I saw these guinea pigs at petco which I find really cute and interesting pets. They got a variety of awesome animals here. The place is completely clean and nice. You’ll also get good food for your pets.

This Petco is always clean with a good selection of pet supplies. The employees are nice and the vetco department is just as clean. The grooming area is small but friendly. Unfortunately the grooming price did not match what the listed price is online. Other than grooming my pets, i will come back for vet visits and some supplies.

I love Petco they always have everything I need for my furry friends. From dog food, to grooming supplies, to beds, toys, and health care products, when I mean everything, they have everything. Of course they have fish, reptiles, birds, cats, pet grooming, and vet care all in one. Friendly knowledgeable staff are always available to assist. There is another pet store nearby that are just as good so I am always happy to visit either Petco and get exactly what I need and more!

I'm definitely an animal lover I let a feral male cat in with me but took him get shots, fixed. He needed enhancement toys, cat stand. I bought him one at Petco. Kept seeing little blood stains on window seal. Notice it was blood prints so looked at cat stand, felt wire inside the padding sticking out. Went in garbage. Never return to Petco again. I'll stick with Pet Supermarket. Never had problems with them.

As my first time shopping at Petco in Homestead my experience was not met with the satisfaction that I was hoping for. The staff was unhelpful and made me feel like I was a burden and all I wanted to do was buy a new fish tank but I guess I have to take my business back to Pet Supermarket.

This place is fantastic, here you can find a lot of different items and brands plus different services.you can find a Doctor, veterinary hospital, adoption, dog training, grooming and more . Very respectful employees with good attitude and ready to help. I recommended .

I always bring my dog in for his grooming! Everyone is super kind, I got myyoungest piggy from here and I had her for about 5 years! It's bittersweet coming into this location but I love their selections, it's always sparkly clean! My dog absolutely loves coming by!

I called saying my cat was peeing everywhere and if I can bring her in they told me yes. They charged me 65$ just to tell me I needed to pay another 600$ for a bunch of other things that didn’t even involve the pee. Christy is a scam artist in the homestead location and I will be calling my lawyer because they are just flat out robbing people at petco. A doctor visit that cost 65$ and they tell you basically nothing is ridiculous

The only redeeming quality are the Sunday hours. I'm not even sure I or my dog, ever saw a vet. The staff I encountered were nice, but obviously understaffed, they even told me as much. Disappointing and I won't be back.

NEVER EVER bring your pets to this place to bathe PETCO is a place that apparently has no feelings for animals I brought my golden doodle dog to take a bath and a cut and they left water inside her ears and She couldn't sleep all night, the next day I brought her to complain since they were charged $118 for bathing her and cutting her and the person who did the job comes out to tell me that what she was doing, shaking her ears, was because of the knots removed, when she is not giving her a cut and bath for the first time (if it was the first time with PETCO) the person who bathed her is called ANTONY and what they did was call the doctor from the clinic across the street to make sure and she confirmed that My dog ​​had an infection and irritation and the MANAGER named GLORIA didn't even ask for an apology for what her job did or an apology for what happened. I don't understand how there can be people like that without scruples with animals and at the same clinic they told me no It was the first case that they sent for ear infections and even so, continuing to do so, damaging the health of the animals. MIAMI DADE should close that place where they bathe the animals.

I asked for my dog’s snout to be shaved and trimmed as short as possible because she is getting stickers stuck in her hair. I expressed this to Ana, the one who groomed her. Ana said, “Are you sure because dogs with long snouts tend to look like a rats when their hair is cut too short.” I be said, “I know but every time she goes outside the sides of her mouth get covered in this stickers. And it’s more painful for me to have to pull the stickers out than it is for her to look weird.” Her hair doesn’t appear to be much shorter around her snout than when I dropped her off. I’m very disappointed that my requests weren’t granted. In addition to that, her nails were left very very sharp to the point where they made my leg bleed after she rode home in the car. And the back of her head is very choppy and looks butchered. If I am paying $70 I expect to get exactly what I asked for. This was our first time visiting this location because we just moved here. I don’t know that we will be returning because I am not wasting my money for my dog not to be properly groomed again.

I order some stuff for my Chinchillas online and went to pick it up next day. the staff who took care of me was nice and helpful she check and make sure all stuff it's ready to go. but when I back home I found out 1 of the order [hay house] full of mold .. mold and mold and smell so badly no way to let my boy inside this house !! aha thanks God I order m size not large lol =_=× . so I don't know what going on there. it might be the staff who took care of order online Then - plz make sure&look well before grab everything and put it in the bag for customer - hope store manager read all the review and solve the problem soon. 👍

It took them 5 hours to bathe and cut our small dog under 15 lbs. They also added services without prior approval, “charges for scissor cuts”?? among others. A bath and cut that should have been $57 plus tax became $101 for extra charges without approval. Also, when we picked up our pet, she was super stressed because of the long hours that she also didn't eat or drink water, a total disaster. I don't recommend this place.

Upmost disrespectful employees that work in the dog grooming department, especially the tall skinny man with black hair Anthony, was rude and condescending, saying my dog looks like a bighter and refused to groom my dog. My dog is a 10 pound Yorkiepoo with about 3 teeth in her head by the way so she could only gum him not bight him and if you're worried about a tiny 10 pound dog bighting you you should ve working in the dog grooming department or a pet store to begin with.

I took my 22 pound dog Cujo for grooming ,appointment was at one pm I was told to come back in 3hrs back at four pm they had only clean him no haircut why??Another lady took at eleven her dog and nothing the stands were empty like something had happened I want an answer she said they had to many dogs not happy the worst waist of a day I deserve some compensation .

Paid $109 for the deshedding grooming package and extra brush out last week on my dog and since he came back from the Petco groomer it seems like he was shedding even more. I bought a brush and brushed him out today and this was the mount of hair I got from 10 mins of brushing. I wouldn’t recommend using their grooming service. It’s over priced and they don’t do a good job.

This place is great. Decided to take my dog here for his first ever grooming and he had a great experience! Anthony took care of him and he came back smelling good and looking good!! He even asked for him to come whenever because of how well behaved he was. They also have a great selection of treats here for dogs. I will be returning back :)
