Over all we loved going here. We enjoyed earning points for the free pizza. Outside the seven 11 sometimes was iffy with the people who hang outside sometimes but over all the inside.was fine. Once they had milk that was spilled but we brought it back and they replaced it. I like the point system over all with being able to purchase things and earn something extra at some point you don't usually buy. There was a good amount of variety over all I know the refrigerator was broken for a bit but they fixed it and the items were all back. Some items are more.pricier than others but I'd still over all it's a good store.

The clientele seems to be on bicycles and experiencing mental health problems most times I have gone. This is a central place in a busy area, so I understand the convenience if you are not driving. I usually skip this location when possible due to those who hang around outside. The staff has always been kind and helpful though.

This store was the absolute worst!Alleged supervisor Reuben cussed at me and other customers. Complained about his long day and yelled at me for trying to buy a cup of water for my 7 year old daughter who was in the car.Keep in mind I had just bought a pizza and 2 roller items a minute or two prior and came back inside less than a minute later for a drink.There was NO .$0.99 bottles of water and all of their cups from the fountain drink dispensers were missing or empty from their slots.Even after I paid $1.26 for a small coffee cup with just ice and water from the bathroom sink I was still disprespected and told I should walk across the street to the hotel. After being a paying customer..Disrespectful, nasty hated his job and ownership of this stores management needs to be awareI will literally never shop here again

My fiancée Kim Thompson recently got bad gas at the 711 when we were vacationing in our home and Hudson, Florida. From our home Inn Portage wisconsit. It took quite a bit of work to clean the engine and gas tank out. After filling with contaminated gas.

Bathrooms were filthy dirty smelled bad toilet didn't flush sewer flies everywhere, product on the willow grill extremely old and very limited, the fresh condiment bar also again very old, as for the soda fountain for flavors missing one of them being mountain dew!! This store needs some serious help!!!

I go to this 7-11 often and at different times. I've never had bad service and everyone seems to be helpful and polite. My only issue and concern when going in there is the people that is always hanging out in the front, on the side, and sitting in the far corner of the property. They either ask you for money when you are trying to enter or leave. Most are either homeless, intoxicated, or on drugs. I guess the workers get tired of chasing them off or just don't get paid enough to put themselves in that situation (which I don't blame them)

Despite the sometimes challenging demographics of the area (7 -Eleven, 19 and New York Ave), manager and staff strive to provide a pleasant, positive atmosphere to their customers. Maria works diligently to ensure the store is neatly kept and well stocked. I have shopped at other nearby 7 Eleven stores and been disappointed. I choose to shop at this 7-Eleven,Highway 19 and New York Avenue. Thank you Maria and staff!

Seven 11 is a great place for drinks cigs gas lotto and beer. Most always a safe bet that everything's in order. This goes for all 7 11s in this area.

I only gave it a star because you can’t put no stars and write a comment . I went there cause their diesel fuel was cheaper then everyone else I spent over a hundred dollars on fuel and know my truck keeps stalling out. So when I had my mechanic look at it he has informed me it’s cause there has been water put in the fuel. I know it wasn’t done after I got my fuel cause my gas cap locks. So I guess that’s why their fuel was cheaper they must be watering it down . I will never go here again and will definitely tell everyone I know not to stop there either

So myself and my husband stopped here for gas. He witnessed a customer in the store be allowed to just type in a credit card # that was written on a piece of paper!! No card no ID nothing!! This why fraud is so bad now. Your clerks need to be retrained guys. That’s just ridiculous…

7-Eleven how can you give it a five star it's only a store for basics I give you a two-star because you're a giant corporation with high prices people that work there are usually very friendly that doesn't mean I like 7-Eleven doesn't mean I just like 711 it only means 711 7-Elevens are typical across the country

Rude customer service. Most times the employees would rather have their personal conversations then actually help you. I have been coming here several times a week for months and everyday it's the same. 1 employee goes the whole transaction without saying anything but your total, everytime. Only reason I return is the closeness to my home.

Corporate needs to stop with the no-backpack-BS.I drive a motorcycle, as do tens of thousands of other ppl in FL; backpacks are a necessity for motorcyclists. Last thing I need is to be screamed at by a gas station attendant for not leaving my backpack at the front door. If a location has serious issues with theft, why tf would I want to leave my backpack at the door????

It is 5:55 a.m. on the 23rd I'm young female my vehicle broke down so I was waiting in the parking lot for a ride to come get me. A female with a blonde hair that works behind the counter got out of her car cussing and yelling at some guy and then says you you get the f*** off our property to wow seriously. I don't know what the hell is going on with this 7-Eleven or why she got out of her vehicle so pissed off but it was the rudest I have ever been treated when I did nothing wrong so now I am walking along the side of the road trying to find somewhere else to meet my ride at 5:55 in the morning because I'm not allowed on 7-Eleven property for no reason I tell you I will never spend any money at this 7-Eleven again I will be calling corporate offices the way that woman was flying off the handle and cussing and yelling in front of customers and all she should not be employed there it was not very professional and this is not the first time that I had of had a problem at this 7-Eleven I tell you management is poor and the attitudes of the Personnel is ridiculous I do understand that there's a lot of prostitutes and Drug he's in that area I do get that but to classify everyone in that same category is not fair especially to someone like me who does not want to be walking along US Highway 19 at 5:55 in the morning so people could stop me asking me if I want a prostitute I was trying to sit somewhere safe

10 min wait, why would you close your Drawer because your shift is over, when the employee that starts the next shift Hasn’t arrived to work yet??? I spend around $500 in fuel a week at this 7-eleven for my equipment. Looks like BP has my business now, there fuel is cheaper anyways

Marcellino os the best! Knowledgeable and caring. So much better than past peeps that worked there. This is the first time in over a month that i have shopped there.was not ever going back due to the rudest workers ever. Marsellino was so helpful and kind. Thank you 711 for caring about yoor customers and hiring the right guy. Please clean your parking lot up to keep him safe. I feel blessed and you should as well 711.

I cannot even describe how Rude calling this store was. Phone was answered "What do you want?" Really? and this is a business. Was trying to contact a different employee on an urgent matter. Wanted to leave my number and a message.. Then was told " I'm busy call back later and hung up on. Wow

I was just in 7-11 been going there for over 10 years that new cashier older man was SOOOO SLOW and makes A lot of mistakes. I got lottery tickets and a drink he got me the wrong tickets and over charged me on a drink 3.49 was 5.59 he don't even know the prices there was 10 people in line behind me I just wanted to get the out of there.Do u train these people???

tried to prepay for gas at pump.wouldnt work so I went inside.i mentioned this to the attendant and I was told that the owner/manager disables the card readers so people would have to come to pay.that sounds like unfair deceptive practice to me.
