I’ve had issues with this pharmacy before. Currently it has taken them a week to fill my antibiotic. When I called 2 days ago they said it would be ready within the hour, and I still don’t have it.Also, a tech once dropped my rx out the window under my tire. There wasn’t enough room for me to get out and pick it up. The tech just looked at me, no apology. The prescription ended up getting crushed under the vehicle since I couldn’t remove it and there was a long line behind me. I went in and explained the situation and they told me since I just got that medicine they couldn’t give me more. If wasn’t a controlled substance, just my daily meds.I’ve been with Walgreens for a decade but think I’m done.

This place is terrible. The line thru drive thru pharmacy is almost all the way to us19. Then, don’t expect them to keep your medication on track, you have to put it in every time you want your medication. I’m currently 4 meds short, not including the 2 they said they would fill and won’t , I’m not on anymore because they can’t read or whatever. I also had them flat out lie to me on 2 separate occasions. First time, after being told I could get my meds, the lady said they didn’t have them. After talking till I’m blue in the face, she said come in and she filled it. Next, I’m going out of town and for the last 4 days being told they would fill my script, they refuse. I HAVE a hard copy of my travels but they don’t care Ive been on these meds for 18 years.

Seriously the worst pharmacy place ever. Called one time to be told they needed a request from a dr that I hadn’t been to since September. When the prescription should have been under my ob. I was then placed on hold several times after being on hold for 15 minutes someone picked up didn’t give no time for me to answer back and hung up in my face. Called back a second time and was put on hold every time like come on now do better. Every time I have a problem with the pharmacy and it’s ridiculous.

Was put on hold at this pharmacy today probably ten times in a half hour. Picked up the phone just to say "please hold," or the call would go through and ring for ages, just for someone to pick up the phone for a split second and put you right back on hold. I don't mind so much being put through to a call center first, which is done by default every time you call this pharmacy number, but I've been waiting on a prescription from this pharmacy for weeks now and have had to be the one to reach out to get status updates or move something along. Almost feels like they're too backed up to make calls or operate things properly, or it's too disorganized.

The staff at this store routinely mishandles my Rx, I only have one, it’s registered for automatic refills but still I have to call and ask them to please refill it, and they leave me waiting for it for at least two days. It doesn’t matter what I say to them they still loose everything every month.

I was in Walgreens 3 hours ago and they still had not put their cigarettes on the shelf cuz she has not checked them in and I come back in and they're still not checked in so I guess I'll go to a different Walgreens from here on out.

Like to say I'm surprised about the 2.9 🌟s, I'm not.. Pharmacy SUCKS! Pharmacist is very unprofessional. Tried speaking with the manager about it, only to get handed back my scripts, all of them, 5 to be exact.This happened 3yrs ago, but I read that Walgreens is planning a walk out, so I figured I'd jump on here to dig the knife a bit deeper. Not all of them are this way. If you have to stay with them, which I don't suggest., go to the one off 98. Personally, I'd go to a whole different pharmacy and store for that matter. Ok, I'm done lol

Absolute GARBAGE pharmacy!! Pharmacist is an arrogant aHole who thinks being a pharmacist at Walgreens makes him the king of the world. People getting their medicine could be a life or death situation and someone as flippant and careless as this man should not be in charge of such an important duty ESPECIALLY with all of the elderly in our community. I feel sorry for the employees under him. That’s why Walgreens employees are going on strike all over the US because of management like this man. He needs to go!!

There are two Walgreens within 5 miles of eachother in in this area and they are both terrible. One closes so early, I'm not sure the point of it. All the employees are rude & snarky. The disrespect radiates off of them. After leaving this location I have PTSD from the ignorance. We need better pharmacies in this area. 100%

Pharmacist, Warrick Jones, is horrible. My husband called for his meds at 9am, Jones said he would get it ready and by 4pm still heard nothing. I called st 4pm stayed on hold for 40 minutes when Jones answered. I asked about it he said yes he would fill it give him 1.5 hours. I go back in an hour and a half and he tells me I can't get the meds, he is new and not good at it and gave me the wrong date. He said he gave me the date if I paid cash not insurance so I tell him I will pay cash and he said he won't give it to me because he messed up. I am furious at this point because he told us 3 times it could be filled today. He is horrible. Go to another pharmacy I know after this se will...Warrick Jones doesn't know what he is doing.

We just went here 10 minutes ago at 6:25pm on Nov 30th for a prescription and it had NO outside lighting on in the pitch dark. No building lights on and no parking lights on AT ALL. This is a major safety issue! Not to mention when my wife and i walked into the store there is a huge air pressure issue inside. We both felt ear pressure and our ears closed up like we were on an airplane from it. The further back we walked in the store, the worse it got. The front staff was not welcoming at all. Never greated us or acknowledged us. Pharmacy was decent but this store has major safety concerns that need to be addressed immediately!!!!!

