Had the worst pharmacy tech expierence today. This particular tech had a very bad attitude when I was trying to inquire about a pending order. She made it seem like I was at fault for my medicine needing prior authorization. When I last inquired about it I was told it’s was on order. More training on public relations is much needed!!!

I was going to CVS for 2 or 3 years with no problems and then 3 months in a row on Sundays their computers went down and they couldn't ring up the medication up front it had to be in the pharmacy. So I transferred all my prescriptions over to Walgreens. big mistake Walgreens never has my medicine when they say they're going to have it they can't put the right dates on the bottle so I'll know when it's time to renew it and then they can't even tell me when they don't take my sons insurance so I wasted half a day while he's got a middle ear infection waiting for medicine that they never filled because they don't take his insurance after I showed them his insurance card so to hell with Walgreens I guess I'll go back to CVS and just hope their computers keep working because other than that I never had a problem with them.

I get all my prescriptions here and have to say, they are the only pharmacy who files my share of cost on the first of every month, to, guarantee I have my Medicaid right away. However, the customer service is not the greatest. Still will shop there though.
