I just signed up with Bill Bowers A/C & Heating maintenance plan and was impressed with my first appointment. ERIC, the technician, who came out did a thorough inspection and maintenance of the A/C Heating unit. He explained what he was doing as he was doing it. I realized my prior A/C companies lacked this type of in-depth service. Kudos to Eric for being thorough and informative.I would highly recommend Bill Bowers A/C & Heating You won't go wrong!

Bill Bowers installed our new AC almost 3 months ago, had an issue a week back with the cooling, eric came by to fix the issue and scheduled another time to check for any leaks. Bill Bowers was the fourth company I called while trying to replace a dead and underpowered AC unit and I'm so thankful I did, and its not just because they offer 0% financing for 18 months.The first thing that stood out to me was their meticulous approach over other companies who had quoted us. Other companies were in and out within 15 minutes. Bowers representative Eric took over an hour; taking the time to measure every room of my house (even after I recited the square footage recalled off the original listing), he subtracted the closets and garage from the calculations, a step I definitely forgot to do.He drew a schematic of my house, taking into account the square footage of my windows, the direction they faced in relation to the sun and how it attributed to the load my AC unit would deal with. He then used this coupled with software on his laptop which recommended systems based on the calculations completed.This was incredibly reassuring, as it showed that they were not simply interested in making a quick sale (since the proper sized unit was one tonne above other quotes and therefore more expensive by a bit) but were genuinely invested in providing the the longest lasting and most efficient air conditioning system for my home, as every home will have different needs.Eric also remembered to question the state of my attic insulation, a factor no other company or myself had considered.To my surprise, they found that the amount of prior blown insulation was laughable and far from adequate (I double checked this via google myself). This further highlighted their commitment to ensuring that the entire environment was optimized for the longest lasting results (as the unit would need to run less), rather than just installing a new AC unit and calling it a day. (there was also a tax rebate for this process!)Throughout the entire installation process, their team demonstrated a high level of professionalism and expertise, arriving on time and completing the entire job on schedule. Some changes had to be made for the install: The handler's deck was lowered, an intake vent added, the condenser was given extra height off the ground and they also increased the size of the wire going out to my condenser as it was under-rated.On top of doing an outstanding job, they took the time to explain everything to me, answer any questions, and play with my four rambunctious dogs. It was clear that their goal was not just to complete a job but to deliver an exceptional customer experience.I can't recommend this air conditioning company enough. They truly care about you as a customer and are dedicated to long lasting quality even if it means it isn't lowest bid. (Let's face it, everyone wants a cheap AC, but it won't do you any good if its not rated for your square footage, something other companies tried to convince us would be fine!)If you want a company that will go above and beyond to ensure your home is comfortable and energy-efficient, this is the one to choose. I am incredibly satisfied with their work, but sadly they did such a good job I may not need their services for another 25 years.Thank you to the entire team for their outstanding service!

They were extremely thorough and documented everything with pictures and notes in a software program attached to my account. Bill Bowers A/C & Heating is the embodiment of professionalism and quality work. I made an appointment with them to get a quote for a compressor after a trusted AC company, Simpson Air, (or what I thought was a trusted company) come to do a regular maintenance and informed me my compressor of 6 years needed to be replaced due to a mechanical failure. A unit Simpson Air installed and maintained failed after only 6 years of used and the cost of labor was as high as new unit, mine being under warranty. Couldn’t believe what I was hearing and therefore, wanted a second opinion.Then I called Bill Bowers and they agree to do a home visit at no cost and provide a quote. I have no words to express how impressed I was with their tech, Michael, willingness to provide an honest opinion, how punctual he was to the appointment (their office did an excellent job at sending constant updates) and how transparent he was about the condition of my unit. Turns out the unit was fine, there was no mechanical failure and only needed more refrigerant. Michael then took the time to explain what he did and what steps should be taken going forward. His company provided a maintenance plan that was not only affordable but fair.I'm extremely happy with the service Bill Bowers A/C & Heating provided and can recommend them enough!

