First-time visitor to this location. Half the pumps had cardboard signs with no premium gas. My credit card was accepted at the pump but the pumps never reset to zero for me to fill up. The bathrooms were out of order. Hard pass on this place.

GREAT PEOPLE! Don’t go to town, come to Browns! We are staying in an RV park near Brown’s. We found it by accident and it’s going to be a regular stop. Good prices, friendly people, great food. They have just about anything you need without driving to the “bigger” towns nearby. We are grateful for the nice folks and convenience.

The people that wait on you are not very friendly not all of them but there's two or three of them in there that just are not very friendly . Why are you working at this type of place if you're not going to be friendly. Cuz that's all you do is interact with customers.

Friendly little store for gas and snacks, etc. Parking lot gets crowded easily a lot of the time but otherwise it's very convenient and fast.

Mixed feelings gas is usually a lot more, if and when they have it. Half the time and i barely have used it throughout the years the bathroom wasnt cleaned. They have also changed there morning biscuits from when I was growing up but they are still good. But the workers have always been nice and helpful no matter what.

Somehow we always manage to stop at this gas station to file up on our travels across country. The gas pump situation is terrible.........very small one way in/one way out pump situation so it leaves no place to park or turn around. The store itself however has great food options, snack and drink selection as well as some other travelers comforts you would need. They have a little cafe inside that's serving up some great southern treats! I think we stop more for the food situation than the gas.

Stopped here on our way to pcola. Didn’t realize it had a 5 star diner in it because baby let me tell you the food is out of this world! If you like catfish this is your spot! Lady working the counter was very fun spirited

The employees at Browns are all amazing. I go there a lot since i live 2 miles away. It took a while to get to know them because i didn't go there so much until recently. I love that if a customer is acting a fool, these girls will evict them quicky... Because we all know that the customer is not always right. The food in their deli is absolutely amazing. The only downside is the parking lot is very cramped... So if they're busy... You really have to try and squeeze your car in someplace. Those people work hard and they deserve a raise... Also, they open super early everyday, which is awesome.

Good food, Good People.Located dang near as close as a lonely red cup toss across the way, a hop skip & jump next to the Holt post office and just under a few horseshoe tosses from I-10.Just as clean, organized, and fairly priced as a Fuel/ Convenient/ Grocery/ Dine-in spot should be.

Omg...if you are hungry try their baked chicken fall off the bone finger lickin good!!!! Mac and cheese is sooo delicious too. I'm going back to get the Mac and cheese for dinner too

This place was a life saver for me because I was driving with no transmission fluid and didn't even know it from FWB to Pensacola and on my way to Crestview 🤦🏼‍♀️. But thank God they had some since Dollar General didn't have none at all. The employees were also very helpful and nice.

Brown's grocery is very expensive, however I do want to say that EVERYONE that works there is VERY nice and polite. I usually get my cigarettes from them and everyone is just a joy to talk to. Now I personally have not bought anything from the deli but my roommate has and she likes it. Those prices are reasonable, what's not is the groceries they sell. My wallet will not allow me to shop there but if I had it to spend, I would because they're so nice. Thank you Ladies and gentleman 😁

Great ladies that work here. We got roofing nails In both right tires front and back and one of the ladies helped big time letting us use her personal air compressor, and Jack (the store had a plug kit for $3.50). Thank you always.

Limited parking, only 3 of 4 fuel pumps work, and if the other 3 are pumping, you'll be there 10 mins for 50.00 in fuel.Customer service is great, but the store needs updates

A home owned business that packs a lot into one store. It is a convenient store with gas,, they have an awesome deli, and there is actually a small grocery store in the back where ou cand find meats,, produce, and a great selection of beer and wine. The staff are all very kind and helpful. It is pretty much a rural community gathering place for the locals that don't want to go the extra 12 miles into town. Brown's has just about something for everyone and genuine smiles and love from the staff. Awesome store!!

This is the second time I have stumbled on this place in my travels. They didn't have Diet Mountain Dews. They did have two liter Diet Mountain Dews and they offered me a free cup of ice or I could fill my cup. Good people.

Not the cleanest of places. A lot of the shelved food in their grocery second was e paired by a couple months. The staff are fantastic. The food is okay, just all fried stuff or from a can would have a better rating if products were not expired.

Me and the wife went in yesterday about 5pm. I don't know the name of the little girl working but she was extremely rude our whole time in Browns. When my wife asked a question she was too busy on her own phone to answer. She wanted a smoke break more then to serve the customers. This place used to be the go to but now with young people like this little girl working we'll be going else where from now on.

Been going there all my life but after the way I was treated this morning I don't think I will be back .all new people . Worse attitude I ever had to deal with at a store . Perfect way to kill an otherwise great business. Talking to everyone like we were unruly kendergardeners.

The food is usually the best ever but not so much today the carrots an taters were completely RAW NOT EVEN Barley COOKED AN NO FRIED CHICKEN O.G TOTALLY UPSET ME IF I GO THROUGH HOLT I GOT TO STOP FOR THERE FRIED CHICKEN HUHH NOT SURE ANY MORE BUT THE LADY RUNNING THE REGISTER WAS SO VERY NICE THE GAS IS WAY TO HIGH GET YA GAS BEFORE YA GET TO HOLT WOW!!!
