Don't order anything from this location through Instacart, for the second time within a 5 month span, they have mistakenly given another customer my order. It is clear they do not ask the customer for their name at time of pick up to confirm its the correct customer and correct order prior to loading the groceries. I'm done shopping at this location, it's becoming more of a headache than a convenience for pick up orders. I will be taking my business to Tower Oaks from now on.

Friendly staff. My family and I shopped in the evening. Not too busy. Store was stocked and clean. Even the restroom was clean. This Publix has propane exchange for $21.99

No fresh bread out at 7am. The employees come in at 4am. It only take the bread 45 minutes to bake the oven is huge. Whats going on at your bakery? And rude as I'm looking at the oven and the green lights blinking and the clerk telling me, "nope no bread" maybe she should say, "in ten minutes I'll have some." Stop being rude to customers too. Robert in produce is awesome! He is knowledgeble about Avocados. I asked him how do i know a good avocado? Robert replied well, if the Avocado helps someone accross the street then you know its a good one. I stopped and realized what he said.. So cute and funny! He made me laugh with his quick wit. The other employee, I may not spell this right.. TeeAnna, in the deli area was sweet and helpful. My husband and I will return.

I'm constantly finding expired food on the shelves ,especially in the dairy department. Brought this to the attention to the store multiple times and they still have expired dairy and other foods on their shelves

Publix used to be my top choice for freshness. No longer true. Fried chicken in box at deli obviously put out hours or possibly a day ago. Discovered that it had 3 "sell by" time stickers on top of one another. In addition they are putting less pieces of fried chicken in boxed deli fried chicken for same price as before. My loyalty USED to be why I would pay extra for Publix quality. Shameful, and hungry for profits. you have become like all the rest.

It's a smaller store and may not have some of the items the larger Publix stores have but that's what makes it nice for a quick trip.

Once again EPIC FAIL for the Deli manager and his or her staff here at Fairway Oaks Plaza, Hudson. Not a time that I go there, am I not dissapointed that they are out of product for a "Pub- Sub". Figured after my review 4 months ago about this. That someone there would of read it, react and fix the issue. But once again I was there waiting patiently in the Deli line (20mins.) to order a sub. And once again (now for the 3rd. time). I was left dissapointed. Could someone there please tell me how you run out of product, or actually not have enough backup product on hand? EPIC FAIL on the store manager, deli manager and their deli staff. Sounds pretty simple. If a product is popular, and you keep running out. Order more! It's the basics of supply & demand. 1-star for the store being conveniently located to my home. 0-stars for the store manager, and the deli manager having enough product on hand! Communication Is key!,

Damien in the deli is great, he made our subs today. He put our subs together fast and made sure to grab the fresher looking toppings. He also stacked the meat, cheese and toppings way better than most people who just throw everything on the bread in piles. Thanks Damien your awesome!
