I just watched them make a senior citizen woman leave the store about 20 mins ago because she didn't want to leave her purse in her car or with the drugee MOODY young girl in the front. Was very ignorant. I already went thrunthe whole store with my giant beach bag purse and was already checking out or I'd have walked right out if they told me to leave my purse. Apparently according to this horribly managed store you are no longer allowed a purse or pocket book in this ghetto trash location. Kids and junkies with backpacks is one thing but grown women with purses! Boycot this trash location out of our neighborhood for disrespecting its senior residents like that. ITS...A...DISCOUNT DOLLAR STORE not the diamond exchange.

If I could write this review and give negative stars I most certainly would the assistant store manager as she claimed (Melinda) was in my opinion the most rudest unprofessional Manger I have ever come across and as long as she's a Manger there I will be taking my business somewhere else from now on. I have already made my formal complaint to the corporate office about this matter and definitely not a person I'd have representing my company EVER!!!!!

Wow. I mean right now they get an extra star. But only because dollar general is closer from 11am til 6pm until they get their ac fixed. But until then I'll have to find a different place to shop. This store is so nasty. U can see it from the moment u get in the parking lot. I even offered to pressure wash the place at a discount and the so called assistant manager basically talked down about the company and couldn't even tell me who it is I should contact to try to at least make the outside look good. The guy they have here is awesome but that lady is not management material. Like u can literally see in their own videos of the store how disgusting the outside is. Hey when pasco county code enforcement comes I bet they'll get it done then... otherwise pay the fines 🤷‍♂️

The woman that was working in a front today on Thursday was fantastic she seen that my husband was walking with a cane and helped us with our bags to our car thank you very much your kindness meant a lot

Super slow service Everytime I go there are tons of people in line and one cashier. (Even though there are two employees in the store) Always a 20 minute wait to get through the line!!!! I hate having to go here, if I were you go 5 minutes down the road to the other family dollars it's worth the drive I promise!!!

Very nice cashier helped me to car was very polite. But the geloto I went for they chaged to the nasty pint jar kind which can not compare to kind they sold in July and before, it was the best half gallon

I had previously written a bad review due to a cashier accusing of of theft, but today a difdrent employee let me bring my bike in and held my back back behind the counter. He was very helpfull and nice. Much better experience than previously. Finnaly someone who know about customer service. Keep up the good work.

2nd time I've tried to return something with a receipt. First time I didnt, and I understand that a little more but was denied store credit even though the item was still available at the store. 2nd time with receipt I was told a non opened float couldnt be returned. .she asked me to drive 10 min away to the exact store I bought it.. there is no policy on the receipt. I'm just done with them I'll go to dollar tree for dollar store needs from now on.Update:Another family dollar store that I just reviewed had absolutely zero issues doing an exchange or return with my receipt and package sealed. Here's an image of the receipt. I will not be coming back here. They dont follow their own company policies and make people travel 25 min out of their way with a baby to return an item.
