Great place, but the bunnies live in an unsanitary environment and can come sick. I adopted 3 bunnies from here, I only have 1 left alive and the others died from diarrhea. Other than that the bunnies are really adorable and the store provides you with some of the stuff you’ll need.

Family business. Like to say they are very helpful. Great deals and most important, they really care about their customers. ATM machine inside the shop. Great variety of pets. If you don't see what you're looking for they will try to get it. Young staff, but very professional.Like always amazing people kind of busy on Sunday. They are open every day but Monday and Thursday.

They have a decent amount of birds there. Product selections all right. They have feeder mice which is what I was looking for. They also have some fish. It was a little difficult to find somebody to help me though

Awful place and does not care about their animals at all! I got THREE bunnies from here who all had Coccidia and two have died. This disease spreads like wild fire which means all the rabbits have it. This happens when they are in dirty environments, weened too young, and aren’t feed proper hay diet. Spent $25 each rabbit and not to mention countless hospital bills, medication, and money to even cremate then. They need to be reported and they need to take care of their rabbits!!

Animal feed and selection is excellent....prices are from low to reasonable. Cheaper than over 95% of feed stores in the area.Customer Service Personnel are excellent to assist and knowledgeable to answering questions.Prices on birds varies, some are inexpensive, some are reasonably and others were high...Selection of finches and canaries better than most but they have reduced their inventory considerably. Management is always friendly and helpful...

Love their products. They used to deliver statewide but no longer do. It takes us from 3 to 6 hrs to get there for exotic bird fee. They have every type of pet foods and pets like birds, chick's, parrots, fish and fish supplies, cages, turtles, snakes and lizards. Go check them out. They're located at Flea market in Homestead

The pet shop has a very good selectionand good inventory, but the attitude of the staff is the worst, no one seems to wants to help. We bought some birds after 45 minutes of almost begging for help. I stayed just because my daughter was happy to get the birds. But I will never come back.If you like to be treated really bad go for it.

Love going there to buy stuff for my lovebirds,great prices for cages👍.Love that they sell natural perches and wood for making at home bird stands, made my own with those totally love it! I bought my fish tank from them and fishes 👍What should they improve? Recommending customers cage sizes appropriate for the birds they are buying.Also,they should separate birds injured by other birds on the same cage.

Definitely not the "prettiest" or cleanest looking shop but that is expected being that it's in a flea market. Apart from that the store is pretty well organized. Their prices are excellent and the employee that assisted us was very knowledgeable and helpful. We will definitely be returning to buy our rooster food.

Stressed out birds ripping their feathers off their bodies, overcrowded in tiny cages. Rats packed in tiny cages outside on the sun with no water. Newborn parrots in tiny fishtanks separated from the mother shivering in the corner. Hell on Earth for any pet

This place is a pet store in a flea market.....you can find almost everything birds, turtles, bunnies, fish, geckos, bearded dragons you name it they have a wide variety of animals and farm animal food. Easy access from the rear of the flea Market. Highly recommend.

A full service pet shop with almost everything you could need. If you need something they do not carry they will bring it in for you. Be sure to go to the Produce market when there and the food vendors have some great chow.

I’m not going to lie the prices here are pretty good, better than most pet shops, but there’s a saying that says “you get what you pay for.” In this case you are getting terrible service. Most of the employees are rude for no reason. There’s never anyone to answer your questions. Everyone looks lost, too many workers for no reason because none of them help you anyways or treat you like a customer. When I go somewhere I don’t want to be treated bad especially if I didn’t do anything to cause it, if you had a bad day that’s not my fault. If I go to buy pet food or an animal I should be treated with respect and that’s something they can’t do. There’s no point in paying cheap to then get horrible services.

I love the place, it is small, but good locate with a lot of products. Each time, I need tropical fish, I go there. They have varieties of fishes and very good prices. They sale another animal, but I did not pay attention because they are not my favorites pets. Much of the time, mostly in weekend, the store is full of people.

Calling animal protective services today.This is the worse pet store I have ever been to. Right outside the front doors they have reptiles out in the heat, chameleons outside in the heat with no protection. If you know anything about pet chameleons you know they are very delicate. They also have another cage where they have a small pig a few tortoises and I believe some chickens outside in the Florida weather, with no water to drink. All you need to know about this place you can tell from the outside not even having to walk in.As soon as you walk in you go towards the birds you can tell that they're all stressed, plugging out their feathers, with no clean water if they even have water. And extremely small cages for their size or quantity. The only area with air conditioning, is a small room full of small,tiny cages with many birds. They know that what they are doing is wrong. They have signs all over the store informing you are not to take pictures. If I had the chance to take picture, I would have posted it so that all of you know how terrible is places. Don't be mistaken by the pictures the owners have posted on here.I have visited this place twice. First time was near closing and I thought that the conditions the animals were in were do to that. So I decide to visit once more in the middle of the day and I was so shocked and upset. This place breaks my heart and I hope the owner pay for what they are doing to this poor animals.
