I go here alot, along with my husband and both daughters. Tonight I think was the worst experience. The girl working the window is extremely rude. This is surprising to me because everyone that works there is usually very professional and customer friendly. I’m going to take it as she had a bad night but the manager needs to go over customer service with her.

If it was possible to give ZERO stars I would. We just ordered a coffee in the drive thru. The only greeting from the employee was “Dunkin”. When we got to the window the only thing the employee said was the price of the coffee. Will drive past this location to go to another location in the future. Or better yet will return to Starbucks.

Every time I go to this location they never give you service. I have left three times just to get one coffee and wait it well over 10 minutes time I pulled up to the window and the young lady was almost in tears and I said and it was 11 o’clock at night and I said where is your manager and she says she’s back there playing with the other help the owner needs to fire the manager in this store and clean house and get it right I will never go back to this place

When I tell you I've been trying to get this dunkin donuts to MAKE DONUTS at night for months I really mean I have been trying to get THIS DUNKIN "DONUTS" TO MAKE DONUTS AT NIGHT. Why you have breakfast tacos available and not donuts (with consistent sprinkles) cause yall never have those is Beyond me! The guy at the drive through said "all we have are blueberry and chocolate glaze" well you know NOBODY in there right mind wants a blueberry donuts there probably stale, probably been sitting there all day and the chocolate glaze he couldn't even put a little icing on it? I asked and he said no! WHY DO YOU NOT HAVE ANYTHING DONUT RELATED TOGETHER?? FIX THIS PLEASE. This place is called dunkin donuts home of the breakfast taco. WHAT?! I SAT IN THE DRIVE THREW FOR 15 MINS TO DRIVE AWAY EMPTY HANDED. TERRIBLE SERVICE

Used to be a good Location....It's been about 5 or 6 months since I went to this location, never had issues in the past but now it appears to have gone down hill.Thursday April 27, 2017 - The older lady running the register messed up my whole order and apparently just about everyone's drinks in the 25 minutes I was waiting. I ordered a large iced caramel latte with extra turbo shot, she sent a decaf to the drink maker and he had to remake it, it wasn't sweet at all and tasted like milk with a little bit of coffee in it. I ordered a 25 count munchkin and asked for Boston Creme and regular glazed. She put Boston creme, chocolate glazed, and a few blueberry. I didn't say anything because I didn't feel like waiting even longer but I shoulda checked the box, normally when you order a 25 count they fill up the smaller box. She only put 18 munchkins in the box. And to top it off there was a mixture of dirt, coffee grounds, and what looked like crushed up Oreos all over the top of there main display where they keep the Box of Joe containers. Also while I was waiting 25 minutes I got to watch flys flying around the restaurant landing on the customers and all the doughnuts. They need to shape up at this location.

Although I love Dunkin Donuts and I would not trade it for the new Racetrack on the corner of Little and US 19....service was fast and the donuts were good but the cappuccino was slightly cold, the hot chocolate was ok but the worse was the Vanilla Chai latte. It was slightly cold and when I opened the lid it was only half a cup and when I sipped it was watered down with no flavor.

This is the best Dunkin around. Amy is so nice ,has been there for years . The crew, even tho it changes regularly alot lately, is always attentive. The customers have lots of room outside on the patio to hang, it's huge! Props to the crew,. U guys keep rockin.

I like to stop and get assorted munchkins occasionally on the way to work well the other day. I stopped by and really wanted some jelly filled munchkins. So I ordered my usual 25 count, but I asked if I could get mostly jelly filled, and wow, only 5 weren't jelly filled. They must've given me all of the jelly they had left. I didn't expect that. Thank you!

Filthy little disgusting Dunkin' Donuts very dirty. Never have product No matter what time of day you go there and it is in theory. They charged us a different price at the drive up than they would inside.The donuts tasted disgusting if they had what you ordered. Avoid this place like the plague, it is absolutely filthy.I thought Dunkin' Donuts was supposed to have fresh donuts all day and night, why stay open late If you're not going to make fresh donuts, it's absolutely absurd. I will never buy donuts at Dunkin' Donuts at any location ever again. This particular franchise should be taken away from the Franchise.They obviously don't care enough about their business or their product.
