Long story short, I would not recommend anybody do business here. They are not “raising high-quality show animals.” If they say they’ll call you back, they do not. It is on you to follow up should you ever need something. The reviews that say this place smells? Yeah it’s simply pet feces and urine, it’s cigarettes amongst other things.The Kitten I purchased had to be taken to the vet after 3 days without a single solid bowel movement, uncontrollable diarrhea, and passed on 2 days later- I owned her for a total of five(5) days. They play it off as you-the new owner- holding ultimate responsibility (even when you’ve owned the kitten for a day and it’s already showing signs of distress). Allen and Gloria (owners) gave absolutely zero assistance in any way shape or form. They told me to send the vet papers/notes, and that they would get back to me – that never happened. Ironically As other reviews on here state, it appears the Owners have an aversion to veterinarians- any veterinarian I mentioned, Alan would say “oh yeah I don’t like those guys.”As per the other reviews here, they do not keep their word, they do not keep a clean store they do not keep healthy animals. They appear to be a “give us your money, see ya later” kind of business. They are not stand-out people And certainly look more like backyard breeders than an esteemed pet store

There are so many people writing false reviews and calling this place a puppy mill. It makes me sick to think people would do that to a local business. I have been here multiple times, and never once have I seen any indication of such claims. We just purchased an adorable frenchie pug. Immediately took her to our personal vet, and received a perfect bill of health on her. They said she looked so well taken care of. Allen was top notch, and genuinely cared about the animal. He made sure we had everything needed before taking her home including a dog bed(hand made), food and vitamins. All of that was included with the puppy. The dog was free roaming about the store, came when called to him, and was so happy. I want to take a minute to actually thank Diva's N Dudes for our little gem. Everyone loves her, and you guys are top notch breeders!

I dont usually leave reviews but I've read the other reviews and I must say they could not be more wrong. My mom and I each bought a dog from Allen a little over a month ago and they are amazing. We took them to the vet shortly after we got them as per Allen's policy and the vet said that whoever sold them to us was amazing. I could not agree more. Allen is incredibly kind as are his employees. Our dogs could not be more perfect. He definitely loves his animals and this is more then money to him. I am very pleased with their costumer service and puppies. I highly recommend.

I researched the owner and the shop, before I purchased my puppy. I've read both good and bad reviews. My experience has been very good, my puppy is very healthy and already socialized with people. I believe that is because these pets live in the home of the owners and have interaction with them there. The shop is just used as a display the pets and their products. I'm very happy I found this place as I had just lost one of my dogs and everywhere online and the rescues, did not have what I was looking for. Thank you divas and dudes for restoring some happiness back into my home.

I just purchased a Morkie puppy today. Alan and his staff were so sweet and helpful. They are very concerned about the welfare of the animals there. We get to take our puppy home with a clean bill of health from a veterinarian, age appropriate shots and a Florida Health Certificate. The price we paid was also extremely reasonable considering the breed. As an owner, I couldn't ask for anything more from a breeder or pet store! I have two friends who have purchased several puppies from Alan as well. These dogs are happy, healthy and beautiful. I will recommend Alan and his store for anyone of my friends looking for a new puppy or kitten, just as my friend recommended him to me!

I got my chihuahua from Alan almost 10 years ago. Never had any issues and he's still happy and healthy. All his animals are in great condition when I come in too. Always alert, happy, and healthy. Alan really cares about his animals.As for people saying he's rude, I've never once seen him rude. Ever. He's always very professional and just does what's best for the animals.On 3/19/21 I finally got my dream cat from him and Gloria, a sphynx cat. They worked with me and the worker was so helpful the whole time I was there. He is perfect in every way, and is the sweetest, most playful little guy. And he is so healthy. I'm so glad I was finally able to get him. I hope they continue the business, because these are high quality animals. Thank you for everything.

Stopped by to pick up some flea meds for my pups. There was a sign on the door opening at 11:30 today. Killed some time and went back. The less than pleasant lady wearing a mask at the door asked if I had one. I explained I have had 2 vaccines and no longer needed to wear one. She then explained she also had been fully vaccinated but had a heart condition. Turned her back to me and loudly proclaimed my store my rules and proceeded to walk away. I'll probably not be back. Not because of her continuing mask rule but because of her rudeness.