This is the second time using this company. First time use a new unit. This time they redid all our duct work, thank God we had it done cuz it was bad, we also had a pool heater installed. YES they do pool heaters. All the guys including the electrician were very friendly and professional and took the time to explain everything they were doing. I would diffently recommend this company. The guy showed up on time and thoroughly went through my system that I did not think could be salvaged… By the end of the day my house had air conditioned once again and we were delighted. Prior to having Bowers bowers come to my home I had a few estimates. But when bill Bowers showed upI had a representative whose name was Mike come on Friday.... He spent almost 2 and a half hours inspecting the home and explaining everything we needed to know. Not one of the company did that. Needless to say we completed the deal and transaction with the help of miss Sydney. Monday morning bright and early a crew showed up ;very nice technicians Nick and Kailer( pronounced Kyle) They were both very professional: cleaned up As if they weren't even here. very nice men I would definitely recommend this company to anyone looking for a true, honest Experience. Great job. I used them when I had an old unit that was breaking down. Then got a few quotes to replace it and these folks had best overall value. Have had 2 warranty issues and both times Arnoldo was our tech. He’s awesome. Explains well, very thorough, checks everything not just for why he’s there, takes his time, and a really nice guy. They also do great at keeping you up to date on when they’ll be there.

From the office staff to the field technicians this company is A+. They explained what each step they were doing consisted of. They were able to locate the root cause of my ac issue and fix it on the spot quite quickly. They even checked my warranty for me. Overall I was very pleased with their service. Reasonable inspection cost for the service. Have seen several of their technicians and all have been very professional and seem thorough. They spend some actual time going over system. Eric and his team were amazing. They were able to determine what was going on with our AC (which it was better to replace the entire unit than repair) and they were able to install a brand new unit the next day. We also got our duct system cleaned and they had several teams all working together to get the work completed in 1 day. Their prices were a good value for the services they have. All professional! The recent annual maintenance visit was 18 months after the new system was installed. Everything was reported to be OK except that the freon was a bit low and charging was recommended. Though disappointed, I agreed to the estimate and an appointment was set. The next day I noted that the AC would not go on when the thermostat was set below the indoor temperature. Also, based on two previous episodes with the drip pan overflowing, I checked and found the pan full of water. Obviously, Bowers previous efforts (3 visits to fix the leak problem plus 2 annual maintenance visits) have not fixed the problem. The old Rheem system that was replaced in August 2022 did not have these problems. Now the repeated problem after so short a time has me concerned about the future. Will I be faced with endless system failures and service calls? It is very disappointing. And likely to be expensive.

I can not say enough about how great my new RUUD compressor and air handler is. Chris and Cody (technicians) where marvelous in their manner and expertise with the install. Every possible requirement needed for a perfect change out was covered. Michael, programmer, requires special recognition. I had brand new ductwork put in my attic in the middle of the summertime and the crew was very professional and respectful. They sent out one crew for the morning and then had another crew come in a couple hours later so that they could give the guys up in the attic a break from the heat. I really don’t know how anybody goes up in an attic in the middle of the summer to do a days worth of work, so I greatly appreciate all of the work they did for us! I would definitely recommend them to any of my family or friends!

Eric was very thorough in checking out my broken unit. He worked hard to find a quality replacement unit at a price within my budget. Then spent another 2 hours helping me jump through all the hoops required by the finance company. I have been the victim of identity theft and financing anything is a major undertaking for me. The installation is scheduled for tomorrow - no waiting for equipment to be ordered or crews to be free.Installation went just as smoothly as the sales process. The techs showed up on schedule, were polite and professional, did their job effectively, cleaned up the mess well and finally asked my to inspect the job before leaving the job site. The office called in short order to schedule the county building inspection and we were all done.I highly recommend using Bill Bower's A/C. If I ever have need of A/C service again, I will make this company my first call.
