No problems. Convenient entry from either Hudson Ave or US hwy 19. Parking area well lit with ample parking. Greeted as I entered the store, continued to the pharmacy where there was no wait and the prescription was filled and ready for pick up. Scanned the shelves for the bright ORANGE price stickers, the tell tale signifier of clearance items awaiting a frugal shopper to give way to the often huge discounts on quality products. A smile and have a good night from the cashier as I exited the store.

Tried to get RSV vaccine during my pregnancy here and the female, older blonde pharmacist gave me the HARDEST time to get it. She just did not want to take the time and work with me to get it nor did she care. She rolled her eyes constantly and scoffed at me multiple times. I’m just trying to get protection for me and my soon expected baby - it should not be this difficult. I literally wanted to cry. I finally received the vaccine after going back and forth for an hour. Her demeanor and attitude completely changed when my doctor confirmed I could get the vaccine with her coincidentally. Now I’m rolling my eyes. Worst customer service I’ve ever had. I will not be returning to this location ever again. Was reading reviews after this experience and apparently I’m not the only one who has experienced this type of customer service here. This location really needs to consider hiring a nicer and more HELPFUL pharmacist if I am not the only one who went through this!

"John" the pharmacy Manager, is an absolute IDIOT! My fiance has been filling his medicine at this location all of this year! According to him, he was getting his medication from this location ILLEGALLY bc by law, he wasn't supposed to. He failed to give which law this was, he failed to give out his last name, and basically accused him of doing something illegal and told us he is no lawyer! Please Walgreens, do better than to put a complete idiot as your Manager. My fiance is due for his medication and this stupid idiot is refusing to refill it even though his doctor prescribed LEGALLY.

The pharmacists are absolutely disgusting human beings. They aren’t helpful they are RUDE! I WILL NEVER GO TO A WALGREENS EVER AGAIN! Someone needs to do some re-evaluating with the hiring process. Or maybe have them take some customer service classes because they are lacking in that department. I don’t understand why people just can’t be kind anymore.

This place is a joke. The female pharmacist literally told me she doesn't care !!! I lost my meds in NY and they wouldn't even fill my medicine 2 days early.i even said can I get a 2 day supply then? She said nope I don't care. Like I know you don't but I do. Worst.customer service here. Even the ladies that work here are rude and don't craclk a smile. I will be taking my prescriptions out of her.dont waste your time here. I'm going to walmart. .

Would not fill my medication because I chose not to bill my insurance. Would not accept private pay. Since when did we live in a socialist healthcare country? Went to Walmart instead, filled it no problem.

ONE SORRY STORE 😞 Walgreens is the worst pharmacy to order or have your prescription medication when it comes in they email you do you want it delivered or pick up you tell him you wanted it delivered don't bet on it arriving in the next few days you'll wait over a week to get it maybe get it and every other day you will get a text do you want to pick it up or do you want it delivered when you speak to someone they passed the buck to the next person that brings your stress level over the top then they want $5.99 to deliver it I am FINISHED with this Walgreens taking my business elsewhere

Dropped off my son's antibiotic rx at 8:30pm with his insurance card. Was told it would be ready in the morning as it was close to closing time. When I went back the next day I was informed they don't take his insurance. They should have told me the night before. I could have brought it somewhere else. Maybe they were hoping I would just pay for it out of pocket.

Literally cashier sees me at the main cash register with no warning sign that it's not taking credit cards. Then after 10 minutes of standing there she approached me and finally told me to go to and cashier that accumulated a line of 10 or more people. There lack of Customer’s service is appalling. Rude and unacceptable.

Terrible customer service. I have been to this a few times and each time, there is only one older lady working who clearly needs more training in doing her job correctly. In my most recent visit, I placed an online order to pick it up in store. Waited 20 minutes for her to realize that no one else was there to help me and she wasnt sure of how to check me out. I let her know I had already paid online but she was adamant that she needs to still check me out. After a few minutes of messing with her computer, she finally says, "I guess I don't need to check you out." Never once apologized for the poor service. Will not be returning here. Better off going to Walmart, who's service is exceptional!

Worst Walgreens ever! I would never recommend this location to anyone. First time picking up a script took over 3.5 hours and I had to go there three times for it. Second visit within the same week to pick up my 7 year olds script for pneumonia, the Tech “Sue” was extremely rude, she apparently couldn’t understand me through the phone system at the drive through, after repeating myself several times until she slammed the phone down went over made a comment to her co-worker Mario as I watched them laugh and waited another 5 minutes who then came over to help me. Just Bc your phone system is not clear when speaking through the drive through does not mean your techs have any right to treat the customers that way! Remember we are your customers, you are not doing us the favor, we choose to bring our business and money to you, there are several other places that can provide the same services with a classy and professional staff.

The line for the pharmacy was long, and the reason was because the woman also had to take care of the inside customers. They obviously need more assistance so the customers can be taken care of more effectively.

Every time I go to this Walgreens pharmacy there is a problem. They definitely don’t go out of their way to help you. The girls behind the counter all seem to have attitudes, it makes you feel very uncomfortable and like you’re interrupting their day when picking up your medication. I will drive way out of my way next time to avoid this.

I had questions regarding the COVID vaccine. I was lucky enough to have Omar answer my call. Not only did he provide me with information on the phone called, he offered to do some research on my question. He took down my number and called me back with all of the details. I find it amazing that he would take the time to do this for me and not just direct me to find the answers online myself, which I tried to do before calling.... He truly went above and beyond and I appreciate that. I am editing a previous review that I had given this Walgreens pharmacy a few years ago. That is the only reason I didn’t write five stars. But, as far as Omar goes he gets 10!

Mens bathroom had two homeless - one people washing up at the sink and the other in the toilet. Both were in this small bathroom for over 30 minutes and it reeked. Not a good experience.

Over years of going to this location, I have always received excellent service. They care about patient medical needs.Not 100% sure I like the different manufacturer of one of my meds, generic. I think the other brand I got did a better job of pain relief.I do recommend Walgreens. According to my insurance Walgreens pricing is better than other local pharmacies.

I went to the pharmacy to pick up my meds and they were too expensive. I went home to look up a discount card. I called the pharmacy to see if I needed to print the hard copy or just show them my phone. The woman at the pharmacy said my phone would be fine. I drove back over there and after waiting in line the tech says they have to have the printed copy. They say it is Walgreens policy. I worked in the pharmacy at Walgreens for 10 years. That is not a policy. I will be transferring my meds somewhere else.

The old lady casher is rude!!! I asked her if she sells litter boxes and she was very rude she said litter boxes! !! Noo what do you think this is a pet store?? I told the ugly old lady you just lost a customer she said ohwell have a nice day wow for real? I love Walgreens in st Petersburg they are the best on 4th street north soo to the old lady who works there god sees everything