Bought a puppy here a few months back. Didn’t even have her for 12 hours yet and she started vomiting and have constant diarrhea. Poor baby girl was whimpering with all the pain she was in. I called divas n dudes to tell them the situation and they just said she was sick because “she’s not used to you yet”. This was not normal so I took her back to them and his wife picked her up, I don’t believe the even took her to the vet! They were very so against vets because they said they’re “too expensive”. She passed away when she was with them and the told me it was probably a reaction to the shots, SHOTS SHE HAD A WEEK AGO. I don’t recommend anyone going here. Very bad experience

Went in today to look around with my husband since we have been talking about adding a new addition to our home. As soon as you walk in there's an overbearing smell. Yes it's normal for small pet shops, but this was even strong for me... I noticed signs posted saying "no pictures" "no touching" which I thought was odd but to each their own. We walked around & as I looked & tried speaking to the puppies they would back off, they were curious but clearly not socialized with people. When I did spot one that was playful I wiggled a finger in front & watched him paw through the cage. I glanced up at my husband & noticed the man behind the register had quickly moved to the opposite side of the cage from me, leaning on it with a nasty look on his face. He looked like he was about to kick us out dispit following the posted rules, so I quietly told my husband we should leave.I don't recommend this shop. They don't seem friendly, the animals are timid & unsociable which is uncommon in puppies their age, & the amount of babies they have is just such a red flag for a puppy mill.I won't be finding a new family member in that place of "business" & very strongly recommend others avoid it as well.

Needs to be shut down. This is your common disgusting puppy mill/backyard breeder/pet store. How this place hasn’t been shut down is beyond me. Are the laws truly so terrible that we can’t protect animals from people like these owners? Adopt don’t shop. There’s 4 million dogs and cats dying by euthanasia in shelters every year because there’s not enough homes. Any breed that you could possibly want can be found in a shelter or a breed specific rescue. At least rescues and shelters take their animals to vets and know the dogs behavior through evaluations. Mixed breeds tend to be healthier anyways. Not perfect but healthier. They aren’t as predisposed to the common breed related ailments because they are mixed with other breeds. The owners are lying about these animal’s health and where they come from. They don’t like a lot of questions because they know they are doing bad things. Do the right thing and adopt a pet from a shelter or a rescue. Save a life. The more we fund places like this, the longer they will continue to be in business. If nobody is buying, they won’t have the money to do it anymore. There’s always going to be an ignorant person who’s going to buy anyways so we need to shut places like this down. I don’t want to be a part of a community where places like this are in business. That’s disgusting.

They carry well cared for small animals. All of them amazing. The owner is elderly with years of experience. The pets are priced right to ensure good loving homes. The had a hairless kitten last time I was there.

I adopted 2 adorable Morkie puppies from Allen in June 2020. These two puppies were so well taken care of and had a clean bill of health. They have grown and thrived these last 5 months. You can tell they had a great start in life. Allen was awesome!! Dudes and Divas was so accommodating. I definitely recommend.

I came into their store a few months ago and was quoted a price of $500 for a Bengal kitten. I called today to make sure the price was still the same and told they price is now $1100 because “we’ll find one somewhere else” this man was extremely rude on the phone.No set pricing for animals, just whatever they decide for the day. The rudeness of these people is crazy. Try being nicer to people and you might actually sell more animals.

Unbelievable!! We paid $600 to buy a sweet dachshund puppy. The very first thing she did when I got out of the car with her was have diarrhea on the lawn before she even went inside. Within 48 hours of bringing her home she stopped eating and drinking. Then she started vomiting. We took her to the vet and she was diagnosed with Parvo and a bacterial infection. The owner and his wife have done nothing but deny that she was sick when we bought her and insisted that it was a reaction to her shots and depression!!!!???? Even though she's been to a few vets and they all said she was sick when we bought her. She's now on day 13 of being sick and fighting for her life. She's been in and out of the vets, some overnights and been on IV fluids and constant care. We're now thousands of dollars in debt and now she's developing pneumonia. I can't begin to describe how much stress and heartbreak my family has been through watching this poor baby suffer like this. My four kids are so sad. I wish I just had if done research on them before we bought a puppy from them. DO NOT BUY A PET FROM THEM!! I never imagined anything like this could happen, it's been an absolute nightmare. They told us they will not do anything to make things right. Nothing. The owner acted like it was our fault and said today that we didn't follow the rules in the contract????!! What?? Now we have to go to court over this! These people are just bad people . They had no compassion for what we're going through at all. They could care less.

