there and deal with somebody like that.

Great little place ...found a great gift for my husband in here now that i dont smoke anymore. Staff is very wonderful and helpful too. They remind me of my older kids when they got there first job. Hell my son is 26 and would fit right in. Keep up the good job guys and gals! Found this place cause of my little brother...see living in Holiday does have its perks.
