I went to Sally’s for hair dye and they had a promotion of buy two get one free. The woman had grabbed everything for me and checked me out and when I got home and I was missing my free one. I bought five hair dyes and I did not receive my free one. I called the store, and the woman told me I needed to bring all the products and my receipt back to return everything and do the transaction over again. Why am I having to do that when she’s the one that made the mistake of not putting the free one in my bag? I live 15 minutes from the store and the fact that they told me that I had to bring all the products back just to get my free one is insane! I don’t mind bringing the receipt back but when you tell me, I have to bring all the products and my receipt and do a full return just to get my free one is just crazy. Am I the only one that thinks that this is absolutely ridiculous? Poor customer service and obviously needs more training at the front desk to make sure all products get in the customers bag. Do better!!

Opening time is actually 10am not 9 but otherwise a great store. Well stocked and the associate was very friendly and helpful with all my questions. I will definitely shop at this location again! ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐

Went in with a friend to get some bleach for test strands, staff (specifically Jan) was helpful! Will be coming back next weekend to get bleach for the full dye job!

Went in looking for a specific hair product with wife and two girls. Monica was very helpful and knowledgeable about everything they sell. She made our first visit there very enjoyable. Thank you. We left with much more than anticipated but so far worth it.

I’m extremely dissatisfied I am a very frequent shopper in this location I came in to buy some gel top coat the top coat that was sold to me was a little white bottle that cost 13 and someChange final price when I got home I realized the bottle was no good meaning the product was dried up inside the bottle I came back today to speak with the same person who sold it to me who has short realGreen hair kind of heavy set girl she told me too bad I should have checked it before I bought it well how is that possible when I wasn’t even allowed toChoose my own product when I asked for her name I was told it wasn’t my business I didn’t want my money back just a product that wasn’t all dried up something that I couldActually use I would give negative stars if possible

Not good. I only went because 4 other Sallys didn't have my product. I was not greeted at any Sallys and at this one the check out was rude. I will be checking out other venues for my hair care needs.
