My dogs have been a pt here since the old building. Dr Tony, Dr Rosa and Dr Smith are so genuinely kind hearted. They always fit you in for an appointment and they all work as a team. Diane, the "Tech' is the sweetest. Euthanasia process is wonderful. I'll continue to have my future Beagle a pt there for his lifetime. Thank you.

Dr Quinones is GREAT! Very personable. She cares. She listens and doesn’t go for that sympathy greed that so many do. I’m not saying it wasn’t expensive, because it was. But she did the necessary stuff first. She does have an accent, and a bit hard to understand (to me) but I’ll take that and her kindness any day. I had very little wait time. The tech was great at explaining things as well. I think I have found a vet home.

Under the pretense that everything is good, I have to pay a lot of money for medicine that I don't need and doesn't help water eye too much and itchy blood out around my pet's eyes my puppy get more than before . My child called me and texted me to change another medicine for my puppy, but no one answered, not even a doctor. Just looking for a way to get a lot of money so you don't care! Only one ever again!

Today was a very difficult day having to go with my best friend Jennifer Byrley to sadly put Hemi down . I CANNOT Emphasize the Profesional care and empathy the staff was the best making you feel like family not just a customer . DR SMITH AND TECH DIANE assisted with the procedure, never losing sight on us bring extremely wonderful. I thank you for this sad but enlightening experience .

I am so pleased with everyone and my experiences there. We had a sudden death of our fur baby and just the way they were from the phone call needing assistance to the care of the aftermath was just amazing. They took such time to even send a card for my yeti and I am eternally grateful we found them. We have just started bringing our other cats because of our experience. Both doctors we had and the nurse staff was amazing . I would recommend them to everyone and want to thank the staff. You keep being amazing I appreciate you.

I've been going to Accupet Veterinary Care for over 16 years. I love the staff, Dr. Tony have down is the kindest Dr. ever. They took such great care of my soul girl Mugsy, who I helped "run into the rainbows" 8 months 2 weeks and 3 days ago. They also have been taking great care of my little drama queen velcro girl Bella since she was 8 weeks and she is now 11. Diane, one of the Techs I've known for over 16 years, she is one of the kindest, sweetest people and loves my girls and will always love my mugsy! Thank you for being the best at what you do!! Dr. Q is AMAZING! The staff are kind, sympathetic, and accommodating. When we had to put down Cupcake they sent the sweetest card about dogs living in the moment. It helped me so much!Harlow is my special boy. To say he is skittish is an understatement. Dr. Q literally sat on the floor so he was comfortable. I’ll never go anywhere else unless Dr. Q moves- wouldn’t want to see anyone else!

The staff was very attentive and I didn’t have to wait very long to be seen. Many other vets I’ve been to in the past I had to wait 30+ minutes just for someone to come in. The vet and vet tech addressed all my concerns and I was in and out in less than an hour. On top of their great care my kitty had an accident in his carrier and on himself so they not only cleaned him up but also gave me a towel to put in the bottom of his carrier. Truly excellent care!

Called about our German shepherd Rain for an emergency c-section and they were able to get her in right away and did an amazing job and took great care of her.. Awesome staff and great prices. Now she's doing great and I couldn't be happier... I definitely recommend...

Dr. Q is an amazing and caring veterinarian. We brought our 11 yr old small dog to see her because he wasn’t wanting to eat and he was breathing heavy. After blood work and X-ray he was diagnosed with CHF. Dr Q was very thorough and she takes the time to respond to our phone calls. Also, her office staff is very knowledgeable and polite. I would highly recommend ACUPET Animal Hospital.

Don't waste your money! They overcharge and don't even know how to handle your pet. The assistant almost dropped my dog and then when he whipped his head around to get his balance she claimed he tried to bite her. What a joke. Then the vet comes in and grabs his face, pulling him all over the table, totally freaking my dog out and claims it's the dogs fault when I'm sitting there watching him grab his face! Then he gives him his shot, doesn't throw away the needle, so both are sitting on the table. He goes to give my other dog her shot and gives her the empty one! Then gives her the other one, so she got stuck twice. Then he tried to claim he didn't when I watched him do that too! Dangerous place for animals! Stay away!

GREAT VET PRACTICE! The reason for four stars is because I have never gone in and not waited less than an 45 minutes. My dog has anxiety issues and cannot sit still amongst other animals for that long. Pricing could also be better. The staff is great, polite and professional. Dr. Kobell diagnosed my dog with allergic dermatitis and prescribed apoquel. It's been working great so far. I am happy and so is my puppy!

My Bichon was not feeling well and Dr Tony and Kayleigh were very compassionate and knowledgeable as to what he needed in order to get better. I am satisfied with his assessment and treatment. I will be taking both of my dogs to him from now and recommend this practice.

My wife Connie and I can't say enough good things about our 19 month old Aussie Sophie's care during her first visit. We are snowbirds and Sophie developed diarrhea after being boarded overnight a week ago. Dr. Zuluaga Ramirez and her assistants couldn't have been more patient & thorough. She took all the time we needed to answer questions and really educate us about Sophie's nutritional needs and things to avoid. If we ever need vet care again while wintering in Hudson, be assured she and Acupet are where Sophie is going.

This Vet took my dog in when she was sick the day after I called as a new patient. They have been very thorough with listening to problems and the physical is complete. The vet showed me x-rays and what I needed to do for my pup. they showed me what things would cost before anything was done. I really appreciated that because I live on Social Security. They are good at refilling my dogs allergy medicine in a day or two when we need it. And if my dog is sick, they will try to get her in as soon as possible depending on what is wrong. I highly recommend Accupet veterinary services !!

Had a positive experience with AcuPet. After a slight miscommunication about booking two procedures for my cat on different days, they readjusted their calendar to honor the 2nd date i had been given. Very professional decision (even without any complaint on my part). Everyone we encountered was very nice and helpful. Definitely recommend.

I have been taking my pets to Acupet for approximately 20 years. I have never had a bad experience. Dr. Tony and his staff are top notch. I worked with a Boxer rescue, so I have probably taken 10-12 pets over the years and each one got the best treatment. I have always found the staff to be knowledgeable and very friendly. I don’t think they charge anymore than any other vet. Worth every dollar.

Staff was friendly wait time only 20 minutes with appointment , doctor Rosa was very Profesional and knowledgeable she was able to test my dog and tell what the lump was on my dog. Technician was great he gave my dog water and explained the process well. Facility was clean and lots of room .prices were reasonable. Thanks acupet I'll be returning here again

Always friendly and caring. Kitana (spelling) is an amazing tech! Caring, understanding, and always answers everything. Dr. Quinones is so funny and just helps you feel comfortable. I love this staff.They helped me with my cat with cancer and gave us the time to say goodbye and a beautiful room. My Midnight was in my arms, and my eyes and my hug were the last he knew. My love for him is neverending.
