Stopped in there this morning. Had to stand at the counter for several minutes until the cashier decided to put down his cell phone and serve his customers. Not very impressed!!

Yesterday evening I locked my keys in my car with my 6-year-old son and we were stranded at 7-Eleven. The cashier Ana went above and beyond to help me resolve this situation that I had put myself in. I was overwhelmed and I was kind of afraid because I didn't have a spare set. I had locked my cell phone in the car my wallet everything so I couldn't even take a taxi home. Anna ubered me and my son to my house and when I got back she had found a tow truck driver to help assist in getting my keys out of my car. It's employees like Anna that should be recognized and that's what I'm doing here. She was so friendly and kind and she just had a downright beautiful soul and spirit about her. Thank you Anna for totally coming to my rescue. I pray that God blesses you and keeps you close every step of your life.

The greatest team in the morning works at this store. A older gentleman bald with a beard a woman with glasses and reddish hair and a man I think his name is Joe. Just friendly helpful and kind. I lost my debit card and another card. I just so happened to mention it to them a few days later. They found them they put them in a safe spot. I told them about my situation and they gave me my cards. I love this store and I love the morning team they are just amazing people. THE 3 OF THEM DESERVE BIG RAISES FOR THEIR DEDICATION TO THAT STORE AND THE CUSTOMERS!!!!

Sign on the window says hot pizza $5, They said they would not cook the pizza for me because it was frozen. So I took the cold pizza. Got to my truck and looked at the receipt and noticed they charged me $7 per pizza. When I went back into the store and asked why. She called what I would guess was her superior who told her the price was still $7. I wonder how many other customers has this 7-11 stolen from. It's only $2 but they stole from me and wouldn't make it right. I will never step foot in that store again.

Update: I quit calling their corporate number over 5 years ago. IT WAS JUST A WASTE OF MY TIME BEING TRANSFERRED AND LISTENING TO THEM RECITING CORPORATE "WE CARE" SCRIPTS LIKE A TELEMARKETING SCAM. This is a franchise location and they still haven't fixed the Slurpee machine with Coke in it that I complained about way back then when I looked last week. (COME ON APU!!!)Not the safest place, but better than the Mobil by the Burger King further north on 19.

I don’t ever type a bad review, but today I’ve decided to. My husband I just left this store. On our way out, the cashier was extremely disrespectful, saying some extremely vulgar things to my husband. Is this the kind of employee that 7-eleven has to represent their store and increase sales??!? This is horrible! I will take this to cooperate!

I'm only giving this as a bad review because the employees couldn't check or care to make sure the ice machine was working and they didn't have any of the fountain drinks working. I go to get a gatorade out of the cooler and I didn't notice it was 2 for $3. I pay for it and after I'm down the road I realize one of the drinks are already open and not filled. Either an employee failed to check or someone drank out of it and put it back being a dine and dash.

I was in the car waiting for my family to come out and the cashier guy was smoking and I thought nothing of it. Than he walked to the ash tray and started grabbing the cigarettes and stuff with his bare hands from it and throwing it away.I'm pretty sure he is supposed to wear gloves. Correct me if I'm wrongAnd I hope he washed his hands when he got back in.
