Worst experience I have EVER had with any business. I have been a customer here for sometime, and before today was very happy. I happen to be at the Library on speaker when I was called and conversation was heard by multiple people. The owner was. Explaining to me why they would need to shave myPoodles Poms due to knots, when a female voice clear enough for all to hear said if you don’t pay 15.00 per foot (3) or shave, then you can just come and get your dog!!!Situation was under control and calm until the hostility and rudeness interrupted the owner explaining what needed to be done.I agreed to shaving her Poms. The more I thought of how unprofessional this was I decided this would be my last groomAt Looking good pet spa.I have been in Management my entire career. 30 plus years. If I were the owner I would of fired this personOn the spot.Good groomers are not good if this is something they allow, and they argue with the client.I rate this experience at the bottom of all as/worst experiences. I will never return, recommend nor will I not continue to share this experience.

My little girl has been going to them since she was 7 weeks old (she is 8yrs old now) she loves all the staff there. I think she thinks she owes the place. I have never had a issue or complaint about anything. I recommend them to alot of people and they have taken their babies to them also..All I can say is I love them all and so does my girl..thank you guys for taking such good care of her

Sarah and Amber were amazing!!! We have two husky’s and they are very hairy. They were very thorough and patient. We give them both five stars, and we definitely will be coming back. If you’re curious if you should Tip your groomer the answer is YES! These groomers have hard Jobs, and it should be fulfilling and rewarding at the end of the day.

Colby visited a new spa today for his first time in over 3 years. At first sight I found the spa to be clean, neat and organized. The owner Andrea was personable and Colby seemed to like her immediately. Colby came out smelling great and looking even better then he does at his usual groomers. When I had seen his head was neatly faded and his tail was trimmed I was even more pleased with Looking Good Pet Spa and I will definitely be going back there for Colby’s spa day! I just know our little buddy is definitely looking forward to visiting his new spa friends again ❤️🐶❤️

This was our first time at this groomer and we are very pleased. The shop was clean and pleasant. The groomer was very nice and thorough with questioning how we wanted the cut done. All interactions with staff were friendly and enjoyable. Our baby, Mick, looked so very handsome with his new do. So pleased with our experience. We have found our new groomer. They offer day care and boarding too! Highly recommend this "Spa"!

Awful. My poor dog. Who grooms a dog like this?! I asked for a pretty short cut, not quite buzzed. It's patchy in a bunch of places almost down to the skin (like the chest pictured), there's random long hairs all over and what the heck is with the line on the head! The groomer we used before moving would blend the longer hair on his head, not leave a jagged line. I can't believe they charge $60 for this.

They did a wonderful job on our Hagrid a Bernese Mountain Dog. Staff was wonderful, caring and very attentive to our dogs needs. They have a play room for them to wait it with other dogs.

I took my dog to be groomed by Andrea for the first time today. Everything is clean and well kept. Andrea is a kind person that seems to truly care about my dog and her special needs. I really appreciated her honesty with me and her passion for grooming. When I picked up my dog she was relaxed and looked beautiful. I've been looking for a VERY long time for a compassionate and patient groomer. It's extremely hard to find. I will be returning and I would recommend her.

They did such a great job on our dog!Her cut was nicer than we'd ever seen. The groomer also gave us tips on how to deal with our dogs shedding and skin issues.Best of all they put our nervous dog at ease. She actually wags her tail when she arrives at Looking Good!

It's always pleasant & accommodating, good price. This time 2 claws were embedded in the paw & groomer was genuinely concerned. We did get Skipper to the vet fo antibiotics & all is good & healed. Problem not caused by this establishment.

Amazing staff, amazing service. They only want to do what is best for your animals, and may need to recommend a vet if your dog needs it. They take pride in doing the best to not injure my little guy, so I promise yours are in the same safe hands!

Keep your money and groom your own pet! All I paid for was a very expensive bath! Not only was the staff extremely rude to me, they did a horrible job grooming my husky. I paid a decent amount of money to have my husky groomed, and his undercoat brushed. When I picked him up the staff explained I may still need to do some brushing. I understood this as I was trained as a vet tech and in grooming. Immediately, I began noticing clumps of hair coming off of him during the car ride home. Within 5 mins of just brushing (not deshedding) my 55lb husky I got a pile of hair the size of him off. I tried to attach an image but it wouldn’t allow me to. I also took my other dog there at the same time. He is elderly, and they yanked his leash so hard he fell face first. I hate to imagine how they treated my dogs while grooming them. They did a good job grooming my elderly dog who was matted, but stated “we took picture and video proof of trying to groom the other in case you seem to have problems”. This statement is a little concerning to me. A groomer’s work should show for itself. I did not have unrealistic expectations of what I expected, but I did not expect to have to groom my dog after paying a professional to. I am sad to say I will not be coming back based on horrible customer services, treatment of my dog, and poor deshedding.

It's cheap, convent, and fast. My dogs won't let me cut their nails. This place gets it done for less then ten dollars each dog. 👍 It's almost like a drive through.