My min pin Hendrix turns 3 today! I got him at just a few months old at DnD and can report no health concerns from time of adoption till now. Him his initial vet visit a slight hook worm issue was found, treated and after sending vet receipts DnD sent me a check for the medicine cost. He’s a top notch healthy happy guy and CKC registered too (owners kindly assisted w/ paperwork info I needed). I’m so glad I did my research, made my own decision after speaking to the owners, meeting with the store staff and seeing Hendrix. I don’t expect the care and breeding of fur babies to be a clean business. If you’ve ever had a young pup you know it can get messy. Lol so the fact that it’s clear the store is not where animals live, just sold with some fun accessories, was fine with me. Is it a fancy place? No, but I was looking for healthy puppy with appropriate paperwork not a shiny shopping experience.

Gloria sold me a ragdoll kitten for $550... I got him home and he didn't eat, pee or poop or move a lot. By the next morning he was so sick I took him to the vet. The gave me medicine and sent me home to hand feed and monitor him. He kept throwing up and having diarrhea. I took him back and they gave him a shot to stop the vomiting. He still was sick. I took him to the after hours Hospital and they diagnosed him with feline distemper. I have never seen such a sad cat. When we got him he was also covered in flees, and they had incense burning constantly over their cage, not good for developing lungs. I wanted to save this cat so bad. Unfortunately the after hours vet said it would $3-$6 to treat him and keep him in a separate place from the other animals. I spent $900... $550 on a cat and $400 on vet bills and I only had the cat 24 hours. Then I had to go home, incubate my other cats, bleach my whole house and was home from work for a week taking care of the mess and disinfecting my whole house from this horrible disease. Not only did I loose my cat I paid $900 total for- I I had to face the fact my other animals might die from bringing this sick animal into my home. These are backyard breeders- do not enable these low life's to do this to anyone else. I read the reviews and STILL gave them the benefit of the doubt. Gloria also promised me a new kitten rather than reimbursing me- strung me along for two months then avoided me. When I mentioned Pet Lemon Law to her, she finally responded... and toldMe she would "sell" me another cat and backed up on her previous word. They are crooks and liars. I will make sure to let everyone one I know how she treats her animals and clients.

This place is horrifying... today I stopped in for the first time and I was in shock... I have a lot of experience with birds and animals of all types. The first thing that bothered me was the scented sticks burning in the store to cover up the awful odor. Birds are EXTREMELY sensitive to smoke and vapor and any candles can make them very sick. Two steps into the store and I see a mother cat nursing several kittens in a very small cage. She had zero room to walk around. We saw pregnant animals, puppies in bird/ferret cages, a mother dog with newborn pups just in a playpen in the middle of the store for people to touch. It makes me sick. These animals are terrified! A mother dog needs privacy! Yes they have food and water but it looks like these mothers spend their lives in a cage just to breed more babies to sell. I am not at all against ethical animal breeding and sales but I am absolutely against neglect. These pets are suffering.And my response to your comment since it won’t let me respond, I have no idea what you are talking about. I didn’t bring children with me to my visit. I came alone. And ANY scented candles or incense is harmful to birds. Any bird “lover” knows that. No reputable business owner comes to negative reviews and argues with customers. What a joke

We had a friend of ours by a yorkie puppy from there and gave it to us. The puppy got all of her shots and is extremely healthy and happy. The owner of the place is so loving and caring for the pets. I love this place and will never go any other place to get a dog except here. Thank you Divas-N-Dudes for a wonderful puppy to love!

They are very good with our fur baby. She goes there for her shots. She love going there, apparently they don't hurt her. They always have other fur babies there for sale at great prices. Worth checking out.

I got two cats from here. They were happy, healthy cats and the owner offered to deworm and deflea them the first few times. Very happy. As far as the atmosphere there was no problems at all, the place is mom which may explain why the smell may be strong or to some but they were hard to keep it clean and it shows.

Put a deposit down on my puppy. Picked him up at 8 weeks and 2 days later took him back. Owner said he was hypoglycemia and need more time with its mom. Picked him up a week later only to have to take him to the hospital 2 days later again. Spent over $1200 on bills to come to find out puppy was ill when born. He has low blood sugar and also has gestational infection and could not eat. He was almost dead only weighing 1.4 lbs. Went back and talked to owner....he was not willing to compromise. We have a video from his wife and also recording of our conversation. We are still paying vet bills for him so he can stay healthy. We have filed a suit against store and owners.

