Came into this establishment and was greeted by the most enthusiastic polite employee named Alfredo. The whole staff was great and helpful. I appreciated his time .great experience.very knowledgeable and informative about the pets at pet supermarket . Thank you for your time!

Best place to go! Staff is helpful, professional too. We both many products from them, never had a problem. My grandaughter bought abeautiful cat from their. So sweet!. You can also check out feed store's too. Always check date's on any product you buy. Homestead, Florida. They have new owners and some people have not enough knowledge on animals. Please check research, reviews before you go.

Well here's another place that's really wonderful and unusual. If I can just give the keys to the car to my dog and have her go down to the supermarket pick up a couple of things for herself, wouldn't that be wonderful. You're going to want to come and see this for yourself. A supermarket an actual which supplies for pets. An unbelievable selection I'm pretty good. I love it, I spend more time there than I should. And if you come down you'll probably do the same thing. I mean they have such a nice selection fish great variety. Fish and aquarium equipment, as well as supplies for dogs cats yes and even ferrets. Take a look, you will love it..

Emily is the most piss poor manager I have ever had the misfortune to have met. Unhelpful, rude and unpleasant. Would not adhere to her own return policy. Could not reason with her, goes to show can take the girl out of the ghetto but cant take the ghetto out of the girl.

The staff is always nice. One time I had my toddler with me and was trying to be hard headed and carry him, the litter and the new litter box out the door. I could have done it but these guys weren't having it and helped me. The store is clean, well kept and stocked with name brand products. I had to fight the urge to buy everything in the cat department.

Soon as I came in I was greeted. They have rabbits hamsters birds and fish. This store is fully stocked and I left entertained

Great experience employees very helpful, very friendly and professional. I walked inside to just buy a dog toys and ended up buying more than what I expected prices were great. The employees walk right up to you and ask you if you need help. The employee that walked up to me helped me select a variety of different appropriate dog toys and when I asked him where the rabbit food was he showed me a wide range of selection of rabbit food and toys for my pet. Very helpful staff overall help me locate a store closer where I live in pembroke pines.

Nice atore and all, but it is ridiculous that they only sell you 25 crickets at a time. So my wife has to come with me and pretend we are two different people buying crickets. So silly.

My family and I have been coming to this pet shop for many years now.Great place and amazing service, especially when Cesar was manager but then decided to be a cop. Cesar’s store crew was the best in my experience. Unfortunately this pet shop has gone down hill since.Now there’s a new manager named “Erick”.The worst attitude, poorest customer service and rude on the phone.I’ve witnessed him whisper to another employee how horrible a young lady looked after she exited the store.At another visit, I saw him wrecklesly eye balling (in an obsessive, drooling manner) at young lady that came in in short-shorts.This Manager is definitely not a good candidate for this store nor working around women.We stopped going to this pet shop for all our pet’s needs and now visit PetCo and Miami Reptiles instead.A frien of ours whom also goes to this location has also commented about the Manager “Erick”. He doesn’t go there anymore as well.

This place is wonderful, the staff is friendly and so helpful, and they have great prices. It’s always clean and all the animals look happy. One girl, Ashley, is exceptionally knowledgeable, and it was a pleasure to have shopped with her. Alex the Cashier was also a pleasure and super funny! Def going to become a regular! ❤️

The other day I came to the pet supermarket in homestead to pick up some dog food and the store was very unorganized the employees didn’t even bother to greet or help me. I’ve never experienced such bad customer service and to top it off they didn’t even have the food I needed and when asked to speak to the manager Erick he didn’t want to help me and seemed disrespectful to other customer in the store. I wish I can put zero stars and I’ll never be going back there ever again!!!

A lot of empty dogfood shelves and for some reason they stopped carrying Diamond dog food. Their dog food prices have gone through the roof! It's now cheaper to order online! I make some sad, as I've enjoyed having a reasonably priced pet store near me. At this point I could just shop at Petco which is more convenient for me. :(

I love the place, I was there last week and the people are very friendly and informative. It's very clean and organised, I would give it 5 stars however there was an old lady there, i think an assistant manager, talking about death and her child. That made me aswell as other customers very uncomfortable and when a customer asked her to stop because it reminded her of the death of her own child she kept talking about how her son died. I dont know how they can allow someone like that to work at this location. I would recommend going to this particular store 5/5 when she's not around, unless you're prepared to have an awkward/unpleasant experience.

Good service and prices. However wish they kept more stock of Diamond Naturals lamb and rice large breed dog food. I have to drive to 4 different stores to buy 2 bags. Seems like they never order it for this location. I would give five stars if the had more food in stock.

I went to this store looking for my dog's prescribed food, this person Erick Manuel told me without me asking that prescribed food is bad , it is just a bussiness between the food manufacturers and vets, told me he is a Vet In his country and told me to use another food he show me that is even better than the prescribed one, I know it is my fault because I believed him but he shouldn't be pretending being a Vet, if you love your dog, DO NOT BELIEVE HIM, NOW MY DOG IS VERY SICK AND I HAVE A $500 bill.

I'm writing this comment because of the experience I've had going to this pet store. My dogs are vegan :-) and Ashley and Eric always order food for me and have it stocked. I only go to this one store for my pets. Managers and staff, are knowledgeable, professional, and always friendly Most important they keep the shelves stocked with all kind of pet needs. I highly recommend going to this store if you have pets.

Took my kids to get their very first hamster and had a great experience. Amanda was incredibly attentive and informative. She helped explain the differences between hamster breeds and helped my kids choose one that is best suited for them (black teddy bear). Very happy and will be returning for our hamster supply need.

Absolutely love going to this Pet Supermarket! The staff is always super helpful and friendly. I go for my dog, but I know they have supplies for a variety of pets. Prices are great and if you sign up for their rewards system, you get coupons and all types of discounts, extras, and special invites for adoption events and info seminars.
