I come all the time and its usually such a great experience and i get what i order most of the time. Tonight i was disappointed to be greeted by a rude employee and receive only half of the usual amount of ice cream. Its a little upsetting to have a place ive been going to as a kid start going down because certain employees just dont care. Photo is after i stirred it around because there was a big hole in the middle from where they used the mixer.Edit: just continued eating and realized a topping i added isnt even in here. I usually order with brownie and oreo, got oreo and chocolate chips. Changing from a 2 to a 1

Girl with glasses and black hair took my order. Very awkward and made everything difficult. Ice cream was good with lots of choices I’ve never been before so when I was asking questions she was rude and she didnt seem like she wanted to be there. Won’t be coming back anytime soon with that service.Kid-friendliness: A lot of different flavors, heard from friends that their kids love ice cream here.

Every SINGLE time, the old lady that is working, she has something nasty to say. We have gotten the same thing for the past 4-5 years and no one complains about our order except her. “I see they don’t order off the menu.” How hard is it to put a banana split in a giant cup? She makes comments constantly complaining as if we can’t hear her. Great customer service. I can’t see many customers want to come back, as long as she works here.

The manager tonight was a very nice young lady. It was my first time there so I had a few questions. She was patient, kind, and made me feel like a special customer instead of rushing me to keep the line moving. The ice cream hit great reviews from all 3 of my kids and the banana split was a great hit. And they made a kid friendly version of one too! Thanks!

Giving a zero even though I love the ice cream bc of how I was treated. From the moment I walked up. Seems like everyone has an attitude. I’m asking questions about the deserts. No customer experience. No friendly help. No suggestions. I ordered something wrong and told them I meant to order something else. They (everyone in the area) looked at me. And says. Are You still are paying for this one, right? I said yes. I still need the item I meant to buy. Got my order on the way home noticed it was broke. The styrofoam. So I called and told her. And she says verbatim “ you probably did it when you put the brownie Sunday back in”. I told her. I didn’t push it in. I set it on top. So to sum it up. Nothing friendly about the experience. No willingness to help when questions about the menu and be blamed by the management for their poorly packaged Togo food. The register girl was by far the most unfriendly food service worker I’ve encountered. And why would the manager blame a customer? I asked for an extra brownie which I paid for. And I asked if it comes in squares. They said yes. And I open it and it doesn’t look like 3 and they crumbled it. I feel jipped. I added pics of the brownies to show how much is filled. Doesn’t look like 3. And since when don’t we practice smiles and politeness for customers

This one is privately owned, family owned and it's always a pleasure to go to. Always fast and wasn't service and they are happy to answer your questions or create special requests. The people who gather here are nice family folks or couples just enjoying their day ☺️ They have some frozen desert selections that are unique to this location and not available at other Twisty Treat locations!

I love this location. Always friendly and helpful. I had just got my ice cream and tripped on the way to the car and dropped my ice cream. The girls remade it for me with no questions asked. In this day and age great customer service is so nice.

They had excellent ice cream! There are so many flavors to choose from. Very clean. The staff are very friendly. Jim and Madison were excellent!! This place gets five stars!!

Always crowded because it’s the best place to get a frozen treat around here. Love the ladies and the treats. Make sure to bring cash though because it’s a $5 minimum on a card and most of their treats are cheaper than that.

This location is super close to my house, so I've come here often, but it's really gone downhill due to the service. I don't know if we've been unlucky enough to just get the same girls working there each time or if they're all that awful, but the service is abysmal. Cashier literally staring at people with the window closed instead of taking their order, not greeting us or telling us when they're ready for us to order, they completely forgot the order of a dude who was wayyy ahead of us in line. They are SUPER rude, giggling and cackling instead of taking orders, and making nasty comments about customers being there within 15-30 mins of closing. God, the list could go on.

I bought a twisted tweat with broken Reese's Cups in it. It was a little over $5 and when it came into my hands... It was enormous! I wasn't expecting to eat that much🍦. Oh well, twas delicious.

It's great ice cream and there are a crazy amount of options. I replicated my typical dairy queen order and it was far superior. My only complaint isn't really a complaint, but it's basically in a neighborhood and not viewable from 52. Turn at 7/11 and you will see it though .