Me and my woman go here often to pick up prescriptions. And every time we go here whether it's inside or through the drive-through when we pick up a prescription even when the prescription is ready to be picked up it takes forever to get our items because the pharmacy counter inside and through drive-through is very slow. Otherwise it's fine at the store.I'm giving it four stars for the store itself, the pharmacy rating is lower.

I will never use this pharmacy again. They caused me to go without insulin and and testing equipment because they gave me the wrong product and would not take it back. As I spoke to the manager they told me it was my fault and that my doctor sent over the wrong prescription, which they did not. I am extremely frustrated as I work very hard to keep my A1C down.

Pharmacy hours are not as posted on Google. The hours on Google said open until 8 pm on Tuesdays, but the pharmacy was closed by 7 pm when I made a special trip to pick up my prescription. This can’t be continually blamed on the pandemic. Other pharmacies stay open and don’t mislead patients. This Walgreens seems to arbitrarily close on a whim, sometimes on weekends as well, leaving customers stranded without being able to access their prescription or to even have it transferred. Really rotten and hurting people who need their prescriptions! I will be transferring all of my prescriptions to Publix.

The people that work at this pharmacy and so rude. I just stood in line for 15 minutes only to be told I can not buy Claritin cause their system is down. The woman helping me was about 85 years old and probably hasn’t smile in 30 years. Go to Publix pharmacy instead

Either very understaffed or the pharmacist must hate her job. Super rude and unprofessional. Felt like my prescription was being held hostage from me when they told me they didn’t have any in stock. Had to beg the pharmacist to give it back because she wanted to call every Walgreens in the region and make me get back in the drive thru line to wait on her to find one in stock instead of just allowing me to try a different pharmacy on my own. It was 6 pm and I just wanted to get my family home and out of the cold. We have used this Walgreens for years and will never be coming back. The Walmart up the road had the prescription in stock and it took 20 mins. Walgreens is a joke nowadays.

Horrible experience ordering an automated prescription refill. After their system verifies myself and my prescription with my phone# and date of birth, it asks if I would like an extra refill to save me time and money. I approved the extra refills. When I arrived at the store I found it that my refill was on hold since they had too contact my doctor about my extra refills that it asked if I wanted. This at 5 o'clock on a Friday. Most doctors are long gone by this time. Their system should have never asked if I wanted extra refills if it doesn't know if or how many I have coming. It should have asked me if I could wait several days until the doctor could reply. I never would have approved their extra refills option. It cost me extra time, money and aggravation sorting out the mess it made.

I rarely review things but this was just ignorance. We dropped of perscriptions after a dentist visit and got told 30 minutes. We said that is fine and would come back around there. 45 minutes later we checked back in because we took a few extra minutes in grocery store. We are still here and it is about 1 hour in since we first dropped off medicine and I am sure by now our ice cream is melted. Actually as I write this review the staff just came out and told me that they won't have it for me and will have to call me when they get it.

Extremely slow...very long lines especially for the drive thru, so be prepared to wait! Staff can be extremely rude. The pharmacist herself however is friendly, and helpful. They should not be closing at 5:00 on weekends, that is ridiculous! They should also have both drive thru pharmacy lanes open. One is permanently blocked, perhaps due to incompetent staff? Our family now drives to the Crystal River location, rather then only a few blocks away...sad!

If I could give 0 stars I would. It is such a hassle to get my prescriptions From this pharmacy for me and my sick 4 month old son. Every time I go to get any of my medication, it’s always a fight to pay for my medication when I’m on MEDICAID and don’t have to pay for it!!Still haven’t been reimbursed for Walgreens making me pay for my sons antibiotics and guess what, HES ON MEDICAID.Now they’re trying to get me to pay for medicine that allegedly my insurance doesn’t pay for, but my insurance sent me to this particular dollar. Someone in there is pocketing money.

Terrible pharmacy experience. My son who has the flu can not get 2 medications to help him because the pharmacy can not find his insurance after providing MULTIPLE insurance cards still no luck on there end. My son has 3 insurances and they all cover pharmacy, went home to verify they were all active and THEY ARE!! This is DAY 2 and still no medicine. What happened to helping the customer especially when their is a SICK CHILD in need. Def calling and speaking to a manager. RIDICULOUS!!!!

This is the worst Walgreens Pharmacy we have ever seen. They are so understaffed that the wait time is ridiculous. The phone is ringing non stop & no one ever seems to be awensering it. If they want the staff to be friendly to customers they need to add enough staff to keep customers happy.

They told me 30 minutes for a prescription for 7 pills. I showed up an hour later and it wasn't ready. Waited 30 more minutes to THEN be told they don't take my insurance. The woman behind the counter was either over worked, or doesn't like her job much.

I stopped receiving my prescriptions from Walgreens and went to mail order. The reason being always have to wait forever at the drive-thru. Apparently very understaffed.
