Can’t say enough good things about Citrus Pawville. The staff is exceptional! They take such great care of our sweet baby Emmie. We love and truly look forward to the pictures and report cards each day. Leaving our girl is never easy, but leaving her with the caring staff at Pawville puts us immediately at ease and we can enjoy our time away knowing our baby is in excellent hands and getting lots of love and pets. Thank you alllll so so very much for being so darn great with our girl. It’s truly evident how good you all are to the fur babies that stay with you. Thank you for taking care of, loving on, and protecting our sweet Emmie girl.

This was my first time coming here and I was nervous about leaving my sweet senior boy for daycare but everyone I interacted with was amazingly kind and reassuring! Especially Antonio who very patiently answered all my questions. I would 1000% return my dog here for daycare or boarding.

I have a Husky that is an escape artist and high energy. I visited a few places before boarding him. Pawville made me feel comfortable that they were able to provide a space that kept him safe from himself while I was gone. They also accommodated me when my flight was cancelled due to a hurricane and I had to extend my stay. I like that they provide pics and a daily report card and call with any concerns. I have now been using them for a few years. Antonio is definitely an asset to the staff also.

We received the friendliest of welcomes - and our Aussie Sophie instantly responded positively to it. The check in was detailed, but easy. Citrus Pawville sent us a report card during her stay and we picked her up in mint condition. Well worth the drive up from Hudson & back!

Fantastic experience! One of our dogs has to be drugged to clip his nails at regular vet. I took him here and his nails were clipped without any drugs or stress! Highly recommended!

Our 4 year old Standard Labradoodle Riley LOVES going to camp! We can go away knowing he is well cared for by people who love dogs. We get "Report Cards" with photos showing him having fun. Very happy with our experience with Pawville.

The staff is very caring with your pet. It was the first time I ever left my puppy with anyone other than a family member they treated him with love and care. He usually doesn't like car rides but gets excited about going to Pawville. They are all amazing

My dogs have major anxiety and do not travel well. It’s been a great experience for them to stay at Pawville when we have had to travel. We get pictures and report card updates which is always awesome. We have peace of mind and our dogs get to hangout and play. The staff is friendly and you can tell they genuinely care for the animals. We get them groomed before picking them up and they always smell amazing! Highly recommend Pawville!

Never a bad experience. We have boarded two other places in the county and neither compares. The staff is beyond wonderful, the building is extremely clean and I know that my pups will be well cared for- the updates with the report card and pictures let us know what’s going on and how our babies are doing. Will NOT send my dogs anywhere else. Love it here ❤️❤️

Having relocated from Pinellas County to Citrus County, we added a Catahoula rescue to our family. Thanks to the fabulous staff at Citrus Pawville, my dog named Precious, has made lots of friends and loves attending day care. We could not manage without you. She comes home happy and tired after spending the day with her friends. The staff is genuinely loving to all pets.

They are great with our animals, our little she devil needed her claws cut which is impossible to do at home, I'm usually shredded by the time I get half of one foot done. They make it look so easy.

We brought our little guy in so he would get socialized because he had lost his BFF it was lonely and was depressed. They did an outstanding job of helping him to come out of his shell. After a few months we did get another pup.In brought her there to get acclimated in socializing with other dogs .she was a rescue and was very active... they did a wonderful job with her as well . Loved it here! Everyone was very kind, attentive and patient with my crazy boys. I’m so thankful for the daily updates and pictures. It made me feel more at ease about being away from them for the first time here. The whole experience of touring the site, making a reservation, drop off and pick up was easy and painless. During a recent trip to Homosassa for an RV rally, we were in need of a petsitter for our two Cocker Spaniels. We rarely leave our pups with anyone but after visiting Pawville and a meet and greet with the staff, we decided to give it a chance. They stayed for daycare for four days and didn't seem to be stressed out by the experience. On their second day, a staff member even greeted them by name. Stephanie and the staff were very accommodating and caring and we would definitely allow them to care for our pups again. Cash still loves his yellow ball that he got on his last day at Pawville. Thanks for caring for two VIPs.

I'm not happy with the service of Citrus Pawville. I had my girl groomed in July, I had appointment in August that I really didn't feel she needed so I called and pushed the appointment out until October (that's all they had). I called a couple times to see if they had a cancelation so I could get my girl in...they didn't have one available. No problem... I called yesterday to check for cancelation and I'm told my groomer left in July!! I asked why I wasn't told this sooner and the lady apologized up and down but....really 2 months and you couldn't give me a courtesy call!!! I'm sorry but that's not the way to keep a business relationship!

They are all very friendly and knowledgeable about the dog breeds. We have a malinois and they took great care of her and made sure she got the exercise she needs so she doesn't go crazy.

They are very kind here and make sure to take care with the handover of beloved pets. I've had awful experiences with boarding my dog and this is the only place I would trust with her, coming highly recommended from others in the community as well. They made sure to keep my dog comfortable and calm and comfort me as well because I am uneasy at handover. They took great care of my girl while I was unable to.
