I wasn't sure if I should give two or three stars but all I can say is that the main female pharmacist seemed rude when I interacted with her. But that was about a month or two ago. She's very straight laced and would not crack a smile if it killed her. There was no friendliness to her at all. So I switched to the pharmacy on state road 52 and Majestic Blvd. I like friendly, welcoming service.

I’m sad to even give this place a star I have never had a good experience here. Every time I go to pick up my prescription it’s never ready there’s always an issue everyone the pharmacy is incompetent. Last time I will ever go there. Beware take your medication somewhere else people that work there are absolute idiots, no professionalism always excuses never a good service. Always so rude !! This place absolutely sucks. The one star is actually for LabCorp because they’re actually pretty good sorry they have to work with the pharmacy but the blonde dress like she’s in middle school in the front told me I need to call before picking up my prescription every time to make sure it’s ready. Horrible service.Come on guys do your job!!!!

Went through drive through for my prescription. Young guy tells me it's going yo take 30 to 40 min for my medication. (It's liquid) and that they will be calling or texting my number when it's done. It's now 530 (no call or text) and I went to get it the pharmacy is closed Now im going to be out of work for 2 days instead of 1. Thank you walgreens

The female I just spoke with was very rude. (9:30 am, Aug 9.) I asked her if I could buy medication through the pharmacy window after my rapid test. I have a sore throat so she didn't understand me and just said "What?" I repeated myself politely, she cut me off very abruptly, informed me how to purchase. I said "Okay, thank you." (politely), and she swiftly hung up. I'm not sure who hired this individual, but she should be reconsidered. As someone who works front desk for a business, this was terrible customer service.

Went to this Walgreens for a covid test and our pharmacy technician today was very calm and sweet despite there being a long line of cars in the drive thru. We didn’t catch her name but she made the stressful experience very easy and we were impressed by her customer service and professional demeanor! Please be nice to your techs and appreciate their hard work because it is not an easy job to deal with demanding people all day!

Never have I had a good experience at this location. Came here a year ago with appointments for my vaccines and they say that was not scheduled. I showed them confirmation and still wanted me to reschedule. Went to another location. Today I am scheduled for testing and not even open. Going to drive a little further for better experience

Pharmacist and most of the assistants are so helpful and nice! Life happens and not everything is perfect but I would recommend using this pharmacy as they are quick & efficient. I recommend putting in your prescription refills online before you go so it’s easy. Really like this location!

Just had quite an unpleasant experience on the phone with a woman in the pharmacy. Very argumentative and combative. I was trying to explain to her that there was something wrong in the system or something because my prescription was never ready that I had paid for in advance. After being rude to me and talking over me repeatedly, she finally saw what I was talking about after she treated me like it was my fault their system went down. She apologized and changed her tune real quick. People shouldn’t be treated like that. You never know what someone is going through. I didn’t deserve to be spoken to the way I was spoken to. You can’t do much listening when you never stop talking… just saying. I just need my prescription, not the attitude. It’s not my fault that you hate your job or whatever your problem is. I wouldn’t want to work there. There is a high turnover and the lines are always crazy long. Seems very unorganized and chaotic. Makes sense why she’s so miserable. 🤦♀️

This Walgreens needs a LOT more help. I understand we are going through the “great resignation”, but if you pay your employees enough they will work. I am speaking from experience as a business owner. As a cancer patient, I am very frustrated with the lack of help they have in the pharmacy. No one should have to wait 30 mins in a line to pick up their meds, especially when feeling ill. Walgreens should not be allowing customers to purchase anything but pharmacy items in the pharmacy…especially if they are understaffed. I would much rather use a more efficient pharmacy but my insurance forces me to use Walgreens.

Most of the people who work in pharmacy are accommodating and good. However, the head pharmacist is very bad, poor customer service skills, treats customers rudely. I'm surprised Walgreens hasn't given her walking papers. My son got his prescriptions filled there for a year before moving out of state and always was treated badly by her.

Walgreens at Hudson and Little is horrible! I wait forever when I go in to pick up prescriptions, so I chose delivery, been a week and I still do not have my high blood pressure medication. I called , waited on hold over 10 minutes n then just got hung up on. I submitted 3 more prescriptions, and it says that it's in progress been 5 days on them. Find a new pharmacy if you need fast dependable service!

Really hesitant to give anything less than 3 stars because I come to this walgreens multiple times a week to print labels. But last night (Sunday) my husband went to cash out as I was looking for deodorant and a young male cashier told my husband "idk what you guys are doing but we close in 20 minutes." 20. MINUTES. I'm sorry but as long as i submit my order in time and it says it is "ready for pickup after 9:30pm" and you're still open, whats the problem? We work late. I'm a server & I'd be fired if I said anything like that. But the female manager came right over and agreed saying "theres only 1 register now(?)" and they literally both just stared at us until we left (without my deodorant).

Chaotic. Appointment for vaccine meant very little. Too much confusion. Repetive paperwork even after it was already done on line. Nothing was very clear. People would pick up their medication and then payfor their milk, or juice, or whatever. Was it a pharmacy or grocery store? The technician was the best parteven though she had to use a large bore needle. Glad I got the booster but it was a challenge

Not my usual pharmacy had to have a prescription filled, due to the nature of the prescription they told me I needed to go to them. They have a sign on the counter that says they can refuse to fill. The pharmacy tech went to the pharmacist and came back and said they will fill it as a one time gesture of goodwill. That made my day. I think I will be moving my prescriptions to this pharmacy even though it is a few min extra trip. Thank you to the tech and the pharmacist. Walgreens needs to keep more employees like this.

I don't have words to describe how wonderful this Walgreens is. The pharmacy staffing treat you like family. They remember your name every time I walk towards the pharmacy I hear "HI Mr. ...... How are you today"? By at least one person. I have a really bad back that required surgery and strong pain medication. All other pharmacy's looked at me and treated me like some random pill head. This Walgreens called my doctor confirmed my condition. 5 stars isn't enough this place is amazing!

Going through the drive thru is ridiculously and unnecessarly painful. The people working the window seems like they are in slow motion and ill-trained. That or just incompetent. Always a problem. I always have to return.

I went to the LabCorp part for blood work, now usually my veins cannot be found and it's always very very painful for me but the gentleman who is there today anyways was magnificent, I didn't feel a thing💯 thank you so much!!

So I get a text that my Rx is ready. I get here and am told "oh it will be about an hour." TOTALLY UNACCEPTABLE! And this is not the firsttime! If I could give them a -5 I would!

It's a really nice store and it's really well kept but it does get dirty at times and they do not have enough help during the day. I'm in there at least twice a week and the store is packed during the day. They often only have 1 person working register and the manager or other associate is there often too late when its 10 people in line.

For the last few months I have waited in line at the drive-thru to pick up my prescriptions for 30 to 40 minutes this location at little road and Hudson avenue in Hudson Florida needs more help in the pharmacy ASAP management should have prevented this situation long ago.

Although you will wait a long time in line for your prescriptions, the pharmacy staff is great and will help you with anything. They really do care.

Rude rude rude rude. First of all the person working the window probably shouldnt look like a meth head, secondly said person should be friendly(a.k.a Julie). How terrible and awful. This has been the pharmacy my family has used for 20 years and this was the most awful experience yet. Her facial expressions and her awful persona kills everything walgreens has done for my family over 20 years.

I don't understand why they can't add chutes in the drive thru. Only the window is available and it's take a crazy amount of time just to go through it. ADD THOSE CHUTES TO HELP 2 OR MAYBE 3 PEOPLE AT A TIME!
