They know what they are doing and you don't have to be at the mercy of some big pest company, overcharging you! They can be trusted! That says it all in these times! Bug free! Even my puppy dogs are bug free!

My son in law and I walked in at 4:55 and the guy was rude to me. He asked what I needed and I said about three words and he interrupted me and said "make your long story short because I'm leaving in 5 minutes." If I hadn't just driven half an hour to get there I would have walked out and gone elsewhere! In hindsight I should have done just that! I truly regret having spent my money there.

I had a bed bug issue and Went to the store the guy sold me over $400 worth of product to handle the issue on my own however he sold me way too much product and when I brought the unopened bottle back to the store they refused to take it back it was $100 I lost because the gentleman that sold me the sub said if you buy too much no worries you can return anything as long as it’s unopened. Lies lies lies now I’m stuck with $100 worth of product I can not use don’t get oversold like I did the material that I brought was good but he sold me way too much

I had a flea problem for months and was at the end of my rope when I went in to buy a product I read about online. He said he didn't carry it because it's so toxic but he'd be happy to order it for me. Then he asked what I was trying to solve with it. We had a conversation and he asked if he was allowed to recommend another product to me. I was blown away, I thought that's what any store person would do, to get the sale, but they asked for my permission first! In short, about $100 and 10 days later I was completely bug free, it's been 2 months. I still have plenty of product to use for the next few years. Thank you so much!

The two guys behind the counter where helpful and funny. Explained everything we had to do. They even wrote instructions on the bottles to make it easier to apply.. Highly recommended this place.

I would like to say that they were extremely helpful with our problem. We are having a moth problem in our house and we have gone by multiple places but have not found a solution. They are extremely knowledgeable in helping us and they were able to figure out that they were clothes moths. They sold us Moth traps and we have set them up in our house.We are hoping this can help and we will post a follow up review.

Guy at the counter wasn't very helpful to me, I had to pry advice or instructions from him but the woman after me he was great with. He was overly nice to her and said if she had any questions to call, heck I didn't get that treatment!

Very recently moved to Florida and discovered that Florida fleas and ants are much different from Michigan's. Called afew services that were beyond my fixed income budget. A neighbor told me about Bug Depot. What a blessing. John was professional, patient and an incredible educator. He school me on life cycles,places to apply products, safety issues and follow up applications. I highly recommend.

Visited this store a few days ago, was cautious after my visit to the SpringHill store. Have to say the guy John was amazing answered all my question made some great suggestions and made me feel like I wasn't an inconvenience. So happy I stopped in. I was having problems with sugar ants at my house, but the sprays at homedepot and Walmart weren’t working anymore. The bug depot listened to my specific issues and helped me decide what would be most effective for my house. John assisted me and guided me through the entire spray/trap process, he even allowed me to record his instructions! I ended up calling multiple days in a row with more questions and John was polite and helpful every time. It has now been over a week since I sprayed and the high quality in their products is obvious because finally the ants are dead!I COULDN’T RECOMMEND THEM MORE!GREAT SERVICE and HIGH QUALITY PRODUCTS!!!
