When you spend 30 minutes shopping and fill a buggy and then order food from next door at Susan's restaurant and they're about to close and you tell the clerk you're going to leave your buggy close to her and run next door and get your food and be right back and you come back 10 minutes later and your buggy's gone and nobody knows anything about it that's terrible customer service I'll never shop here again. It's poor customer service and it's poor employee use of time because I'm assuming they put everything I had in the bug you back up which I don't know how they did it that fast but apparently they did.

The modern design made meook twice. This dollar general was a pleasure to visit. Stopped in to use the bathroom and ibwaa impressed that they sell fresh vegetables!They bathroom was a clean as the rest of the storeReally wish we had more time so that I could peruse the aisles of this organized store!

The employees were very friendly and I just learned about the app so I can scan as I shop so I know exactly what I'm paying. Plus when you enter your phone number it takes discounts of that maybe you didn't know you had. They have to work on getting their act together when it comes to online pick up. It's a new system so they are still working out the kinks. Still, this is where I go most of the time because it's close and connected. Concern

Great place to shop for a quick item you forgot at Walmart. Prices normal.Update! The employees went above and beyond today to get me some water that was in the "back". They literally had to climb over boxes to get me what I needed. Thank you!!

I love having a dollar general so close to home but they seem to have a hard time keeping the shelves stocked and the store tidy. Also the bathrooms also smell terrible. A plugin and some cleaning would do wonders.

Good selection store well stocked. Service helpful and friendly. A great time and money saver compared to larger retail stores quick in and out. Perfect location much needed in the area.

I really wish I could say I was here on a more positive note. BUT for my first trip back to Florida since I left this group of folks made me feel right at home. Almost like I'd never left in a sense. Great job and great customer service.

Almost every DG store I have been to has been undertaffed and understocked. This one however was also very dirty, I waited several minutes when I asked for toilet paper and paper towel before using bathroom. I decided it wasn't worth waiting in a line of 6 customers for 2 items and 1 cashier.

Nasty store!!! The floors look like they haven't been cleaned in a year, merchandise all over the floor and food on the floor and the man that took care of us was not dressed appropriately..he was wearing a V neck t-shirt and it was not very nice seeing a chest full of hair as he was ringing me up. The picture shows the floor at the register but the entire store looked like that

Workers are great. Always trying to charge you more then the items are marked. They constantly have stuff marked down but when they ring you up it is $2 more. It is the same at every dollar general I have been to.

the merchandise was not priced correct,the detergant fell off the rack and spilt all down my pants and shoe,i had too walk and get another one,the cashier said it was the second time it had happened today,the soap was double the price then tag said on shelf.bad experiance only one cashier at 12:30 pm,it held up the line when the soap fell off the bag ledge and she had to stop and clean it up.

The store is tight to get around, but that's because they pack so much into that store. The cashiers are always friendly when I've been in there.

This Dollar General is a game changer for the residents of Holt. It's a brand new building which means it's super clean and super nice. It's the same 6-8 people that work there and they are all good people.

Store was actually clean and organized and the employees were Pleasant and Helpful...We all know most of the time when we go into a Dollar General or Family Dollar the employees are rude and unfriendly but then again that may only be in New Orleans..

This is one of the worst stores I've been in from pensacola to Crestview, the little girls that work there show no respect and you will be asked for a id for everything including lighters and paint no matter what age you are, I hate going in that store

The shelving placement is congested and they were mostly out of stalk on most items. Dirty feeling when you walk around, shelves where in a disarray. However, the staff was friendly .

Compared to other Dollar General’s I have been to, this ones employees were very helpful and friendly.
