Why do they never have ANYTHING in stock? Why is the inventory online WRONG 24/7? Why do I call to see if they have something in stock, I’m told they do, pull up 5 minutes later, and oh! None in stock when I was told there was 4. I absolutely have nothing but ISSUES here. None of the other tractor supplies have this problem. So frustrating that I have to travel 45+ minutes to the next tractor supply because this one is absolutely incompetent. Is it the employees? Is it the company? Who knows. But the consumer is the one who suffers. I can NEVER have a good experience at this store despite how many chances I give it because it’s 5 minutes from my house.

Great variety of outdoor supplies, seeds/starter plants and outdoor equipment. Sarah checked us out and helped with loading cow panels and T posts, the experience was wonderful! Great store but above all, excellent customer service!! She went above and beyond, thank you Sarah :)

I have been buying from this store for years but for the last 2 years it has been horrible. First, they are always missing poultry feed of some sort.There is a guy Erich that seems to not be happy to be there. His customer service is below zero.Yesterday, I returned a box of tools that my son bought few days ago. He said that he cannot do a return because there were finger prints on the tools. I think there were 200 pieces of tools and he looked at all of them accusing me of using them. We never used them. We will never buy any tools from Tractor Supply again.Years ago, they made me sign for the loyalty club and somehow I was never in the system but all these cashiers took my phone number like everything was okay. I had to call corporate.Most likely poor management!

First time at this location. Everyone was exceptionally helpful and friendly. They offer a nice variety of items for all kinds of pet supplies and livestock. I was able to find and purchase all the items I needed for my dog. Great alternative to a normal pet store as it offers something for everyone..from tractors to dog collars. I will be back as it's nice to have a place close that offers such a vast variety for all kinds of households.

Was told I had to buy 4 turkeys one didn't make through the night....so do you give me my money back or give me another bird ..or am I just out that bird and money? I'm sure your bird are from hoover which is the worst hatchery in the country due to how many bird they have to turn out...if I get no response I will come back and give 1 star and will start going to the 54 location... thank you for your time.

Had a ver poor experience thanks to a particular worker. Kelly was rude and not helpful. She appeared drunk and I made a comment about it to her. She said “tough”Been going to this location for years and after dealing with her, I will be going to the 54 location instead.Do they just let workers go out and drink in their cards or something?

Tractor supply in Hudson is a phenomenally run store always top-notch service and the manager Eric responds to any issues and quickly resolves. Highly recommend tractor supply in Hudson Florida.

I have been going here for years. This might be one of the best ones that I have been to for customer service. It is always over the top. The store is small and limited compared to some of the larger stores, but I think it is great for what they carry. I wish they would expand the dog section for treats and toys and collars. I also wish the aisles were easier to maneuver sometimes.

Good prices on clothes and farm animal food. Higher prices on dog and cat food unfortunately. My only complaint is that they never have lids for the plastic containers. I’d love to buy some but no lids. Employee says they don’t come with lids when they are delivered to the store. Very odd.

Variety of Necessities that when you need one they have. One special is equipment for gates and Eric who was amazing at helping me make my final decision on how we are going to transfer our gate from Manual To Automatic, had All The Necessary Info on what we need to convert! His knowledge support is what help finalize our decision. That is something you don't pay for with funds but with confidence from their knowledge. Really like Tractor Supply. Even though the store is a 'chain', it has a small hometown feel. The employees are friendly and extremely helpful. We bought a utility trailer and the gal that helped us went above and beyond to ensure we had the right hitch for the drop from our raised jeep to the trailer. Thank you!

Do not let the name of this place fool you. I never thought I would be shopping here, but I do. I buy my pet/bird seed/food and outdoor country decor here, and not mention Christmas cards. Great Prices and friendly service all around.

Our favorite place to go to get some of our farm supplies. The employees are all really nice here. There is one in particular ( I keep forgetting to grab her name) She wears glasses and usually has a pony tail. She super sweet, caring and helpful every time we see her. Always greeting patients and always smiling :)

I was pleasantly surprised at the variety of items found in the store. I am an avid gardener and there were plenty of items that I bought to place in my garden such as a bird feeder and bird seed. I have two cats and they are not doing well so I bought some medicine for deworming them. I also bought a steel pole with a wind weather vein on top in which to hang the bird feeder and it looks beautiful. The staff were extremely helpful and fun to deal with. I would definitely return and recommend this store to anyone listening to the power of my voice.

One of my favorite stores. Brought my pup in to get some treats and also help socialize him. Staff are very kind and helpful. Store is well stocked. I could spend hours in there just looking at all the different things they have. So glad I have one close to my home!

No assistance was available while we looked around the store. This was the first Tractor supply I walked in that was not welcoming. Try the one up north they have southern hospitality and they will help you with what you need.

I bought a pair of hiking boots by Ariat I love them. Everyone was very helpful but there was a specific boot I was looking for that said it was in the store and apparently it's only online. I didn't want to buy the boot online because I have problems with my feet after being in the military and it's hard for me to get the right fit without trying them on. The store is wonderful they're very friendly very helpful and I go there often.

I love TS. Will and Sarah are the reasons we continue to shop here though. They treat us very well and are always helpful. Will is an exceptional employer full of knowledge. My husband and I are grateful that he works at this location which is around the corner from are home. We moved from Pa recently and we missed are TS in Pa. This store and more importantly the staff helped us adjust to are new surroundings.

I needed to get a trailer hitch. U-Haul was going to charge $300 to install the ball hitch. I picked one up at Tractor Supply for about $40. It took all of five minutes to install. Staff was friendly and helpful. Would recommend again.

We go to tractor supply every two weeks to pick up our supply of dog food for our two great danes. We take them with us. The employees know our dogs by name and fuss over them every time we come in. Great place to shop and good value
