I am never one to vent or complain let alone write a review. But this, I feel like I should warn everybody about. Yesterday at about 3:45 PM I went to the Circle K gas station. Located between New, York, Ave. and Denton on US 19 near the Viva Villas. I am used their automated payment system to program $45 of gas. The system seem to be acting up and on top of that it did not print a receipt for the $45 program. I told the attendant. She acknowledged the fact that I put $45 into the system. She said it wouldn’t be a problem. If I pumped less than $45, I could go see her for my change. When I was done, pumping the gas the vehicle took $37. When I went in the attendant cannot retrieve my transaction. She said it was nowhere to be found in the system. Yet I could clearly see I pumped $37 into my vehicle. She claimed that I would have to come back this morning before 10 AM to speak to the manager. Who would look at the cc footage and retrieve my eight dollars change. Understand this is not about the eight dollars. When I went to see the manager this morning at 9:45 AM. She claimed that there was nothing she could do even with the $37 receipt in my hand that was printed after me arguing with the attendant yesterday. Upon inspecting the receipt the attendant printed a $37 receipt from someone else. It had credit card information on it. I usually fill up 2 to 3 vehicles a week at this location. I explain to the manager that I will never be buying gas again from them. She looked me in the eyes and said I don’t care it’s fine. Meaning they don’t care about their customers. Somewhere in that system is eight dollars overage. That I’m sure the employees put in their pocket. Should this be allowed? It’s not about the eight dollars. It’s about being ripped off. It’s about not being acknowledged. It’s about the fact that Customer Service doesn’t exist anymore. Circle K is working with shotty equipment and employees that just don’t care about customer’s.

Terrible customer service. Older lady with short blonde/white hair. I commend her for getting out to make money, but if you’re going to be an old bitty Bettie then time to retire for good. This woman was working 11/29 around 12 noon time. Huffing and puffing like she didn’t want to be there. I get it; you’re tired. Go home and take a nap. The rest of us would like the customer service sector to be a little more appreciative of customers! This store lost one today! Get rid of the people that don’t want to work.

I wouldn’t use their self checkouts! even if they ask you to decline or go to the one down the road. Went in around 11pm on April 9th to get 3 rebulls and 10$ in gas. I proceeded to put 20$ in there and it completed the transaction went to go pump gas, nothing on any of the pumps. Went back inside and I see the transaction for 10$ in gas still on the screen, and only a dollar in the change return (I didn’t take my change sometimes just leave it for others :) ) ask the clerk and was told I have to come back at 8am when the gm arrives to get anything done so I had to put more money in gas, now have to use more gas bc I get off work at 5am this was just very inconvenient and I know I won’t get any compensation… just better off sticking to clerks even if their rude! At least u can get your money back and wont have to deal with this hassle

Absolutely the worst store on the planet. Started 5 years ago when the became to lazy to make coffee anymore. Sense they've went from best coffee around to the garbage they have now. Now there to lazy to take your money. The store can be empty and they still won't plus the charge more to pay cash for gas. They make it really clear they don't want your business. Would only recommend this store to Muslims and democrats

Sorry I'm a free man. And I don't believe anybody should scan and ID. Because you don't know where that what you're using your Information. If you want to get ID to be private it wouldn't be. I don't care what anybody tells you they scan your ID it's going everywhere. I think we should boycott circle k. Simply because of the fact it is not right to want my social security number. For a pack of cigarettes.

Suzette Pain is a rude condescending unprofessional cashier. I guess you hire anyone these days. 5 customers in the store and she does not ask anyone for ID EXCEPT ME. It's not a compliment. It's rude. It's discrimination. Said I wasn't her regular. Funny. I been living in the subdivision 30 years behind the store, and she is the rudest cashier in your area. Absolutely ridiculous. I was buying rolling papers everyone else was buying beer and cigarettes. I hope she was embarrassed to see MY age. Just because she aged terrible doesn't mean all 45+ women have.

Cashier does not know how to make change or doesn't care about customers. I would have expected this poor service from a millennial or Gen z kid but not from a boomer .I even pointed at the stack of fives in the cash register, but this crabby old lady still gives me 10 ones . 👉 💵Who was she saving those Fives for . I am on a motorcycle as she could see by my helmet on my head and didn't need a pocket full of ones to boot .Why do so many people hire incompetent or daft or rude people to conduct their business handle their money ?

The lady named butter who worked the register had a 10 min conversation with the person in front of me and then told me to go to the self check out great customer service!! And then started talking loud to the immediate next customer she took! Very unprofessional!!!!

If you can get the overnight crew off the phone, she could get more people out of the store. Plus she could clean the store. That store needs a make over, must be a private owner. Can't afford a male over until you get valuable workers.

Went in yesterday around 11am and bought a coffee, the lady working there thought that I hadn't paid for it. They then charged one of my other guys, after finding out that I had already paid they tried to return the money but with no apology or remorse, she was completely stuck up and rude. I said my few words of anger and left. Never coming back.

Poor service! When I walked in the older woman who as usual had a rotten attitude! Stood in my way wile I attempted to get a frozen drink then made my wife and I stand in line wile she argued with the customer ahead of us just to get nasty with me when I asked for l&m reds she asked for id... No problem I show her that I'm 31! Then proceeded to tell my wife she also needed to provide id witch as usual she didn't have it on her so the clerk then swiped the cigarettes off the counter very obnoxiously basically yelling saying then no cigarettes!! Wow would you ask my 80 year old grandmother or better yet my 10 year old son considering my wife was quiet and I was the one making the purchases! To be refused at 31 years old and told to go down the road on Christmas ill say for every good review left on this store your full of it! I used to shop here every day some times twice a day! Considering I live behind the store maybe a mile away I will now take my business to the Indian family about a mile further but never get treated wrongly there to who ever runs this establishment you should really check into your employees and maybe do a proper interview she is in retail sales and if she don't like her job maybe somebody else would I will be sure to differ as many people as possible not to be treated like myself or the customer who was ahead of me !!

Lines are always long in the afternoon and evening hours! If you dont have 15 to 20 min to waste then this is not your place. They have one nice elderly lady that does her best. Why not give her help? She is overwhelmed! The pictures on the add are fake it should be a stressed out elderly lady on there! Only reason they have business is the next gastation is a mile away! Lets see if the owner cares!

Will make this quick. The store policy says you must wear a mask. Then why did the Pasco County statue say that masks are required only if stores cannot practicing? You should really look into the statute more care social distancing fully. I even saw employees enter without a face mask until they reach the register or whatever duties they may have IN the store. I called and the woman on the phone said I was lying. It's odd because we go there every day. I want the district number, but I am sure I will have to find it on my own. I will later post the statute. Also, I don't want to read that this place will "pass it on".

One of their current or hopefully by now former employees - Julie - beg/flirts with people for food. Please ... pleaseeee buy me this (item of the day by the register), I’m really hungry and I can’t afford it.Turns out there is an upset competition. She doesn’t eat the item she just puts it back and sells it to the next guy that walks in. She’s offensive, and the reason I haven’t shopped at this gas station and convenience store except for one time, in the past year.