Purchased a Bengal, nothing but good things to say. Not sure where the negativity comes from but I have to agree with the owner. They do not realize some people need to get a specific type of cat, in this case I did my research and adopted the Bengal because it's hypo allergic breed. Bottom line is I did receive a beautiful kitten that is doing great at a very fair price.

Gloria Harding presented herself to me as an at home breeder, not a pet store owner that supported puppy mills. She was responsible for breeding my pug (08/2017) that has several genetic defects such as a tilted pelvis and diaphragmatic hernia. While she denies these issues are genetic, the vet says otherwise. My dog almost didn't live. We spent the first year of her life at the vet approx. every other week if not more, including multiple emergency vet visits. Gloria is an irresponsible, unconscious breeder. I highly recommend doing your research on her and seeking a pet from somewhere else. I will continue to do my part to seek that she has her breeding license and certifications revoked.

Very rude owner. We walked into the unlocked door after seeing someone else walk in (this turned out to be the owner) and the owner said "we're closed. Don't you see?" My husband said "sorry, my bad." and the owner proceeded to give him a nasty look and say "yeah, it is your bad" and look away without another word. I guess he doesn't want customers to come back. When you see people walking in and out, you don't assume they are closed, it's an honest mistake with a place we had no prior history with besides seeing it when we drive by.It's unfortunate because we were planning to buy, not just look around. But we are happy to take our business to a better place and recommend others do the same. As mentioned in many other reviews(like the rudeness), this place is dirty and smells. A smell is understandable for a pet store but this was beyond that. If you can smell the store from the sidewalk, there's a problem there.

I went and picked up my dog that I paid $600 for on November 28 and she was only 2 months. Within 72 hours she stopped eating and drinking and became very lethargic, I called and took her to Alan and he said she just seemed stressed and to give her Karo and take her to the vet. I took her to the vet and she was diagnosed with an intestinal infection and put on antibiotics. Not even two days later she was so weak she could barely stand. I took her to an emergency animal hospital where they tried to do everything they could to help her but she didn't make it. I called Alan the next day and he said he would get back to me. It's now almost 4 weeks later and I have called animal control and the better business bureau as well as taken them all the paperwork from the vets and he kept saying he sold me a healthy dog. Tonight his wife called me and her exact words when I asked why I haven't heard from them were " because of your f***in complaint to the better business bureau" and hung up on me. I called back and Alan answered and told me to hire a lawyer because I'll lose and won't get my money back. Wow! I am not concerned with the money, I was hoping for maybe the acception of responsibility and that maybe they'd replace her. She was only two months old!!! I have cried for weeks and this place is completely cold hearted and money driven obviously. So now I am continuing with my loss and making sure I'm the voice for our puppy Starla by contacting BBB again as well as 8 on Your Side and whoever else I can to make sure this doesn't happen to anyone else!

Purchased two puppies from this "store". Both had parasites and fleas when purchased. Received a "vet certification" at time of purchase, but puppies were still sick with parasites associated with being housed in unclean facilities. After dealing with weeks of diarrhea and several hundred dollars of vet bills, we now have two happy, healthy puppies. We basically paid a premium price to rescue the boys from an untenable situation. Alan Harding is a smooth talker, but bears a lot of watching. I would recommend that you not do business with this establishment. I have given them one star only because there is no way to do zero.

Purchased the most beautiful Shih tzu puppy from Allen and I couldn't be happier! Allen took the time to answer EACH and EVERY SINGLE question I had and he allowed me all the time in the world to bond with my baby prior to taking home. In addition, as much as I begged him to let me take my puppy home prior to the release date, he was adamant about keeping the puppy until the suggested date to ensure the puppy was indeed ready to be released without any potential health concerns. Allen was very patient with me and really took the time to educate me on everything I needed to know. The person that works with him, grooming all the babies (please forgive me for not remembering your name!) - he was absolutely awesome as well. Each time I visited the store, all the animals seemed very happy and lively. All the puppies and kittens seemed very well taken care of and displayed great temperament. Lastly, I did my research on pricing and I can honestly say, Allen had very reasonable prices - considering the amount of work and expenses that go along with all the upkeep of these babies. Thanks so much for the great service and for my beautiful baby Shih tzu - puppy and I will visit soon! ❤🐶
